Frequency of balawadi to ma na pa and ma na pa to balewsdi (Bus route no. 256) not followed properly. Many time while going to ma na pa to balewadi this route stops for changeover due to gas refilling! This is very inadequate for passengers.
At least peak hours i. E. Morning 8:15 am to 9:30 am from manapa to balewadi and evening 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm bus frequency to be strictly adhered to.

Dear team,

Kindly check frequency of 301 haddapar to karan. Frequency gap in between 2 buses are almost 1 to 1:30 hrs and ita really inconvenienced for all who are travelling through this bus. Bus is always crowded. N there are some ladies who are pregnant and some old people. Still all are travelling through this crowded bus. Kindly check this issue and do the needful.

You have great challange and task here in pmpml. I am regular commuter of pmpml. Your predecessor mr munde has increased monthly bus pass of senior citizens for no reasons. The difference amount is paid by both municipal corporations. He also cancelled punching pass which was mainly used by workers, working women, house working women and poor people. Now they have to purchase bus pass of rs 1400/-p. M.
My suggestion is that bus pass for all
Commuters be kept at rs 1000/-p. M and for senior citizens rs 500/-p. M. I. E 50 percent. To induce more and more people to travel by pmpml.
One time pmpml was looking for commuters. They have slogen show hand stop bus. Now commuters are here but pmpml is not caring for it.
I request you to handle situation prudently

This complaint is regarding the bus which leaves at around 7.30 from phase 3 hinjewadi for manapa (Bus no. 100).
First of all, the bus was not containing the destination board for the passengers and it didn't stop at phase 3 for even a minute. Secondly when it left phase 1, bus conductor started shouting "chala hinjewadi chawk vale utrun ghya, nantr pudhe bus nahi thambnar" (Passengers for hinjewadi chawk please get down, they won't open the doors at the actual stop) even though the stop was far away from the location.
This behavior of the conductor is not tolerable.

I am travelling to warje naka to paud fata bt actully some rush n am unable to arrival at paud fata, so bus stop at sndt so i arrive at sndt. So there is some ticket checker are there they asked me to ticket i gave him my ticket one of them says ur ticket is from warje naka to paud fata and you arrive at sndt. I am saying them there is lot of rush in bus and i am unble to arrive in paud fata. One them ask me to pay fine 300 rs, i argue with them becuase that is not my fault what can i do when bus stop within second and i am unble to arrive, later one of them ask me to pay 200 rs n go bt he didint give payslip still i am argue with them one of them officer named patil or something says pmpl fired our colleagues and all that i say i am not responsible for that. So someone came to me and ask pay 150rs and go b t he didint give me paying slip and all again i argue and pay 300rs and take slip. I think this is one type of curruption. How we stop? Then i realize there is lot of currupted officer in pmpl also i have that paying slip please check it.
Also they uses abusive language and also threaten they will gave me in police. What is my mistke in incident. I request u to pmpl to take legal action aginst him

Pmpml buses operating to susgaon from different places are taking reverse turn at windows society in susgaon towards lavale just 250 mts from susgaon main centre.. At windows society the bus staff take a break for 5 to 10 minutes and start the buses. Windows society is sorrounded by many big societies like aerohomes, parthjainam etc. On 08.01.2018, bus starts at 09.30 am at windows society. At that time nearly 20 passengers boarded the bus with the intention to to pune city.. But the conductor forcibly removed all passengers from the bus with a rude behaviour and went away without passengers. He asked us to come susgoan point and board the bus.. All passengers took different mode of conveysnce like auto, cabs, and illicit operated vans.. Is there any understanding between pmpml staff and other private/illicit operators? Everyday pmpml buses are losing many passengers and revenue.. The concrrned authorities are rewuested to instruct the staff to pickup passengers at windows society.. Buses are running 300 mts. To and fro for every trip to windows society to take reverse turns.. By allowing passengers pmpml can earn extra revenue.. Otherwise one more stage can be extended by charging extra to windows society nearby people.

