I am buying a new phone on the phonekart.in and it was delivered yesterday but i am ordering speria a1 but a product delivered another and it have no name and no good feature and charger adapter is damaged and nothing is fine and not a battery condition is good and no storage and in which packing it came the name entered of this speria a1 but when i open the packing so the phone come another so please return it and contact to phonekart site...

Have ordered (speria s9 pro notch) mobile phone from phoneskart shopping site and payed 3999 rupees for that mobile via debit card order number ( merchant order I'd [[protected]] and payment I'd I got an another product from phoneskart.in ( made in China 2g 500mb ram 8gb rom but the product is not working and got an local adepter and data cable so I want to refund my cash I tried to contact their customer support but phone number is not available...

I ordered a mobile phone by paying 4499 the payment went through payu payment gateway and a confirmation sms and email of amount debited was received instantly. Your order option was working at the time of ordering. I am trying to search my order i don't find the link. There is no support phone number or email. The login option is dummy now. When you search for phones you get thus website coming on the top with big discounts. Not sure why...

I HAVE ordered NOTECH mobile from phoneskart.in shopping site. And payed 4500. Rupees for that mobile via net banking. After payment till now i haven't received any details regarding my purchased product. I contact their customer support no [protected] discussed this problem with them. This help desk personal talking rudely after i discussed problem with him....

I booked speria p 20 phone 4gb ram 64gb memory for 3999 rs/- online payment, but i got different phone px5 which is1gb ram and 8gb memory, so iwant to return phone, please do need full help thank you. On phoneskart site there is no coustmer care number, cant sent email to them, unable to login also.

I hade ordered a smartphone from phoneskart website named speria a1 4g of rs 3999 and which i have already paid through paytm there it was said that product will be delivered in 3 to 4 days but almost 20 days had gone and product has not deleiverd yet so i want to file a complaint against this company as this company is totally fraud and i want to full refund......

I am ordera mobile on phoneskart.com i will do the payment of 3999 through paytm when i do the payment of the phone it was done properly and when i recive my product it was a 2g mobile phone who was not working properly and there is no contact number and gmail given on the site i have a humble request to the rbi to take a strict action against this website and refund all the buyers money to them who was scam on this website...

Ihave booked one+one mobile on 15.06.2019 throw phoneskart online site we paying 6017 rs sbi credit card throw paytm that day i have received one sms your order successfully but till now no response no customer care no email this is my hard money please delivery mobile or refund my money please find attached received sms also this is fake & fraud company please punish this much of company

But now i get another mobile headset its name spiria x1 so i received wrong order. I want my actual products which i ordered.
