Reason for complaint:

I have given my bike for service on thursday and received it on friday. I rode the bike only for 25 km approximately, and it broke down. The vehicle had been serviced for general checkup several times in the past two months. Despite that, i faced a breakdown with a major oil leakage and a wild cloud of fumes. I want this dealer to take this customer satisfaction issue seriously. Please help!

My first experience is pathetic, When I gave my bike for first service advisor added list of things on job card to be done, Clearly told the advisor not to do anything apart from Oil change and chain adjustment because its brand new bike hardly done 600KM.

Next day when to collect the bike they gave bill of 1500 instead of 500, Told the billing department there should not be any additional charge apart from Oil charge. br...

Popular Bajaj in Bannerghatta road is the worst bajaj service center as i know.
People in the service center are not even ready to check the vehicle after 2 days also.
People attending call they just says let me check and inform you they wont even call.
For small battery fuse issue they taken 3 days but still not solved .same problem will be solved in 15-20 min.
Buyers please dont give service to this showroom,...
