The Pragati packers and movers in Bangalore are liars and thieves. In my experience, the person from the company (Pradeep) quoted 27000 rupees for moving house items, and after I had given the advance payment of 1000 rupees, i informed Pradeep my move was canceled due to some problem in my organaisation . Pradeep and customer support as well as the Bangalore office team did not answer my calls. They refused to refund my advance amount....

We had used their services for moving Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. Their customer service is pathetic and they quoted one price but after taking the goods they added additional charges saying its GST you need to pay which other packers will give beforehand only.
