My 32 Inch Samsung S7 Monitor/TV is of the price 30K and has not been delivered yet. It was booked along with my household items on 13th Dec 2025 but it is still not delivered.

Initially they said, TV was mistakenly sent to Alape and driver is on Christmas leave and TV will be delivered by 27th Dec

27th Dec, They said, Package is in route to Bangalore and it will be delivered to my place...

The Pragati packers and movers in Bangalore are liars and thieves. In my experience, the person from the company (Pradeep) quoted 27000 rupees for moving house items, and after I had given the advance payment of 1000 rupees, i informed Pradeep my move was canceled due to some problem in my organaisation . Pradeep and customer support as well as the Bangalore office team did not answer my calls. They refused to refund my advance amount.

We had used their services for moving Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. Their customer service is pathetic and they quoted one price but after taking the goods they added additional charges saying its GST you need to pay which other packers will give beforehand only. Also they had promised to deliver within 7 days but I received my things after 22 days. Their executives dont pick up call, lied saying your things have left Bangalore, threatened saying we will not deliver your things, you will not get your things etc. Also after receiving things many items are damaged. like bed, shoe storage, study table, wall mirror which doesn't have proper packaging.They said they don't use third party service but they had delivered all my things using Hindustan packers. Will not recommend to anyone to use their services.

Complaint about Pragati Packers and movers, Palam vihar, ext. Gurugram 122017.
There is a person namely Rahul who is there only to loot and mislead the people.
He has send few persons to my home as on 02/06/2022 to take the parcel i.e: Lagguages which was supposed to send on priority to Srinagar location.
Hence he has assured me that it will be delivered within 3-4 days.
We had a word for 60rs/kg and once it reached to his office he send me a unexpected quote and fake weight details as before sending it to him, i have already done the calculation and weight the all packages.
Still i said OK to him even if he added labour charges and 18% gst excluding 60rs/kg, as i was in hurry and given a TAT to someone that the packages needs to be reached to the destination asap.
Then after 3 days i came to know that package are still lying in Delhi and he has handed over it to some other courier company, namely Aditya logistics.
Now today is 10th of June and we are yet to receive the packages.
Rahul is not answering our calls nor giving us any update.
I have been totally cheated and mislead by Pragati Packers and movers.

Pragati packers and movers in bangalore are thieves and liars. I had a worst and horrible experience, they quoted 5500 rs for moving house items and i have given the advance amount unfortunately due to lockdown, it's been postponed, after lockdown i called them many time finally they ask me to pay 12000 rs. I told them not required your service so i asked them to refund my advance amount but they are not paying the amount.

Hi, I booked a consignment with Pragati Packers & Movers, No: 1245 dated on September 05, 2015 from Chennai to Bangalore. As confirmed by them, it was supposed to be delivered within 4 days from the date of the consignment such as September 09, 2015. However all the items have been delivered in good stage except Wet Grinder on September 10, 2015 (Its OK). After confirming with the concerned person from Pragati Packers & Movers, the Wet Grinder was not sent from Chennai itself and they told it will be delivered within 3 days of time, such that on September 13, 2015. However the item is yet to be delivered and if I try to call the concerned person, he just disconnects my call without even picking it. I really do not understand where my Wet Grinder lies on. I herewith attached the following, 1) list.jpg - The list of items in the consignment, 2) inv.jpg - Invoice copy of the consignment, 3) consignor copy.jpg - Consignor copy of the consignment. I had the worst experience with Pragati Packer and Movers described below: 1. Shipping of 18 packages done from Noida to Bangalore on 11-Oct-2013 expecting it to be delivered at Bangalore in 7 days. 2. Initial Delay: Called them several times for the delivery since 18-Oct and was informed the stuff is in Ahmedabad and there is some delay. Requested them to delivery at least before 29-Oct as it was my daughter's Birthday and the stuff in shipment was required for that. Was informed on 27-Oct that the stuff has reached godown and will reach soon. 3. Payment issue: I had made 50% advance payment and remaining was to be done once shipment reaches. During delivery, they started giving excuses that there is some payment due at Bangalore for which I have to go and visit the godown myself and collect the stuff after making the payment. I was astonished at such a comment as per the service it is door to door delivery and I was being made to collect the stuff from some unknown godown. As there was no other option, I had to go for collecting my stuff from Bangalore Godown. 4. Suitcase stolen: On reaching the godown, when I asked for my stuff, I was bewildered to find 1 big suitcase missing from the consignment. I asked the godown incharge to get the Pragati Packers people for the missing suitcase. The person who came was not from Pragati Packers but from some other transport company who had to be paid by Pragati packers for transporting the goods. I realized the reason why delivery was not being made to my house - missing suitcase. The person was suggesting to make the payment only then he would allow me to take the remaining 17 suitcases. As I was outnumbered and wanted to at least save remaining 17 suitcases, I made the remaining payment and brought back the 17 items considering to get compensated by Insurance. 5. Insurance not covering Theft: On talking to Insurance company, I was informed that Insurance is for Damaged stuff only and not for stolen items. The liability for stolen items is with Packer only. 6. Compensation decided by Packer (4K instead of 20K): Spoke with Packers and they by themselves evaluated my stuff which included Gents Suits, Coats, Imported toys, etc which as per my valuation was 20K at a meager 5K and told me that they can compensate me with 4K (deducting 1K further for 10% charges). 7. No compensation provided: They asked for my Bank account details for transferring the amount which I provided. I followed up several times but still haven't got any compensation and feel cheated using their incompetent service. 8. What mode of complaint: Kindly suggest what mode of complaint is possible in such kind of cheatings - Police complaint or Consumer complaint? I am doing Customer complaint on this site and hope someone can take a heed and help me out. Hoping no one else uses their pathetic service and they close shop soon.