It's often happened at jagtap dairy stop, that some buses are coming from brt n some from normal road. We didn't understand where to stop. When we stop at bart it comes from normal road, it's difficult to cross road immediately, even driver seen us we hv given him signal to stop but still he didn't care.
College student has to attend college on time. Specifically katraj side and warje malwadi side. On 4th jan 2018. Between 8 to 9am. Warje malwadi bus, one comes from brt another comes from normal road. We missed both, as first time we stops at brt, bus comes from normal road, and second time vice a versa.
Sencere request to adopt only one stop.

We daily travel to office with pmpl bus 298 katraj-chinchwad from balaji nagar to pune university at 9.50am.

Most of he time this bus gets cancelled for unknown reason.
This is affecting our in office time our office work also.

Also in the evening from university to katraj at around 6.45pm, there ample of buses for mnp and all but rare buses towards katraj/swargate during this time.

You are here by requested to increase no. Of buses from university towards katraj during 6.45 pm to 7.30 pm
Also requested not to cancel 298 katraj-chinchwad from balaji nagar to pune university at 9.50am

Bus no - mh14 cw2281 conductor name - raju nirmal (Dont know if this is correct name or not, conductor said the same), date - 19th dec, boarded this pmt from mankar chowk stop at around 8:40 am, asked for wipro circle ticket, price is 10 rs by current fares, conductor asked for 15 rs, he says, "mankar chowk" stop is not there in his machine, he says, it is not his problem, he asked to go and complain in swargate office, he was not even decent, says you guys will get used to this if i allow 10 rs today? He also said, he will continue to charge people 15 rs going further also. Even driver joined the fight, they parked pmt and refused to proceed, finally i took ticket of 15 rs. Not sure what is the logic here, conductor owns ticketing machine? Can they give ticket of (Wakad-wipro circle) until machine is fixed? I believe, i am not asking anything extra, just a fair price for my pmpml journey, will appreciate some action on this, my contact no - [protected] (Pramod terdale)

Dhanorie to pmc and pmc to dhanorie bus no. 152
Buses are very less frequent as compared to earlier.
Whenever the bus comes there is much of crowd! Even most of the times buses fail in the middle of the traveling! Please fix this problem as soon as possible!!! Please kindly make the frequencies as more as possible as the area is much crowded n fix this problem! Schools students and college going students are facing much problem due to this!.

Hadapsar to kothrud and hadapsar to manapa bus are very less frequent! J whenever the bus comes there is much of crowd! Even most of the times buses fail in the middle of the traveling! There are 3 buses fly from suncity anand nagar pune 411051 e. G.55, 57f and 118 however, the buses are not regularly coming or not coming for hours together example 55 no has frequency of 20 minutes but some times one bus turns up in one hour story is same if one wants to come to suncity from pune city. As such residents are facing lot of problem and number of of times citizens have hire autos or taxis and insure huge expenses it is therefore necessary to check the status of bus running by pmpml authorities

Airport service bus trip cancelled from hinjewadi phase 3 to pune airport. (Boarding point was wakad bridge at 7:52 pm on[protected]

Its been more than 18 days, with the complaint number 9716 (Got on 18 oct) and later on the updated/ another complaint number 9889 (Got on 26th oct) and now another new number 10392 (Got on 2nd nov).

Please refund the cancelled bus ticket fare of rs.183.22/-

Today i faced same problem as i faced on yesterday. I was waiting for bus no. 336 from 6.30 pm, but till 8.45 pm, bus didn't arrived. Because of that i reached my home at 11 pm & i faced a huge traffic on the route. It was very irritating for me as i didn't have a seat to sit. I don't want to face this problem again. I also made complaint on yesterday, but i don't think pmpml's administration had taken any action. You guys must take care of public's complaints, otherwise one day, you have to regret for what you are doing now... Just think

Everyday i am travelling from pimpri to vimannagar since 9 months. Frequency of buses on this route is very low as many of the people travelling on this route. Their is huge crowd in the bus while travelling from both sides. Everyday people travels in standing position over the route. Still pmpml's foolish management team reduced the number of buses on this route & transferred it to manapa's route. How can you do this guys??? One day, you must travel on this route at morning & evening time. Then you will feel that why i am writing this. This is the worst & foolish management i ever seen. Please think on it so that no one should write this again.

