Pnb Housing Complaints & Reviews

I have applied for home loan in PNB housing HOC/LUC/0821/903050 and paid initial processing fee Rs. 2500 but no one pnb employee contact me regarding my loan application and closed my loan application so i want to my money back, paid to PNB housing

I have been submitted final cheque amount on 15th Oct, and pnb told me they will close account within 4 days after cheque clear.
But still not close my account. Very bad and slow process PNB housing.
very disappointing.
