I purchase the Pigeon Induction from Big Bazar, Jagadhri, Distt. Yamuna Nagarnon 21 Jan 2017. But after few days it stops working. I have tried many times to complaint on toll free but no response received. Pl. solve the complaint as early as possible.

    Gas gejar is not working . I am trying to contact local mechanic but call not pick . I am use this gejar almost more than 3 three years . In a year this create two three times problem. While this is a company gejar is not working proper if compare to local brand.kindly do service on urgent basis

      Complaint reference number 629781 day yesterday early morning 9th Dec we experienced gas leak and surprisingly it was from the gas stove rotating nozzle. We dialled in 1906 and the technical person confirmed that the stove nozzle was defective. So we logged a complaint with pigeon and their response was pathetic said once we get technician we shall call mostly by 10th... Such careless attitude... Why should we buy such products ... Waste brand pigeon.. it has a 2 years warranty god alone knows why...

        I bought a pigeon sterilizer on 6th July 2016 for my baby. It stopped working 2 months later. I lodged a complaint and I was told that technician will come within 48hours. 1 week passed, i did not get any service. I was told Mr. Mahendra ([protected]) from mumbai will help me. He gave Mr. Shyam Sundar's contact [protected] who was supposed to deliver the replacement today. He called me and said he cannot deliver because it is raining. He can deliver when rain will stop. I got this answer from a person during rainy season.
        My question is does pigeon services not operate during rainy season?
        I told the urgency of the product, he was not ready to listen. I was told to collect tge product from their distributer in dombivali. This was not possible for me as I am alone with my infant at home. Still he was not ready to listen.
        Pigeon product might be good but their customer service is horrible.

          We had purchased a pigeon induction stove rapido model jumbo from amazon online. The pigeon induction stove is totally waste. It is not working properly from the date of purchased. We have used this induction very rare because we have already using gas stove. Suddenly our gas cylinder got empty, after then we tried to use this induction stove. But while starting the induction we got shocked because of the touch was not working. We sent to repair the same just after 07 months from the date of purchase. And the pigeon showroom executive clearly explained that, the main problem is mother board not working and that cannot be repaired for jumbo model, and they also not getting the accessories for the same model because of online purchasing. Really i got irritated and depressed after hearing his words. Even if the pigeon showroom executive also cannot able to repair their product, then why there is a need to sale the same in online? Then i go for pigeon customer care toll free number directly and asked to send me the mother board, but they said that they will deliver the board only to pigeon technician and they cannot able to deliver the board directly to me.

          But my question is that, if pigeon send the mother board to me, i am also educated about electrical & electronics and i know that how to fix the board and resolve the problem. For the same why i want to pay service charge for technician additionally to the mother board charge?

          My hope is that, these tricks and playoffs all responsibilities are done by pigeon and the aim is to charge additional amount from me.

            I have ordered an pigeon induction based pressure cooker from flipkart on june 8th which cost me Rs.703. I received the product yesterday on cod and after unpacking the product initially, was happy but when i kept the cooker on my induction it was not working. I read the description it is mentioned induction base aluminium cooker even in the outer cover, invoice and on the site too they have mentioned it has induction base but by doing this you are misguided a customer.So i would like to escalate this as an complaint!

Not even simple finger chips were cooked .                   I’m writing this email to inform you about 2 subjects 1. Very Poor support from Mangal marketing, 22/2 dr.allagappa road, Purasivakkam, Chennai Branch as the engineer is not available on all days & they cannot inform / confirm us on his visit of a particular day in 2 weeks. I went to the service center last week & faced this issue. When I ring up, they don’t respond to me properly. 2. Your toll free number[protected] mentioned in your support website is incorrect. It gets landed in IBM support. Over all Very very poor service & support.

                    I have purchased a gas stove from the Pigeon show room 4 years back. The burners are damaged. I called to the customer care and i logged complaint. One technician has visited my home and told me it will cost 1500 rupees. I agreed to pay, but the technician is not coming to do the repair. The customer care also will say that everyday they will send the technician, but they will not send.

