No reply … wrong plants. Over priced, no reply. Plantslive.in never buy

Plants were expensive but it was advertised that they are "big plants." After a few days of ordering they msgd multiple times that I had chosen the wrong shipping option and that delivery cost will 200rs more. I transferred on the number shared by the person. I checked later and my original order showed that i had chosen and paid for the correct option at billing itself. The Plants came crushed together inside the boxes to make them small. Some had no pots and others had pots that were so crushed that they have become a different shape. Due to crushing, the plant roots were pressed and crushed and damaged. 3 of the plants were completely uprooted and out of their pots. One of them already died the next morning and the second one is also almost dead due to root and leaf damage. One of the plants has NO LEAVES. It is just a few twigs with some chilies and once the chilies fall the plant has no leaves so it will die.
I have sent them all these complaints with photos. All my msgs to their official number are seen but ignored. Mails to their customer care mail is ignored. I need a refund or replacement for this fraud order with proper big plants.

I placed order in the website www.Plantslive.in. I received one damaged plant and one plant was never delivered even after 2 months since I ordered . They used to respond to phone calls but when started asking them for replacement and to ship the plant which was never delivered to me, they said it's whatsapp number and send email. They take so much time to respond. They said to pay shipping for the replacement plant but when asked abut how to pay, they never respond. The other item was never delivered and no updates on it. I feel, I was cheated by them because they used to respond nicely till the time I placed order and even for some days but became rude when I asked about the planst I didn't received it. I posted some reviews also about the plants which is never made or published in their website. I don't know the reason but feel it is not professional ethics. Many plants are not as posted in their website where the description does not match in terms of size which I understand too as these are plants and it might happen but not delivering the plants and replacement of damaged is where everything started. I do not recommend placing order from them and even I won't place order from them here after.
