I donated Rs 10000 to PMNRF through internet banking on 29 th Sept 2014. My Tr. no is [protected] . I have not received any receipt / information yet in spite of sending 3-4 reminders except auto generated acknowledgements. Very much disappointed with admin. of PMNRF.

Address:- AN-27, Sahajpuram, Shri Ram Chandra MIssion Campus, I.I.M Road, Lucknow-226013 After long wait, when no acknowledgement or Certificate was received by us reg. above donation to PMNRF, on our request, concerned branch of the bank sent a letter to the secretory, Prime Minister National Relief Fund, Prime Minister office New Delhi-110011, on 27.01.2015 through registerd post no:- A RU[protected]IN. In the said letter the branch manager requested issueing certificate to above two customers whose Amount has been credited to the account no:- [protected] Prime Minister National Relief Fund Canaught Place New Delhi Branch Union Bank of India. Still no certificate has been received by us till date. A copy of the aforesaid letter of the branch manager dated:- 27.01.2015 may be perused as an attachment to this compaint as a proof. This is a very sad state of affairs that even after a lapes of nine months we have not received the certificate which we should have received much before in due course of time without troubling us to send reminder after reminder. The net result is that atleast we have been discouraged to come forward to think of donating further on future ocassions/ calamities. We now request you issue the necessary certificates in our names on our above address without any further delay so that we can claim tax relief through our Income Tax Return.
