I purchased a kurti from www.ladybeautique.in of rs.899/- on[protected] and i received the product on[protected] by paying rs. 960/- including 60/- as courier charges. But when i opened the courier the product was not at all like the product i actually ordered. The product was totally of bad quality and everything was different from the information posted on the website regarding that product. Also the site has return policy which says that the product can be returned by giving details via email which is [protected]@ladybeautique.in. I have emailed the details on the same day of receiving order but there is no response from their side on email. Even they are not picking up the call since i called them up on [protected] the contact number mentioned on the website. The phone number is. [protected]. Later i inquired for website i came to know that the following person is operating this website:-

This person is saying that he is not connected with the site but actually the site is registered only by him not by anyone else.

Sir there are so many other ladies who have lost their money by purchasing clothes from this site.

Hi! I had couriered 4 suits from the first flight couriers through Kalighat branch on 21st Aug. It was delivered to the destination address on 24th Aug. When the packet was opened it was found that instead of 4 suits, it contained only 3 suits. This is very unfortunate to see company of such a repute had opened the packed and taken out item. The lost item costed INR 2500. I now see no trace of the same. Consignment No: E991B1047415 I would like to seek help in either providing the item or reimburse me the same. I had a booking for today from udupi to Hyderabad through Red Bus. Reporting time was 4.30 pm but the bus never turned up. At 6.30 pm some other bus arrived and i was offered last seat. The driver was rude & did not even provide us the contact details of their office. The worst operator i have ever know. They were behaving as if they are doing favor to me by offering last seat. I did not agree to travel and have requested redbus for total refund even for my return ticket. These operators should be punished/banned from operating. Bus no . 5E , it is not available frequently in morning timing between 8 A.M to 11 A.M from Vadapalani to Besant nagar. Due to that we ladies have to face harassment problem . Like bus is not available in proper timing so when it's come it may be full that time guys behavior are irritating . due to less space they touch us and flirt . Which is seriously untolerable thing while traveling in MTC Bus.
