I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the ongoing delay in the warranty repair of my Honda Activa125, Vehicle Registration Number: TS07 HG 6299.
I brought my vehicle to your service center on[protected], and it has been 20 days since then. I was informed that the issue with the engine is covered under warranty and that the repair process was underway. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any clear updates or timelines for when the repair will be completed.
My vehicle has been with your service center for an extended period, and the lack of communication and progress has been frustrating. This situation is causing me significant inconvenience, as I rely on my Activa for daily commuting.
I kindly request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.
I trust Honda's commitment to customer satisfaction and hope that this matter will be resolved promptly.

Regarding gearbox issue

Hey hi I just want to raise a complaint regarding my vehicle number TS11EU4263 may be I think last month I visited pratul Honda workshop Begumpet I asked them to do general checkup and I'm having some concern regarding noise coming from the gear box they inspected and told the gear box will cover under warranty but have a note here on that day advisor asked me to go and do the warranty process where I purchased the vehicle. I don't think soo there is a process like this, so I asked him again about these process he said we can do anywhere. Then for what ur asking me to do where I purchased the vehicle I questioned him he said will start the process after 2 days I got a call regarding gearbox will cover in the warranty in between 3rd or 4th of March will receive the part they said. After waiting for a long gap I made a call of around 10 times but no one answered the call. Atlast they answered taken my details and today they are saying warranty will not be covered.
I don't know whats going on inside ur workshop they are telling now regarding service are not done properly so warranty will not be covered. Acha listen there is no rotation of vehicle ybi should do service everytime I asked the advisor he told ok mam will call u back shortly till now no one is responding. See we trust u guys and we visit ur workplace changing this kind ok words reach time is not proper I just want to know and I hope u can do the best

Bike service worst service pathetic

This is pathetic service from your end (erragadda service center) as per your request am came for bike service but you people taking more time I lost my half day office also but no problem with half day they people waited me and my wife almost 3 hour's but bike service done just 25 min I observed I went show room 1:10 pm but bike handover by service concern 4:10 pm just 20 min they done bike service ...am very much irritating with your service iwant justice...am going now for re check the bike...

I’m harika kolli. I have purchased a honda activa 5g form your pratul honda, somajiguda branch on 22/04/2018. While receiving the vehicle i have not received a service manual book. I generally get my servicing done from the jubilee hills branch. During the first 2 free services i was not asked for the book but during my 3rd free service on 13/11/2018 i was asked for the service manual. When i informed i didn’t receive any i was informed to visit the somajiguda branch and take the book as lack of having a book might cause problems in the future servicing & warranty claims. I visited the somajiguda showroom today and was very disappointed with the behaviour of the staff there. They seemed to be very irresponsible and disinterested with my issue. They checked my invoice and said a book was already issued to me and i must have lost it. Am i a kid to lose it? When i have everything from the vehicle invoice to the insurance papers and even all the 3 free servicing receipts safely how will i lose a service manual? They seemed very disrespectful and sarcastic. Is this how you propagate and build your brand value? Is this how you treat your customers? As long as we buy the vehicle we are important to you later we don’t matter. Until today i was suggesting pratul honda for people to buy vehicles, no more from today. Learnt my lesson the hard way. Thank you for all your help and support. It’s just not important to do business and earn profits, customer relationship maintenance is also very important. Hoping you will learn your lesson too and also that you will teach some manners to people associated to your brand.

We given bike to pratul honda service center at punjagutta. On 28/10/2018. Promised to ready back same day at 5 to 6 clock, on sunday their call and said no spare parts available at service center. And promise to complete on monday morning. I call them at 6:00 pm to check the status of bike, the team are careless and not even taking to us.

misbehaving with customers and given my helmet to another customer

Hi honda service,
I have given my hornet bike no. 7732 and also given my helmet (Cost around 2500rs) to service centre on sunday around 2'0 clock to erragadda branch in hyderabad.
Now i have gone to branch to pick the bike and helmet. But they have given my helmet to another customer. I have asked to manager regarding issue but they didn't even answer my issue. They are using vulgar language with me. I have asked that please check the cc footage. But they are saying camera's are not working and said do what you want. They didnt give receipt also to me and talk very badly to me.
This is the way hyderabad erragadda branch treating the customers.
Please do something on this issue as soon as possible. I need my helmet.
And i will also give consumer complaint on this issue. Please solve as soon as possible.

Worst service ever experienced at Punjagutta branch, Hyderabad

My wife owns a Honda activa white color which she bought in Chennai couple of years ago. The vehicle was in good condition all the time she used it in Chennai and got serviced there. She had to shift to Hyderabad after marriage and got the vehicle shipped to Hyderabad.
Upon one of my friends suggestion I visited Pratul Honda service centre in Punjagutta and got it serviced there and it din't took me long enough that it was the biggest mistake that I every made. They said that the bike fork was bent due to shipping and have to get it fixed and similar other problems. I was charged really hefty(around Rs. 2000 ) for that service which I expected to merely around few hundreds as all I wanted to get done was some cleaning and Teflon polish.
I got that done and after the bike got delivered, to my wildest surprise the condition of the vehicle turned even worse and I had to face new problems with the vehicle that weren't existing before I gave to the service centre.
Upon re-visiting them, they just brushed off my comments and complaints with just a mere sorry and said they would take a look again. But this was just in vain and there wasn't any improvement. I had it serviced there for about 3 times time and the experience just turned worser with new problems cropping up inspite of getting charged really huge.
I also raised my concern to the feedback call post the service, but in vain. I was vexed with this and wanted to raise my concern to some higher official there, but to my surprise they don't happen to maintain a website nor a customer care contact like mail or phone number.
I lost a lot of money to the services and my vehicle condition is turned even worse. I'm in search for new service centre but wanted to raise my concern here with a hope that at least others would be saved from this trauma I had.

