Behaviour of store manager is so rude with the coustomer, not any interest shown with a coustomer who is 7 years old purchaser with planet fashion.scolded and shown much attitude for not giving the L.p jeans and wallet.

I have credited 1500 points worh RS 750/. I went to the store for redeem it. But they refused me and told that it could be redeem when you will buy a product for RS 1600/ or more. So i want to know are they right or not ? If they are wrong then i request to the company to take a necessary step against them.

I purchase my trouser before one year but i hardly use one or two times nd i also wash two times so the colour of the trouser was dark but now the colour was faded it looks like very old trouser. I pay high amount for good qaulity and comfort but they dont give me better qaulity inspite so i want the new trouser inspite of this faded trouser thank you..

Sir myself Varun Garg resident of Malout district shri muktsar sahib Punjab . I was buying garments from planet fashion Malout last week. dealer supply me a defective peices. It’s seems non branded also. I am very upset with this type of dealing. I think dealer sale non branded cloths instead of branded. I am mentality very harased by dealing. Dealer billing me a wrong products of another brand instead of orginal brand for gathering some promo offer.i complaint this to customer care of planet fashion but in vain they without investigating the matter support there dealer .Please go through my complaint and take strict action against dealer.

This is to inform you about my experience in planet fashion store near style plus trivandrum. I was annoyed, disappointed and disgusted regarding the manners and behaviour of one of the staffs as well as the store manager.. They were saying that i coudnt try out more than 3 shirts.. How cn one select a shirt without trying it out.. This was one of the worst experience i had from a clothing store.. Ridiculous.. The store manager was too arrogant at me wen i was compaining about the staffs behaviour.. Totally disrecpectfull staff members.. I would never visit that store again..

I had purchased two t shirts & one casual shirt from sec 17 store jagat singh & sons (Planet fashion) on 24/06/2017

One t shirt became so loose after just one wash that it is not of proper fit, i raised a complaint with complaint id 41850 at the store but it was not changed, i also contacted customer care but it was refused.
I just request a refund or exchange...

Annoyed, disgusted and disappointed by the level of promise and service your people give.

I bought 4 Shirts (Size 40) from Plant Fashion Aundh, Pune with a promise if the size mismatches, it will be exchanged.

My husband exchanges 3 of them the last one was on January 2017, with one Shirt Yet to be exchanged (since my husband wanted a Plain White shirt size 39 and it was not available at your store). Each we would go there was either non availability of size, or there was old stock. We were assured that we could come later and get the Shirt exchanged .

My husband visited the store at least 9-10 time to just exchange 4 Shirts, finally exchanged 3 of them (with loads of patience and Time) but on 18th March to our surprise suddenly the salesman while chatting on his phone refused to exchange the Shirt, stating it was dirty.

Trust us, the shirt was intact with its labels and packing, absolutely untouched, but yes there was some dust which was on the shirt near the Pocket which was sold to us like that stating it can be washed away and sometimes happens during SALE.

The salesman person was totally confused and uneducated, he initially said No without even looking at the Shirt.

First he said, the Shirt was bought on July 2016 hence can't be exchanged, secondly he said we have a policy to exchange in within 3 months, but when I told him he exchanged it it last month, the store manager realised he lied to us.

He changed the discussion and told us we can't exchange it because it has a stain ( dust, which can be washed easily).
After multiple request, he said I will speak to my AM (god knows what that means). He was siting Ideal (Facebooking) and then he told me He spoke to someone and he said No.

I requested if I can speak to the concern person, because I knew he had not spoken to anyone. As expected by a sales man he said I can't give you details.

I understand his situation, but to make a organisation good, I expected your company to be transparent and honest.

I had lost my cool and left the shirt at the Aundh store and expect a reply from your team. Please provide us with a genuine and valid reason for not allowing to exchange a shirt which I bought for my husband unfortunately due to a wrong size.

The Shirt is in a very good shape and brand new. I gifted this to my husband and I will ensure if this is not taken seriously I will first speak to the consumer court, social media and will never encourage people to buy stuff from Planet Fashion or any other Arvind Mill store. If this is not resolved, I will understand all are cheaters and they don't care about consumer satisfaction.

I have been shopping at Planet Fashion since a while but the treatment I got this time from your salesman was absolute unacceptable. I never want to step in that store ever again.

I purchased 2 trousers from plant fashion located Silver Arc mall, ludhiana. Bill no.[protected] on dated 03/01/2017. They gave us one wroung trouser, which is (V.) and they did alteration without our permission after that they regret to change, we gave them back that trouser and we didn't received any payment and behavior of the owner was not acceptable. Kindly solve the problem.

I have made 6 international calls to check the refund status and every time got the same lame and lousy reply and no action on the same.

Their refund team has gone to slumber and my queries seem like falling on deaf ears.

I received bonus point worth Rs 750 from fashion planet, bailey road, Patna ( name - kaushal Kishore, [protected]). I went there to buy a full T-shirt which was not available during 2nd week of October. On asking the sales person the time period till which these bonus points are valid, he replied that these points are valid for 1 year. So I didn't bought anything . Again I went to the shop on 1 Nov 16, and selected on Allen solly T - shirt and tried to redeem my point at that time but the shop manager said that these were festive bonus points only vaid till 31st Oct only. He ensured me that he will deal with this and let me know but I haven't received any mail or call from them.
Pls check into the matter as they have provided me the wrong information regarding the bonus points and there redeem method.

I purchased an "AllenSolly" shirt form Planet Fashion at Forum Mall in Bangalore during a sale.
(Bill No A9/8479)

There were some white marks on the shirt, but i was told by the salesman that they would go after a wash. If they didnt go then he would replace it.

Those marks didnt go after a wash and I went to that shop but it was closed for renovation in the month of September for 1 month.

Then i again went to that shop, and met one of the caretaker Mr Karthik.
He outright refused to take back that shirt saying that "since it was taken in a sale period, it has to be exchanged during that period only"

We had an argument, but he just didnt agree.
Now there is nowhere mentioned that a shirt purchased during a Sale period has to be exchanged during that period only. This rule is simply wrong.
Even during the purchase i wasnt informed that i have to bring back the shirt within certain period of time.

This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable.

I tried calling up phone No:[protected] as mentioned in price-tag but I couldnt connect to it.
Even their mail-id: [protected]@maduragarments.com is no longer working !
