i have purchased a gas stove of pigeon make on 05/10/2013, from day 1 its valve leakage, so i complained to shopkeeper (Mahaveer Appliances, Vidyaranyapuram, mysore) he sent me a service engineer from pigeon service mysore. But he says" They have no spares because it is a new model & we cant give replacement". now one month gone but they still not make any arrangements for me. now it is very risky to operate the stove(risk of fire),

BURNERS LEAKAGE

I brought Pigeon Made Black Magic 4 Burner Gas stove in May 2010. After a period of 5 months the gas leakage started and the flame from the burners gone to a lower level. I complained to the shop where I brought the same. He told me to contact the telephone No. [protected]. It was the number of Srinivasa Distributors. I spoke to them twice to get a proper response. A service technician came attended the service complaint and did cleaning of the pipes. So the stove resumed to its proper work. Again after 4 months the same problem repeated. This time I complained several times, but no one turned for servicing. With the help of a local service tech, I got it resolved. Why this "Big" co. provides warranty card then?
In March 2012, the problem is little serious, all the three burners not giving proper flame. I complained again. After a week one person called up and visited us. He checked the stove and told me that he will get all the burners replaced since they got rust and spoiled. He told me that he will return the next monday. But he never did. I rang up to the Srinivasa Distributors telephone number several times. Each time the telephone operator try to connect the number to the concerned persons then the phone got disconnected. I now feel agitated with their response.
Warranty now lasts for another one month?
I recommend and suggest everybody who reads this not to buy any products from pigeon company/Stovekraft. Because their service is worst than a local company.
I feel no sorry to say so.

I purchased a Pigeon Three Burner Gas Stove 3 yrs ago. Right from the date of purchase, I'm facing problems with it's burners. The flame is wrongly distributed along the sides of the burner also, which has caused me some injuries too. It is causing me more troubles as days go by. This is highly hazardous and I need to know the company contact details and also service people who would come to Udumalpet to spot the issues. We have purchased 2 burner Pigeon Gas stove from Mantri Mall in Bangalore on 27 October 2013. We tried to use it but there is some abnormal sound in the Gas stove. We contacted your service centre Complaint No. 105339 on 11th November 2013. Till now there is nobody to look into our problem. We have been calling the Pigeon Service # [protected] but no help and support is provided. 99 times out of 100 the number is either switched off or not reacheable. We got few other numbers of Mr. Parshuram and Mr. Jagdish. These guys are not helpful either. We are very unfortunate to have purchased Pigeon although Prestige was available at the same price. However we are preparing a nice video with all details of your great service which we will upload on youtube and also we will provide you a link. People in India should know what kind of service Pigeon gives. We will not let others suffer like how we are suffering. However we will pay money outside and get that product serviced. We assure that you will get very good response in future from your loyal customers.

I have purchased pigeon gas stove. I bought it last to last year, I still have the warranty card with me. There is a burner and automatic switch problem and it is very critical situation to use it. I given complaint to customer care but no respond, Your product has such a low quality product.please repair/replace stove.

VERY POOR QUALITY AND VERY POOR AFATER SALES SERVICES FROM DEALER

I have visited your baroda/Vadodara dealer M/s. Lilaram Manomal & Sons for gas stove. I bought it last year, I still have the warranty card with me. There is a leakage problem and it is very critical situation to use it. I personally went to the store again on Friday and booked compalint. They took it on a very rough page and rudely told me that the repair team will appear at my home on Sunday as they work only on Thursdays and Sundays. I believe they do not have proper staff to even talk to customer.
Firstly, they neglected me by saying come next day and complain over the phone. Well, I tried to book complain over the phone but when I did not receive proper answer, I personally visited the store and they were talking as if I am an unwanted customer who visit the store.
I do not understand why I should come back and forth to book the complain. I explained the critical thing about the situation that the gas is leaking very much. They said our repair team will come and see on sunday. I called them just before few minutes and they talked with me in absurd manner and HUNG UP THE PHONE. Moreover, they said do whatever you can but we will not support. I am afraid I am not a hard customer but now onward I will never ever buy a thing from PIGEON brand as I am convinced that you do not have proper network to provide after sales service and customer are in no man's land. Well, I want to book this complaint in consumer court and want PIGEON to take some action against such a DEALER who does not believe in customer service or after sales services. It is really a foolish answer given to me that the repair man will come to my place on TUESDAY and hung up the phone!!!
I do not understand now where to go for repair of my gas stove. I think I should buy a new one from some other brand (Definitely not PIGEON).
It is really a ridiculous answer and services given to me. I feel I am big time let down by the Dealer and their staff.
Please do the needful to save my family from an accident.

