Practo provides with almost fresher doctors in name of top doctors while you book an online appointment via chat. The doctors seldom replies and this service is eating money from the consumers in name of health case and online consultation

Practo is just duping people . Their executive will pester you to take their subscription. They promise about good patients flow n all crap . I m one the victim of their fraudulent activity .one guy from practo convinced me to take their subscription, after denying him 2-3 times, finally I gave in n took practo subscription at 17 k . But even after 2 months I dint get a single inquiry from patient, then I asked them why it is so, to that the same executive told me ki mam it's clinic management app n not for getting patients.This is how they trick you . Then I asked them to refund my subscription, to that they again promise ki you will get good flow of patients, just update your patient's data n all n also promised to refund if no improvement . But even after that situation was same . Now that are not calling me n refusing to refund . This fraudulent activity should be stopped somewhere .

The fees was charged for an experienced and reputed doctor. but a bad "doctor" M Jaganath Venkat was in charge whose mouth was smelling foul of bad breath !

Complaint#3 : the prescription is written on a letterhead that had some other doctors name . Ethical medical practices ??

There are 5 to 6 gynecologists in every street of Mumbai who are not qualified to perform a surgery or prescribe infertility drugs, its high time the government takes some serious action on these cheap doctors like Smruti Kale Reg.No. 2001/09/3240, sad to know she has kept security guards outside the clinic to chase the patients whom she has already cheated, people do anything in India with the support of local politicians, medical council should terminate her license forever so that its a lesson for others.

Bhai, ye kahi ki doctorni hai, deko tho sahi, tv serial me nautanki karnewali dekthi hai, political support hai tho India me koi bhi doctor ban jeyega, koi bhi hospital khol ke baitega, MBBS DGO certificate karidho aur jantha ko C Section aur infertility ke naam pe looto.

Anyone can become a doctor in Bombay with money and political support, these kind of hospitals should be shut down and the doctors license be cancelled with immediate effect, people like Dr Smriti Kale should be banned from the society forever, this definitely questions the regulations and permissions given to the doctors to start their own hospitals, needs a deeper investigation by the government and Medical council of India, I dont understand how can Dr Smriti Kale with a normal MBBS, DGO qualification can go ahead and prescribe infertility drugs and do surrogacy business, has the government become so blind to overlook these core ethical issues due to the fear of local politicians?

While the best doctors in India are being hired by the top corporate hospitals those with no decent experience and knowledge but well off with black money are starting their own small nursing homes with 15 to 20 beds, I have noticed a mushroom growth of these small hospitals and nursing homes across the major cities in India started by those low quality doctors, this lady by name Dr Smriti Kale with just an MBBS, DGO and no other additional qualification or expertise knowledge of infertility was fired by MGM for fetal detection and some unethical infertility practices which were not revealed, she started her own hospital and is earning in crores, she is promising things like painless delivery which everyone knows is fake but no one questions, I am sure in US or in any European country a doctor promising a painless delivery will be immediately sued in the court because everyone knows that’s something impossible, Sachi Hospital, Rosewood Chs plot 485 & 486 near mody hospital, oppsite to chaudhary medicals Sector 2, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400708, MATERNITY AND ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL, well known professional sites like Practo are promoting these small time doctors for their own commission, there is no control of government on these less experienced doctors providing low quality services and they are taking the advantage of this to the maximum benefit.
