Hi sir,
My bharat gas consumer no 31401165. I had booked gas cylinder date was 4th july 2016. I got a message that it was delivered on 7th july. But it was not delivered to my home still date. Please i request you to take appropriate action on this case.
I couldnt able to register a complaint in the www.ebharatgas.com website. It is not working....

We had booked for a cylinder which without being delivered is cancelled because we were supposed to have been out of station. This is a lie. And no one ever answers the telephone calls - tried all numbers given in the gas book. Such inefficiency and pathetic services - rather non-services. They seem to disregard that family has to cook....

My customer number is 56490281. I booked a Gas cylinder refill on 6th November 2013 and not delivered till today (13th November 2013). When ever i called their office number either i get busy or ring goes on. No one attends the call. More Over the Delivery person Mr. Ranganatha who delivers the cylinder Charges Rs.450, instead of Rs.422. When complained the Agency they states that if customer wish they can give and no action was taken till...

Dear Sir/Madam,
The bharat gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.
here,we had booked our cylinder for home-delivery on[protected] at 11.0 a.m.(18787) but we have not received the delivery to till date..
Second thing the agency telephone no. generally not responding to customer and mobile phone always switched off.
