Planet spark is an edutech company, not keeping its promises after giving in writing. They promised to refund the money within 45 to 90 days after request raised. Today it is almost 115 days, they have not given a single rupee. Mails are also unheard. They don't follow their own refund policy which they had given in writing. Please help me to get to refund.

Panetspark trying to cheat innocent parents by giving false commitment and wrong information through their executive. Their executive are talking very rudely and trying to force us to submit fee first. I paid as a advance but not taken any kind of service from fraud planetspark. I asked refund but still company not responding and not given my money back. their executive trying to force me to close complaint . but I ONLY ASKED TO REFUND MY MONEY.
after various search, I found that company trying to cheat people in this way. those who taken services, also in frustration because commitment failure. strict action is necessary against this type of fraud

I am writing to request the cancellation of the Public Speaking & Creative Writing course for the student Rajdeep Santra and a refund of the amount paid towards the course and the associated loan and EMI.

On January 07th, 2024 I enrolled in a course "Public speaking and creative writing" from www.planetspark.in for my son with Enrollment Id-58771 and I mailed them for course cancellation on 13th January, 2024.

My son is not attending classes, after attending only one class he is refusing to do this course. Now he is running away in the name of online class, that’s why we have decided to stop the course and not going to use your service anymore. I kindly request your assistance in initiating the necessary steps to process the REFUND of the down payment and cancel the EMI PLAN associated with the course.

My service request was raised in the system: 179007.
It is extremely frustrating that the organization cannot provide a confirmed timeline for the initiation of our refund. Moreover, all phone lines seem to be connected to an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, making it impossible for us to reach out to a real person. Emails sent to your organization have also gone unanswered for several times.

My kid has not attended only one session from them and not going to use their service anymore. My Course duration: 15-18 months, Down payment payment made: Rs. 8155/- and EMI opted through credit card for Rs. 3888x18 months.

Kindly help to save me from this scam and get a full amount refund, I can not lose my hard earned money for nothing. Student ID: 58771

False promises made by Mr Ayush of Planetspark on 08 Aug 23, even though i did mentioned that my kid is unwilling to join planet spark, Mr Aysuh misled me in enrolling / registering my kid's name for this program and that too late in the night on 08 Aug 23, where i insisted to do the process in the morning, however he obligated me to register at the same time ( for paying the registration fee of Rs 9, 800) at about 2230 hrs on 08 Aug 23 and has also assured me that my kid will be attended by the best of the faculty so that he shall continue the program.

The next day, i.e on 09 Aug 23, i ended up in paying the complete fee Rs 55, 190.00( - bank discount for EMI) for the program.

My child, attended five sessions with the same teacher and expressed his unwillingness to continue any further. Accordingly, i had requested for discontinuation on 14 Sep 23 by raising a ticket. However, till date the issue was not resolved despite all the assurances for needful by Mr Raj and Mr Ayush on 29 Sep 23 over telephone and SMS. It makes me feel that it is deliberately being done, so that i will continue my child for the program.

They are misleading us and my kid joined oct -2021

with out our knowledge they took loan from credence ad did not tell any thing about this

one short our course fee was 81900 for 160 classes

now they come up with 80 claases for same amount

Absolutely cheating organisationa and i never see this kind of institute any more

With out our know ledge they have taken loan from credence they smartly engagaed us and took the loan

In 1 shoot we have opted for 160 classes and later reduced to 80 classess

they accepted first and later they said its not possible and more over every where they cheated us

know some of them from planet spark she isdemanding me to pay fee which is total not acceptecable

