I am jitendra singh have maruti baleno zeta rj 14 zc 3558 have changed fog lamp from prem motors vkia jaipur but in new fog lamp filling water and dust. I personally met to service advisor mr ajay and agm mr vijay sharma they said to me we are not responsible for any accessories than i have complent to customer care (Nx[protected]) then received a call from prem motors workshop than i had visited t again today to workshop he taken some photos of fog lamp and refused to me for any taken responsibility
So tell me what should i do have to expense for fog lamp which is responsibility of work shop or move for consumer court

    My phone xiaomi redmi 3s is not working properly it hanging too much when i open an app take too much time to open after opened opp thats hanging not working properly in this phone and do not open any app continuously.
    And it marge my all contect to other if save any contect by name of arun phone automatically marge to another name example shyam this kind of problem is too irritating for me

    Please shoot this trouble as soon as possible.

      I serviced my swift vdi car on 17.11.2015 by prem motors. Car number is HR 19H 5241. After servicing i facing gear shifting problem. I was unable to put gear from 3rd to 2nd gear. At that time i was busy somewhere so i sent my car to prem motor today for this issues but they told me that synchronisation rings will be replaced and expanse will be 6000 or 7000.

        Subject: Complaint about fraud done for extended warranty by prem motors, vki, jaipur

        This is to inform you that i had purchase a maruti suzuki wagonr duo on 25/6/2009 (reg no=RJ14 CG 9083) with extended warranty of 1 year(2+1). The warranty contract number given to me was 09966731. My car was facing problems on 5/6/2012 so i went to service station they told me to change some extended warranty parts , but they refuses to change the parts and told me that the warranty number provided to me had been already sold to someone else.prem motors had done fraud with me and they are selling a single warranty number to a lots of person. i also filed a complaint in maruti suzuki but no action has been taken till yet and they send us a message that our complaint had been resolved. It has been alraedy 90 days so kindly solve our problem as soon as possible.

        PREM MOTORS — bad and delayed service

        We had bought a Wagon R from PREM MOTORS ,Jaipur and when we gave it for the First service , nothing satisfaction came to us after the service. in the service card it was mentioned that the free dropping service is provided but when we asked for the same , we were denied inspite my location was very close to the service centre. the delivery time was given for 5.00 p.m. and we started getting calls from service centre at 4.30 that the car is ready for delivery and when we had gone for delivery the car had not gone with the washing even. and thus after all service we were delivered the car at 8.45p.m. that too with not all things done . infact some wiring was disturbed and we had come back again the other day to get the same repaired.