It happened near sahavas society, kothrud, pune on 27-sept-2017 at around 10.20 am. I was turning round the corner by giving proper indicator and even gave horn. The bus no. Mh-12 hb 1358 was coming from front and the driver saw me turning but still he made a sharp turn and purposely tried to cut me short. Even though i stopped at the turning, the driver continued and i was cornered. On questioning the driver, he started arguing with me and was talking very harshly. Myself being a lady, the driver was even more abusive in his talk. I think he was even drunk.
I request the authorities to look into this matter on top priority.
P. S. Attached is the photo taken from driver seat of my car. I could not even get out of my car.

I am travelling daily from kalewadi phata to mukai chowk.
Every day the bus is going late due to which i am facing challanges in doing my duty.
As per my experience out of 4-5 buses these guys are cancelling many in morning time that also in office start hours of people.
I hope pmpml administration look into it seriously. We are really facing inconvenience due to this.

I caught alandi bus from nowrosjee wadia college stop, when i asked conductor for vishrantwadi ticket he said that the bus directly goes to alandi and does not stop at vishrantwadi and that i have to aight on the next stop (Bund garden) and when i alighted... 2 ticket checkers put a fine on me. And i don't agree with this fine as pmpml didn't make any announcement about route change

Wipro comp to shivraj nagar

I caught the bus from wipro circle. I asked to conductor for ticket to "nisarg city". Just he bombarding on me "tere ko dikhta nhi hai kya bus kaha ja rhi hai..." speaking loudly.

I just shocked what i did wrong with him. I am just requesting one thing that before boarding in depo you must have to teach conductors about manner and check mental condition also.

Dear sir, i daily travel from rahatni to pune municipal corporation.

All buses 322, 332, 354 on this route are going via pimple gurav and sangvi. Its a long journey. And we all traveling from rahatni phata, nakhate vasti, rahatni people gets late for office.

As we rahatni people don't have any other bus for pune city. These buses are always full so we don't get sit for this long journey.
So kindly request you to change the bus route for some buses. Please
Provide the direct route jagtap dairy, rakshak chowk, sangvi phata route for us. As for sangvi there are already many buses for pune city but we kalewadi rahatni people don't have direst route bus.

Hello sir,
I m regular passenger from
Bus no 155- pune station to dhanawri "pune station" to "yerwda press" bus stop only and also i return by the same bus in evening by after 6 o'clock frequent bus towards pune station.

The major issue is that in evening the same bus 155 dhanawri to pun e station which timing is taking very late and its very responsible way the drives bus by driver and conductor.
Please consider this query and take action against the bus timing maintains.

Today on 26th july 2017 i have travelled from wakad bridge to phase 3, i have given 100 rs. To conductor for ticket, he has given me ticket of 20 rs. And haven't returned 80 rs. Back. I thought he will give me back when he will have, but when my destination arrived, i told him to back my money, after a lot of argument he haven't returned my 80 rs. Back.

On 18th july bus number R170 on route
322/30 driver id Tr1119 name krishna from Nigdi depo tried to overtake me from left side and at that time he hits my car from back side.
He was very casual at this and asking to viait nigdi depo to complaint about me.

I had quotations from showroom, its been around 8500 rs cost to fix it.
I had a video of driver who accepted his mistake but the phone number he provided are not reachable.

Please help me for justice and get the payment for the damage of my car.

