Pondicherry Road Transport Corporation Complaints & Reviews

I am a student of Pondicherry University. I planned to travel chennai for my educational purpose on 01.06.2024. I went to Pondicherry bus stand at 06 15 am to get bus... PRTC is my priority in travelling. I got Prtc bus and took seat in left side window seat for my comfort. When the bus started moving the conductor asked me to change over the seat. I told I came first and occupied but he asked me to change for female passengers... And again he said if you are not changing please get out of bus and suddenly he shouted at me in front of all the passengers. Being a college student I was worried and get down of the bus... If same thing happens for any female passengers will the conductor show the partiality like this??? Why for male passengers alone these conductors are behaving very bad manner?? The Govt of Puducherry must take necessary action against these type of conductors.

I, along with my 6 friends got into the PRTC bus (number : PY 01 BV 6728) which travelled between Karaikal and Chidambaram around 4 10 pm. We planned to travel from Karaikal to Tharangambadi. Since it was a busy weekend, the bus was very crowded. We managed to get a seat and when the bus was about to start the "Conductor" forcefully asked us to get out of the bus with abusive words (words in insult to women) and alloted the seat to a family who is well known to him. Along with me, he also asked few other passengers travelling between karaikal and tharangabadi stating people travelling to tharangambadi should not get into the bus, While people travelling to Poovam, Poraiyar, Kotucherry, Sirkazi were all seated inside the bus. He along with the that mentioned family posed harsh words on my friend's facial features and insulted us saying to act like educated girls, since we refused to get out. Kindly take severe action for his action, so that no such harsh incidents happens in the future. Since we couldn't take photos or videos of the conductor we have attached the photos of the bus and driver for reference

As the prtc bus is not completing their trips correctly ie (From pondicherry to cmbt or ashok piller), but the bus is not reaching the destination and they just stop in thiruvanmiyur or guindy and let all the passengers down by saying this is last stop, most of the prtc bus is doing the same thing but in the ticket its clearly mentioned that the last stop is cmbt. Most of the bus is not completing the trips properly and passengers finds more difficulty. Kindly sort his issue as soon as possible.. Thanks in advance
