With a great hope I choose Pluto Tour to plan my travel for Nanital from 19May2023 to 21May2023. I told them clearly I want only Lakeside Inn only, if you can book then fine otherwise I don’t want to plan. All interaction happened with Akshita ([protected]) over a phone call and she ask me to talk to Pankaj Samyal-[protected] the MD of the company. Pankaj confirmed same hotel will be booked and package decided at Rs. 37000. Akshita ask me to pay advance and told that same hotel will be booked. I paid the advance of Rs. 14095 on 30-Apr-2023 to Pluto Tours for booking my desired hotel i.e. Lakeside Inn (3start hotel) with breakfast. I was happy for my upcoming trip with my family but unaware that Pluto Tour is a fraud company and going to spoil my entire trip.

When I was calling them for discussion like neither lakeside view room given, nor it is 3 start hotel, nor breakfast is included and even the room is having torn bedsheets, cockroaches in the room and smelly room, But now no one responding to my phone call, whats app messages. Even I dropped an email regarding the same but didn’t get any response.

Claim:
As my entire trip has been spoiled and I got a loss of my one day salary(leave wasted) + breakfast paid + 3 start to 2 start hotel loss + Mental harrasement + 3 days wasted all should be compensated with fine of Rs. 40, 000.
If I won’t get justice, I am ready to go to court in person with all video evidences I have that I could not show here due to heavy size files.

My experience with this pluto tours agency

1. Initially whatever hotels and room on name of super deluxe package I asked for were very gracefully excepted and added in itenary.

2. Just before 2 days everything got changed ...all hotels, itenery, cab and when I enquired about same they said hotel had covid patient found, renovation work was going on, if it snow you have to walk so hotels were changed...for that I personally called hotel managers and they said no covid patient was there, hotel was build in current year itself so renovation is not possible...meaning pluto agency will lie about your changes...when I mentioned these they started convincing that sir will give BEST SERVICEs and you will not face any issue...for any question you raise you will get only one reply...we will give you BEST SERVICE...I had no option since I already had my tickets booked and booking money given...

3.After reaching Chandigarh airport driver came 1 hr late...
Hotel in shimla was 30 km away from shimla...they will say initially I can pay money as trip proceed but on first day itself they will ask for whole money ...none of hotel will be super deluxe and food quality in each of their hotel will be pathetic ...chapati will be like rubber and rice and daal will be half cooked...sabji will be tasteless...their hotel are the worst ...serve cold breakfast and dinner...driver will only go by itenery...and places mentioned by them in itenery will be places which will be equivalent to road side temple, church or hill places which are easily affected by even small climate changes...once you book you are on your own...they will create a waste group where none of your concern will be entertained...person in my case Kusum mehta who will convince you to book by their agency will ask you each day how are you, where are you, where you reached but if you raise one concern that this thing is not good from that point they will stop even taking your call...they have a ### guy named suraj who is there to take out all money... if you try to get proper service from the leftover money ... he will ask driver to leave you in middle of trip itselfand we were made to stand for 3 hour at petrol pump to recover money by him...they don't even talk to women properly...driver even mentioned certain cases where for money they sent goons in tourist hotel ...also driver mentioned this happens with every tourist...no sanitization of rooms ...no cleaning of room even in covid time...

4.Conclusion is this is very pathetic and untrustworthy agency ...never ever try going by them...instead spend few bugs more and book hotels and cab by your own or there are other agency who will truly deny hotels if they can't effort in price ...Pluto will say yes to all hotels you mention but at the end will give you there own hotel 2 days before your trip

Worst experience with pluto tours shimla. After making payment didn't receive single call. They gave me confirmation of good hotels and they suddenly change it when we arrived the destination and they made me adjust in some other hotel which was not valuable to amount i paid. I reached manali frm mumbai after 12 hrs travelling at 9.30pm with my kid and my husband. When i tried calling hotel jannat and spa they said we don't have your booking with us as there is light issue.in fact this person who answered call is from pluto and then they made me adjust according to there plans and profit. So i would like raise complaint for mental harrasment and fraud and want consumer court to charge penalty for harrasing customer.
