I Ankit garg ([protected]) had booked my honeymoon package from pickyour trail chennai (Ph- [protected] and [protected]@pickyourtrail.com) for maldives(Ozen by atmosphere in maadhoo island) dated-25january2022-29january2022 through their agent Aishwarya krishna which was registered under the name of Ankit garg and sonakshi bansal..full and final payment was done from the account of Ankit garg(icici bank, pp branch, New Delhi)(A/cno[protected] the transfer details are as follows:-
1.13-dec-2021- Rs5000(advance)from gpay
2.27-dec-2021- Rs130960 via Bank transfer
3.7-jan2021- Rs104000
On 20-jan-2022 we informed our travel agent Aishwarya krishna (Ph-[protected]) that we are getting divorced so we wont be able to go for the trip, as the divorce document was not present with me that time so i was waiting for the court to provide me with the same meanwhile in August i came to know that sonakshi bansal went on that trip and the tour company had given the package to my wife (sonakshi bansal)replacing my name with her sisters name(ishita bansal)without informing me, neither the travel agency bothered to take my consent for my honeymoon package for which the whole payment has been done by me..this tour was modified without my consent and permission both the parties didnt inform me..
kindly look into this as this is a fraud done with me and misuse of my package and payment.. attaching all the voucher and payment details

Reading online reviews, we, a group of six, thought pickyourtrail would do a good job of planning our vacation to slovenia and croatia but reality from the word go was completely different. To begin with we were misguided about visa applications. Where only a schengen visa was sufficient we were made to apply for two separate visas thus making us spend another 40k more. Just two weeks to go before the vacation and nobody bothered to check with us if we’d got the visa or not. We did a follow up with the embassy and hastened the process ourselves.
A one point contact was never given leading to frustration as each individual we spoke to, had no clue about what was being discussed.
Lake bled and vintgar gorge, slovenia very close to each other was mentioned together in the itinerary but never booked that way. Only on the day of travel were we told that we were booked only for lake bled. We paid again and travelled the same distance again the next day to see vintgar gorge the next day, a total waste of money.
Ahotel in llublijana was not paid for and we got to know this only when we were checking out of the hotel to catch a bus to our next destination. Imagine our horror and distress when we were told we had to pay up more than euro 1000 as the credit card on hold had no money!!
Plitvice national park tickets which were included in the itinerary were not booked last minute. The costing shown for a couple joining us from the us and the ones going from india were different which led us to believe that all their costing could be random at their whim. A three year old child was charged the fee of an adult everywhere whereas it was free most of the time or discounted.
Blue cave tour was cancelled and we were promised 50% refund by the croatian agency. On our return pickyourtrail quoted an amount which was much less. Only after repeated follow ups did we finally get the 50%.
Incompetent or seasoned swindlers!