Can some one help me on this on priority

They dont have any data we paid till now 39000
out of 81900

but we took only 74 classes

which ever they showed us its for 160 claases

now they are saying it is for 80 classes

how can they cheat llike this with customer

1. I had enrolled my daughter with planetspark.in (a online public speaking portal) 24 June 2022 for a course titled as “PUBLIC SPEAKING AND CREATIVEWRITING (ACCELERATE)”. On 24 June 2022, before enrolment there was a free demo class followed by Counselling session conducted by Ms Mrinalini Singh and Ms Alisha Baghla from Planetspark. They explained the scope and nature of course in detail and accordingly I made the payment of Rs 45, 000( Rupees forty five thousand only). At the time of enrolment I was promised full refund by Ms Mrinalini Singh, if the classes are not upto the mark.
2. As the course started, I was tracking the quality of course which, I found were below average. Accordingly, I got the teacher changed but there was no improvement to be seen. After about eight classes, I decided to cancel the course. On 17 Aug 2022, called up Ms Mrinalini Singh of planet spark who told me to write a mail to the customer care. I wrote a mail to the customer care but there was no response. Ms Mrinalini also started avoiding my calls, so I called her from a different number and she responded. On confronting her she started asking for time again and again. I waited patiently. On 23 Aug 2022, I received a call from Mr Prince Bhatia, from planet spark who initially tried to convince me against cancelling the course but finally relented. He informed me that planet spark will deduct 800 Rs per class plus GST and a further 10% (ie Rs 4500) towards cancellation processing fees. Moreover, he told me that I have to wait for 30-60 days for a refund citing their company working/policy. Moreover whenever I asked planetspark employees (namely Ms Mrinalini Singh and Mr Prince Bhatia) for their official address they simply refused to do so.

We spoke to Suman Singh the gang leader in planet spark based in Gurgaon. She made us pay the admission fee on same day. And we got scammed under early salary app. Now we are paying EMIs for four months without using the services. We asked for refund and created tickets and called emailed but no one is responding. Finally I sent the legal notice and also cyber crime complaint.

Dear all, I am Bhanu, a middle class parent, Lakshay Gandhi was my plantspark counsellor.Enrolled for the course in planet spark, attended for few session and discontinued the classes as timings were not set for my kid.Even after discontinuing the classes amount use to get deducted from my account everymonth.One fine day one of planet spark associate called and asked to repay 10K so that loan account shall get closed at their end.I preferred and made the payment on 26, Feb 2022.Even after clearing the payment every month amount is getting deducted from my account.I wrote a mail to customer support and continously following up with them from Feb'2022.Till date my issue was not closed and no one is responding to my mail.I finally complained in customer support raised the ticket but the staff is simply saying that it take time & they are least bothered. In planet spark no body is care about customer.they are cheating with customer. I want my hard earned money back. This is 100% a online financial/educational fraud company playing with parents and their money.

My Son completed the planetspark few months ago, but yet didn't receive the course completion certificate. Not only that, i see a very poor service from planetspark. I am highly disappointed for the time that my child spent (nearly 10 to 12 mths) with Planetspark

I've already raised ticket#96776 with planetspark and i won't be surpised if i don't get a response there. Bcoz in the past, they never responded to my tickets. Ticket#10016 raised last year remains unresolved.

Anjali and Ritesh were the people who sold this to me with false expectations.

Issues

1) No proper followup from Planetspark side after the payment is done. The teacher and the child are on their own

2) No completion certificate issued even after the completion of the 10 to 12 mths long course

3) Teacher is not even aware of the events and various club activities, thereby my son didn't even attend group activities during the entire 10 to 12 months course.

4) There is no whatsoever improvement observed after 12 months course. I doubt who are those people that writes positive reviews on their website.

I feel both time and money (more than 1 yr school fee) wasted on planetspark course. I do not recommend planetspark.in to any child

No one answers phone call and responds to mails, atleast 5 employees whom i was chasing have resigned and i get to interact with a new employee every 10~15 days, CBIL Score also has got effected due to EMI loan which they have not yet cancelled.

background : have started communication classes with www.Planet Spark.in however had to discontinue the classes due to non satisfactory course details and execution. I have opted for EMI payment of INR 3667/month for one year and payed advance of INR 3666 and started classes as per following details. Hence as per policy planet spark has to make prorata refund deducting for the attended 4 classes however they have no structure mechanism of closing down customers account and INR 3667 was debited from my account again in the subsequent month so the total payment Planet spark received from me is INR 7333 and per class the fee mentioned by them is INR 500 and for 4 classes they said it will be debited and balance will be paid i, e. INR 5200 but till date i have not received any refund and Planet spark executives doesn't respond to my mails and calls.