                      I bought an induction stove in Adyar(Chennai-13.01.2013). Ceramic material which surrounds the stove has been broken down automatically after 15 days from the date of purchase. Then I returned to the same shop vendor where I bought. He logged a complaint against Pigeon and they called me to pay 200rupees for fixing the problem. Then after a brief conversation I agrees them to pay 200rupees and they promised that, issue won't happen in future. Then again after around 20 days same problem took place in the induction stove. Now I have given the stove to same vendor last week(05.03.2014) and he keeps harassing me by come tomorrow( The same dialogue everyday he uses to shut me up) and there is no any response from the customer care number of Pigeon. I understood ceramic won't come under warranty but why its broken down automatically.. Should I keep paying them my bucks for every time. Customer care number Should be answered, may be I am not your servant and you are not my servant but I am paying my money to you, so the company should make sure that the product is genuine or not and response should be properly handled(Manager of Pigeon spoken very rude and rough) I came to know that Pigeon Induction stoves are completely not genuine after reading this link ..                         I have bought a Pigeon Gas stove for Rs 5000/- in the month of 08/08/2013 from More MegaStore Hyderabad (Aditya Birla Retail Shop limited). I opened the Seal on 01/09/2013 and we try to use it. flames were coming from the on/off nob. So when we called to More MegaStore for replacement then informed to contact the service center. I contacted to toll free number for Pigeon company All India Toll free number[protected] and raised a complaint on 02 Sep 2013. they registered the complaint and provided me the Service request number 70027. on the same day one of the service visited my home and said this cannot be repaired you need a replacement. Same he updated to the Service request 70027. and after that it took more than 1week to get the spare part from pigeon company for replacement to the service center Hyderabad. when i called to the service center toll free number they given me the local service center person number, when i called him Mr Babu ph ([protected]) he replied just yesterday we got the stock from company sir we will reach you today or tomorrow. then i waited for 2 to 3 days and contacted again the also he replied the same. and waited 1 more week then i directly contacted the toll free number and asked them to escalate the issue to higher authority, then they informed me that the is no such process here for escalate the issue. Then again and again multiple times in a day i called to the service center to resolve the issue. and then i checked the pigeon web site "http://www.pigeonestore.com/" and got some email id of the regional managers ans zonal managers. then i send a eamil to all the branch, Regional and Zonal managers about the issue i am facing. But there is no response from them till now. and again and again i called to the toll free number and asked them to resolve the issue. then again those people send one more service engineer he tested once again and said there is no issue. when we asked to test again the issue is repeated the said he bought the spare part and he replaced and tried again but the issue is there so he said i will come tomorrow and left from my home. and after that there is no update from the Service engineer, so i again contacted to the toll free as asked for update. then they informed it will take some more time ... I raised the service request on 02 Sep 2013. today is 11 Oct 2013 but there is no use of raising the service request. the new gas stove was kept a side and waiting for the next step . Pleas take a necessary action and save the public from gas fires.

                        I bought glass top gas stove during Dasherra by a dealer/reseller at Mathikere; from day one it has problem with gas flow - when contacted the reseller he provided a toll free number[protected] the funny thing is this number is active from Monday to Saturday and most of the time No Answer - if they answered if you are lucky there is no information with them. Finally i booked a complaint on 30 october and they provided a complaint number 99367 - today is December 4th no one visited or called for the complaint. We got the confirmation that a person with mobile number [protected] (forgotten his name) is the service engineer for our call - i spoke to him several times his constant answer is "I have more works and cannot come to your place " finally i managed to take his manager number : Mr.Nagaraj mobile number [protected] : he is least bothered to receive call ... i tried several times and sent message also ... no use.

                        I am waiting since a month to use the stove ... is it the way of handling customer query ... if anybody have higher authority number please contact me ... it is not he question of 5K stove ... it is how they are playing with customers... very irresponsible, irregular associates filled in Pigeon. ...

