I had entered into a contract with Prenu about 4-5 months back and paid 15, 000 INR for getting a good nanny for my baby.
However, since then I have had a hard time with the nannies they provide. The nannies, stop coming for work without any prior intimation, and this has happened repeatedly. And when we ask Prenu they clearly mentioned that its not their responsibility and they will take time to provide a replacement too, and to make it worse even the replacement nanny does the same thing.

And off late when i followed up again and still since no nanny was still provided i requested for a partial refund atleast, to which they have been extremely rude in talking about because refund is not in terms of contract.

To take their services has been a mental harrassment for us.
To sum it up, prenu agency has:
highly rude and unprofessional staff especially the manager Abhilash.
very unqualified nannies, some of them dont know how to care for baby
few of the nannies i came across were super unhygenic

Prenu nanny service is extremely unprofessional, taken money & not refunded.
Shocking truth is this agency doesn't do any background verification of the candidates they send.. Ever candidates have no idea about the agency.
How can an agency dealing with r infants be this irresponsible?
Totally money minded, no concern for our infants safety.
Can imagine the risk we are taking if we hire any nanny with no background verification from this unprofessional, ethic less agency..

Prenu.in company operating from electronic city phase 2, bangalore is an absolute fraud company.
Sitting in heart of electronic city and operating this fraud company. They take rs. 2000 in name of registration, promising that they will share the profiles of nurses once you pay the token amount. Once you pay, you stop hearing from them. You do numerous follow-ups via phone or e-mail but they stop answering back. When you ask for refund, the owner says he is admitted in hospital in kerala and will refund the money when he comes back to bangalore, only that day never comes. Their staff at office do not have the capacity to pay back rs. 2000 in cash to the customer. Saw so many negative reviews yet surprised why nobody has filed fir against this frauds. Well, if i am not getting my money back soon, i am going to file fir against this fraud company. It is high time this fraud practice needs to be stopped.
