I got a call from platinum service solutions. They told me that you are our VIP customer and we are calling from SBI bank. You have received a holiday trip and for that you have to pay 8990 to avail. You are also getting a discount coupon. They said that to activate your credit card you need to avail this gift voucher then only your card will be in use
I received the mail as below

And you are being given the services of platinum service from our side, it was said that. we will give you these services which I have put in the mail on. At that time sir I came in his words and I did as he said.. And I was also told that if you do not want this service then you can also get your money refund. I do not want this service, return my money, then he said that it will not be refunded.)
