1. Initially whatever hotels and room on name of super deluxe package I asked for were very gracefully excepted and added in itenary.

Worst experience with pluto tours shimla. After making payment didn't receive single call. They gave me confirmation of good hotels and they suddenly change it when we arrived the destination and they made me adjust in some other hotel which was not valuable to amount i paid. I reached manali frm mumbai after 12 hrs travelling at 9.30pm with my kid and my husband. When i tried calling hotel jannat and spa they said we don't have your booking...