Pigeon make Gas Stove — Gas leaking from Knob
A new gas stove when connected today started leaking gas the moment it has been turned ON.Not able to use the new connection.Model Conservo, Divya 2 burner, ignition manual.

I have purchased a gas stove which does not require a lighter to cause the flames, just a turn in the knob and the fire is there ( not sure what term that is called). Anyways one knob for the small burner is broken and i do not know where i find/get a replacement. Please send one of your staff members with a knob ( may be change both at one shot ) as it is very inconvinient to manage only with one burner. I have had no other issues with the gas stove. Looking forward to your immediate response to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance. Gerard Ellens

We bought a 4 burner stove, which pigeon represented as italian technology and so on .. but its stand (the square iron support upon which we keep the vessels) is getting bent every time, due to heat, and vessels start shaking. the service center guy came and fixed it, but it faces the same problem, once we start using it..

Gmatic 3 burner gas stove — Big burner and small burner problem
1. Flame from the big burner is not coming properly. It is not giving enough flame.2. Middle burner, doesnot get on at one or two click.

The knobs of 4 burner - Auto ignition gas stove breaks frequently. I keep replacing them almost once every month. Otherwise it is ok. If you are fine with turning the knob with the help of tongs please buy it.

I had purchased two non stick pans of pegion. All of them have lost their coating in very short time. Please do not buy pegion unless you are ready to risk your money. Dealers stock it because these guys give good margin. Never had these problems with hawkins or preistage

I bought Pigeon Gas stove 4 burners & it is not working proparly, i gave the complaint to custmer care & they have correct it but i paid 200 rs, after 2 days again got same problem & i have called so many times, they are not responding proparly & not yet come also, So, please look into this matter & correct the same.

These all problems are correct. We have faced this issue in pigeon stove. Its very bad quality stoves. I will suggest to everyone that if you want a safety of your family then please dont every buy any product of Pigeon.

I completely agree. I had to unnecessarily take up a gas stove from pigeon while booking gas from HP(its made mandatory so that their product gets sold). The black ring above the burner has totally melted away and they do not have the rings in stock stating that the stock has got obsolete. My gas burner is of no use nw and I am compelled to change it. Quite a disappointing thing from a brand.
Please do not buy pigeon the crystal stove is burst and non stick is very very poor the coating goes so fast. Beware crystal gets over heated and burst anytime

WORST COMPANY PIGEON GAS STOVE: we bot a 2 burner cute lpg stove from a dealer in mumbai. just in 6 months the auto-ignition is not working. and the know has broken down. we called up the service centre in mumbai many times. the totally rude and illeterate staff there keeps on giving false promises to send mechanic to repair but never sends any. this is a lousy cheating company. never buy any products from this company.

I bought pigeon blackline 3 burner stove 1 year back. I am facing problems with auto start. I contacted on toll free number and they said that technician will contact me in 42 hours. It is now 1week but none has came. I try to contact them for the second time and now they have given me some local number which does not exists. None of the number mentioned on warranty card is working. Why such poor after sales service. I think I have wasted 5500 INR on this first class company with third class after sales service. I will definitely file a complain in consumer court against the same.
