I applied for allotment of land in the year December 2006. I paid a cash amount of Rs 490050(Rs four lac Ninty thousand fifty)

I got the allotment of land in Salwad, Maharashtra. they alloted plot number 446, 363 sq yads under customer id number DM0143 in February 07. I kept on following up with them for processing the ownership further When I realised that project is not moving ahead, i started requesting for the refund of my money After initial promise to refund they are absconding. I have been trying to locate the person but it is impossible to reach him.

Mr Ashley the promoter took my Bank account details and promised to refund my my money. For last five years he is not traceable

I am also cheated by Mr. Ashley of Pragati Land , Mumbai. Complaint case was filed in Civil Court. The court served letter of non-bailable warrant to both Mr. Ashley Concessio and Mr. Harish Hassija. But Vakola police of Mumbai reported that they are traceless.
