I am Hari Paithankar from Pune. I had booked ticket for Pune to Aurangabad on[protected] at 6:00am. I was waiting since 6:00am till 8:10am at my boarding point. They have charged me Rs. 1681/- for this ticket. What the hell? Due to 2 hours delay my meeting in Aurangabad got cancelled which cost me huge economical loss.

I demand compensation against my booking reference no.[protected]

    I was travelling from dadar to pune (Hinjewadi bridge) on 28-6-19 by prasanna purple bus number mh 01 cr 9955 at 5.45 pm. Like as usual agents started to shout about fully filled bus and creating emergency. I boarded on the bus at 5.45 pm and i was told that we were supposed to leave in 10-15 minutes which is acceptable. But then when we left, we left for filling up the bus!!! Bus driver started to circling bus around the same chowk about 45- 50 minutes. After 3-4 such trips i was very angry and confronted the agent about giving back my money and let me leave but the agent was acting like a goon started arguing with me. Finally we left near about 6.30 - 6.45 pm and reached hinjewadi bridge at 10.45 pm which we were supposed to reach at 9.30 pm.
    So finally at the end of the travel i was very annoyed after long day of work
    From company like prasanna purple, we expect prompt service and nothing else

      Date 13/1/19 mh40 at0609 from pune to nagpur.
      They got delayed by 1 hour. Still they were loading unwanted people between the journey with no prior booking.
      It was unsafe and unprofessional behevior from purple people.
      How could people travel in prasanna with such things.
      They took halt for more than 2 time to have such people.
      Please have cameras in your bus. We have paid 1400 not for such kind of service.

        I have booked Ticket from prassana purple app at Rs. 645 for Pune to Nanded on Diwali vacation, after two day from booking, they canceled my ticket and there were not any notification on mail or app, Suddenly ticket rates also raised from Rs.645 - 1545 Due to Diwali season, and when I called the customer care guys, most of the time they put my calls on hold, and try to avoid me saying technical problem,
        Most of the time we make advanced booking and we believe our long journey will be safe, prassana purple is a we ll known name in the traveling industry, but for small profit they play such dirty games with consumers, so please don't believe these guys especially seasonal time, I am going to sue them into consumer court for what they did with me...
        I'm traveling from pune to Nagpur we are highly disappointed with the improper service of company we not recommend anyone now to travel by Prassanna purple travels. It's more than half hour still at sangamwadi and it's departure time is 10 from here.

          My pnr number is 34568731 and i am still on board.Please note my complaint in priority as my mothers diamond earings had fallen in the bus and the driver has expected that he threw it away while cleaning at the hotel where we had stayed last night.so to my concern the guide Dinesh says its not his responsibility and cant do anything on it.Heads at Prasanna purple how insane a person can be we want you to immediately look at this matter and get our stuff back.
          Please note the bus number is mh14cw1076.

          till yet no clarification on how they will return the diamond earing.

            To hell with this travel agency. Telling they are the best service provider, you are the worst service provider. Currently I am in yavatmal from last one & half hour driver is saying they called another vehicle due to failure. I am really shocked when I asked them how much time they will take he is saying 1:30 hour. They are charging highest rate in service industries but don't know the meaning of services. Vehicle no. MH14 CW2040 this is the worst service provider, I ever met. Employee don't know how to talk customer. Travel agency have to pay little bit higher salary & acquire some sensible staff. Guyz don't pay them your money for worst services.

              I am currently travelling from Pune to Nagpur dated 17th May 2014, started at 8 p.m.by paying Rs. 1600/- for one seat . As soon i gets in i found A/c is not working properly, service provider denied to start TV And charging services despite of many requests from the customers and they are adamant towards their rude behaviour.I am feeling like i m travelling in Non AC Bus. This is really disasterous service provided by brand like Prasanna who charges so huge amount from the customer and fooling in terms of services offered as shown in Internet. This is really disappointing service and shameful management from brands like Prasanna. I am feeling cheated and urge Prasanna Marketing team to refund my money if you can not serve the customer to the minimual expectation despite taking highest money among competitors.