The bus driver did not stop the bus on the bus stop but 50 meters away from actual bus stoppage loaction.

Bus waited there till i run and reach to the door, as i was about to step up, bus started running, knowing still passengers to climb.

PS: Bus was not too heavily loaded to accomodate people

I am a daily passanger to thi route, people face this incident several times with this bus driver.

Kindly take the needfull action to make sure, public should not suffer due such ill minded drivers.

Sir, I regularly passenger of Local Pune Transport having all route of Rs. 1200.00. Most i travel from Wakad to corporation. Now I attain age of 60 years on 20.07.1915. When I approach for monthly concession pass of Senior Citizen, the concerned staff at counter refuse to issue pass saying that You will be eligible after 60 years one month. What is logic behind that I can not under stand. Whereas your Website clearly show age for senior citizen as 60 years. Please advise me otherwise I will move for legal help in this regards.

Train PMPML TICKET CHECKER The ticket checkers has arrived in pmpml bus at khradi bus stop at 5.50 P.M, myself has entered in to bus at chandannagar Bypass 5.47 PM .the3 ticket checker has argued with me stating that you have not taken the ticket and you have to pay the fine of rs 100. I had refused to pay, they had forced me to leave the bus at mundhwa and forced me to pay rs 100 which is absolutely wrong thing.PMPML ticket checkers are fully Arrogant. please train them and tell them that how to behave with their customers. The bus is travlling from wagholi to hadapsar Dated on 17/07/2015.

The Pmpml Bus NO.MH-12 CT-1332 From Nigdi to Katraj Bai-Pass The Passanger ask the conductor for route which from pashan the conductor said why your ticket upto katraj passanger told sir i m asking for only information the conductor said mai tere baap ka naukar hu ka madarchod mere ko kyu puch raha board padh madarchod sir my request to you this condutor very bad mis-behave and action on this conductor at any how

Paid rs20 for ticket from Bremen Chowk Aundh to Phase 2 Hingewadi. The company address just mentioned Phase 2, so got ticket for the same. On getting off at bustop next to Info sys, the TC said that ticket isnt punched for the bus stop I got off. Wasted 30mins fighting with him. No use talking, was being rude. " You people earn sitting in AC cabins, we make a living on meager pay ". Frustrated paid rs100 fine without being a ticket less passenger, paying exact fare for the route. So, check if your tickets are ' punched right '. *The bus was a trash can on wheels. Its body tilted to one side. The seat tore my shirt. *PMPML is the worst bus service ever. Neither there are any hopes for that it will ever improve.

We are really suffering a lot because of the Pathetic PMPL Service provided on the route Vishrantwadi to Corporation since 2007.The driver takes the bus empty (Only Vishrantwadi route Bus Drivers) but does not halt at the bus stops.Due to this we daily reach office late due to which we have to listen to our bosses for no fault of ours.Similar thing in the evening our office ends by 6.30 pm and it is 9 o'clock to reach to our house daily suffering.Even though we leave early in the morning say at about 8.45 am we don't get a bus to go corporation.The complaint Helpline no[protected] is useless and does not take any complaints and make us run from pillar to post.What is the point in starting a helpline number just for publishing in the newspaper that we have taken a iniative and actually not taking complaints.During the peak time of office timing 9.00 am all the drivers and conductors on Vishrantwadi route go for a common tea break resulting that there are no buses of corporation on the above mentioned route.(As told by one of the Conductor on the same route).

Kindly do the needful on the earliest.

We are the daily passenger of PMPML Bus no. 1198 and Rout No. 130/1.
we all near about 40 to 50 passenger ushing daily this bus from yewalewadi at 10.00 am, but the problem is that this bus always fail in the rout once in a week, and no one taking any action about this, we request the bus driver and conductor to chang the bus for this rout but he says that your go to depo and say all this problem to depo manager, we can't do anythig for you. dear sir kindly do the faithfull for us this is the request from all o[censored]s.
