My PAN card was booked five days ago but still not yet received. Tracking shows the same location since the first day of booking....

Sent a normal parcel Post from Kukatpally Post to Tokyo 1 week back and so far the same is not delivered.
My friend did from chennai and he got the same delivered in Tokyo in 5 days
When contacted the Kukatpally Post Office, am told that it takes 15 days to a month.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Postal ID
I have applied for Postal ID in Adugodi, Bangalore three months back. I was told that i will get in a month or 2 months time.
Other colleagues were warning me that its a waste of time.
Still keeping hope that our postal dept has changed as per times i applied with perseverance
till date i have not received any status on the ID.
Please help to get me the same at the earliest.