                          Please provide as much informationI have bought Pigeon steam Sterilizer in Dec 2012. In August 2013.suddently it stops working . Thereafter I contacted Mr Sandeep (mobile [protected]),his number was been provided by someone from Pigeon main office. He visited my home on 28 Aug 2013 or 29 Aug 2013 to collect the defective piece.When i asked him to give the receipt of acknowledgement,he denied and told -as per the pigeon company procedure, we don't carry the receipt. As i was not ready to handover my brand new product to him for repair,he keep on assuring me. Ultimately , by seeing my denial,he handed over me the pigeon customer care number,At he same time,i contacted them and told them about all . Customer care also confirms ,that Sandeep will provide the receipt at the time of delivery of product. I ensured couple of times from the customer care.The lady ,customer care, confirm me all the time. thereafer ,i handed my product to him with his 1000% assures,that the product is in his safe custody and won't get damaged and won't be changed/replaced by someone else product. On the grounds of faith and trust on Pigeon, i agreed. Both Sandeep and cusomer care,told me ,ill get my product back within maximum a week. Product was scheduled to get deliver on 05th Sep 2013. When i contacted Sandeep on 6th Sep 2013, he visited my home on 07. To my shocking surprise,he handed over to my some other Defective peace. The peace was broken, damaged, and in different shape-size and colour. The Steam sterilizer handed over to him was very much the latest Pigeon steam Sterilizer,very much white and blue in shade,bought only few months back. Whereas the product which Sandeep was compelling to me,was very much broken, damaged and NOT OURS. He was forcing me to accept that one.when i continouly denied than HE also agrees,that YES THIS PRODUCT IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE. HE returned back by giving another assurance,the fault will be recified within 24 hours.Today , 09 Sep 2013, when i contacted him again, HE was back on his track.Compelled me to take the defective one. to which i denied. Just an hour back,around 6:30,he visited my home and again giving us the someone else DEFECTIVE PINK COLOUR PRODUCT. WE DENIED. Now i requier a stick and serious action against him. The sterilizer is very much URGENTLY require as its for my toddler. Due to the fault of pigeon , it might hamper the health of my toddler. CAN I REQUEST IMMEDIATE ACTION or Else ill lodge a consumer complaint. This is highly misleading and theft by pigeon company. Kindly contact

                            I brought this pigeon electrical digital ceramic plate stove during my holiday in India Chennai at saravana store and went we wanted to used it it all way give us problem sometime we on the stove all the initiate red light will on press it to clear it doesn't clear and we have to off the main plug and again on the switch only the pee sound and no light .                                 Dear Sir, I bought a Pigeon brand Induction type Rice cooker, 18 months ago-Two Problems wrt to this product-(1) The timer on the product used( for cooking various dishes) was not working Got it repaired through the reailer- sent to the distributor in Jayanagar Bangalore. The problem was not fixed and the same problem is continuuing, they charged me Rs 685/- I have returned the product back to the reailer to repair free of charge this time or Return the money- I have already spent morethan Rs 500/ on travel expenses. Need to wait and see if th repair comes thrugh Problem (2) The same product the stainless steel vessel is Cracked, The distributor says it is not covered under warranty there fore we ned to pay! My argument was that it is a Manufacturing defect!! Unfortunately, most of these isssues get screened at the distributor itself and does not reach the manufacturer for claims.                                 We bring to your kind notice that we had purchased one of your product ( 1.8 Ltr Rice Cooker ) at Malleshwaram(Harish Home Appliances branch)- Bangalore with warranty of 12 Months on 02-Jun-20010. This product we had selected in this brand cause of your good name in the market and business floating and excellent service available for your goods

                                Till date this product get damage for 3 times and rectified the problem by your dealer representative by taking the time 10 days each time get repair, which is not at all acceptable. And even today also this one is not working properly with continues problems and loosing entire hope of ours on your products

                                In fact in case your excellent product compare with current available products of other brands it is entirely different and pathetic situation cause of purchasing your product to us

                                So Finally our request you to that please identify the negligible & non technical servicemen’s and non manageable dealers who were losing your marker brand and giving bad service to your customers

                                  I HAD PURCHASED A 4 BURNER GLASS TOP GAS STOVE OF PIGEON FROM MAX HYPER MARKET INDIA PVT LTD ,MANGALORE ON 27/3/2011 BEARING BILL NO 15/32469 ON 1.12.2011 THE GLASS TOP OF THE STOVE GETS CRACKED AUTOMATICALLY BUT WEN WE COMPLAINED THE PIGEON SERVICE CENTRE THEY SAID THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR THE GLASS BUT ACCORDING TO ME IT CRACKED BY ITSELF DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT ,WE HAVE HEARD MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD ALSO .HOW CAN A CO.                                     i recently bought a pigeon glass top stove (two burner) and in the fourth day the small burner's bottom got melted and it jammed. then i complaind this to the shop from where i bought this. They immediately replaced with a new stove. again the third day ie., today afternoon within 15 minutes of ignition the small burner's base got melted and yellow flames started to arise.
                                    the qc check of the product is not done on a fair basis.
                                    kindly think before purchasing the glass top stoves made by pigeon

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                      I brought Pigeon fan from Girias on 14th jan 2011. After two days fan not working. I complained register on Pigeon service department. My complian No is 10015634 Still today my fan is not serviced. When ever i call you customer care give tomorrow engineer come and attend. More than month my fan down still i can't able to getting repair.

                                      Since i have 3 Months baby my fan is not working i facing lot of problem.

                                      Please take care of my problem.
