I took their service on August 28th, 2021 to shift my home from Bangalore to Dindigul. They delivered after 4 days and after received the items are replaced like chairs, UPS battery, gas cylinder, etc. Included broom as well. they took my original item and replace to a duplicate item. they are asking more amount once took our items and first they have promised me one amount and once item is packed and while doing delivery make payment first...

After using the services of Pragati Packers and Movers (pragatipacker.com)I feel it would be more appropriate if this company was called Pragati Liars and Thieves. I sincerely hope that no one else has to go through the horrible experience that we have gone through while shifting our belongings (including car) from Bangalore to Vishakapatnam.