Dear Sir,
We had some problem with Pratul honda, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, We have taken activa vehicle on on[protected], till now we have not received single call for registration, when we called up on 15 aug 2014 for the status, they are answering me, we forgotted to call you, this kind of service till now i never seen, i also worked for the one of the dealer in hyundai, also sale executive given me quoation for 2050/- as emi but 2222/- first emi credited from my account, no one is responding for my doubts, she dont know how to calculate the emi, , on delivery time so much problem we faced.Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

Pratul Honda are cheaters they sell new vehicle with used spare parts

Hi all,
This is to bring to everyone notice about the worst experience I had with any kind of showroom in my life. I bought new Honda activa from Pratul Honda kondapur 1month back. They asked me to pick it in the evening and by the time they handed over to me it was already dark hence I could not see the scratch on One of the panel. Such a disgusting thing that new activa of 60k is having scratches.
Other than this-
1) headlight bulb stopped working in 2-3 days. My previous two wheeler I used for 5 years and never got any issue with the bulb at least. They charged 250 for this from me.
2) toolkit was not provided and after asking they took from another new piece and gave it to me. Poor other customer who may not realize this for months.
3) seatlock was not working properly, sometimes it may work but most of the time it won't.
Next day morning when I realized about the scratches I went to their showroom and they were not very welcoming but I ignored and mentioned about the defect, they said panel is not in stock so I have to check their showroom again. Fortunately they had put footrest in my activa which I did not want and I did not pay saying that once you will fix scratch issue then i will pay money for footrest. Of course I wanted to save my side through some way. They were bit angry but could not say any thing. After that I visited showroom around 10 times and also called them but every time out of stock.
My first servicing became due and went to them asking if they have panel now. He said we will send to godown and check and will replace. In evening when I went to take it I found that they painted the scratch saying madam it is not visible at all now you may check it. I was totally pissed off , how can they just paint my new activa to hide the scratch instead of replacing it. It is just one month and was there from day 1.
I told to them this is not fair, I need to get it replaced and he started arguing. For 30 mins in night time around 9 pm I was all alone fighting with their staff. They were not decent at all in talking and misbehaved. they we literally shouting to make me loose. finally i got weak and surrendered amd said ok For the paint which i should not have. i said i will pay the money for footrest after checking in the morning if the scratches are not visible. Then was the limit when they denied to return me the keys and said you will get the scooty only after full payment and started packing and closing their showroom. I said ok take out your footrest then started opening everything to take it out. I was so mentally tortured and was so helpless that I said ok do not remove I will pay for it.
Such a worst dealer and such a worst staff and such a worst customer dealing and worst servicing.
They did not even washed my activa I am not sure whether they actually did any servicing because I did not feel any change which I used to feel for my previous two wheeler after servicing.
I need justice on this, please help me on taking action against such people. I need as much compensation as much I am eligible at least for the part having scratch and for misbehaving with customer
Pratul are the big cheaters and they sell used parts in new activa. I would suggest everyone not to buy from them, or get servicing done,you never know they may replace your parts. BEWARE from PRATUL HONDA CHEATERS

1.6 % extra on card payments

Can someone help me understand, why would Pratul honda dealer would ask for 1.6 % extra on the amount paid through Cards? Is this legal?
The Manager told me that the banks ask for it. (He named AXIS bank).
My suspicion is that they force customers to make cash payments, so that they can 'PLAY' with account books later.

Pratul Honda — NEW BIKE STARTING PROBLEM
ON MAY 13,I HAVE TAKEN A NEW ACTIVA IN ERRAGADA BRANCH(PRATUAL HONDA) WITH IN MONTH ONLY MYN ACTIVA IS GOT TROUBLE AND UNABLE TO START.KICK IS NOT WORKING SELF IS ALSO NOT WORKING,HORN IS ALSO NOT COMING,AFTER SERVICING ONLY I AM GETTING THIS TYPE OF PROBLEMS,UNTILL NOW ONLY 600KM IS I HAVE DRIVED. WHEN IAM COMPLAINT THIS TO BRANCH THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND SERIOUSNOUS.THIS IS THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS,WITH IN 24HOURS TAKE MY BIKE AND REPAIR IT SOON ARE ELSE I WILL GIVE COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER COURT,ELSE GIVE ME A NEW BIKE.I WILL GIVE AN ADVT IN PAPER THAT ACTIVA IS NOT GOOD AND GETTING THE MORE PROBLEMS.PLEASE TAKE SERIOUSNESS AND SOLVE Helpful
