Two years back i bought four burner gas stave. This week i register a complaint for burner problem.. issues resolved... But They asking travel charges 150...why? It's a life time free service..but they r asking charges for travel...it's totally false statement life time free service... reality is they charged 150 for every service..but they call it as travel charges...but their business tactics "life time free service" statement....

I brought one induction stove from Preethi on SAMU & SAMU Electronics Kumbakonam on 13/12/2020. My induction stove Glass was broken, unfortunately. So that I went last month to Samu & Samu stores at Kumbakonam, They are said this issue was not covered by warranty so that if you want to service this product you want to pay more than 1800.00Rs. Hi,
I am Ganesh, My registered mobile number is +91 [protected]. I have purchased Gas Stove with four Burner on 01.01.2019 at GIRIAS Velachery branch, Now i want to service my Gas stove, in that stove one Burner flame not coming properly so that need to check and need to do overall service also for this purpose i have called up customer care person today for the service request, the number is +[protected] and they taken my request and shared the complaint number[protected] and finally customer care person told me need to pay Rs.150/- for this service, which means they informed it is the travel charges for this service person. please advice what is that? At the time of purchase the showroom selling person clearly informed this product completely Life long free service and customer no need to pay any charges, if any parts/spare will change in future that amount only bare the customer and also i cross checked Preethi booklet (instruction Manual) and bill / invoice copy it is not mentioned anywhere
Now i heard new thing "TRAVEL CHARGES Rs.150/-" this is not acceptable to me. even it is a small charges but preethi is demanding us to pay travel charges to the service person it completely not suits for the word "Preethiku Nan Guarantee" & "Life time free Services"
My concern is finally you will charge the customer but name only different like new name travel charges.
if i go to other service person, they also charge Rs.150/- (Service charge), why i come to Preethi because life long free service.
i am not ready to pay Travel charges. Product is within warranty, without warranty is dose not matter, it is clearly mentioned Life Long Free Service.regarding this request i am raised complaint more than 30 days ago but still technician and customer care person not handled properly and closed my request.
