My Polar exhaust fan not working and so i had registered complaint for servicing as it is under warranty period but not repaired yet. From than 10 days crossed but nobody is bothering on providing the service. My complaint ID is - VELKOL[protected].
Everytime I called customer care and they told me that technician will visit but after 10 days also nobody visited. very pathetic service by Polar.

I have lodged a complain on 17.4.2019. Complain number is Kolkata622. The complain is not resolved yet. No technician till now has called me. Seems that Polar has no technician. From the last week Polar customer care is telling that "today" technician will come. Being a dealer, I will not purchase any Polar product again and will not recommend any Polar product to my customers. Possibly the worst service among all electrical companies.

I am purchase a polar fan from sri sai enterprise on-4th april from the first day the fan was too much thrilling, balancing problem.iam giveing complain to polar customer care on 13/05/2019, my complain no-DCO NO-BBSVCRM/00987/19-20.TILL NOW THEY DO NOT CONTACT ME OR ATTEND MY COMPLAIN.
