Prepaid Taxi Service Anna International Terminal Chennai Airport Complaints & Reviews

Respected SIr/Madam, on 04.11.2022, I came back from Ahmedabad. When I tried to book prepaid taxi to my home at Kattuppakkam, the person at counter said that there is no taxi service to my area. But the drivers at the taxi boarding area were ready to come to my area at increased price (Rs., 1, 000). This is highly unfair. When drivers are ready to come at increased fare, same can be done with proper billing at counter. What is the motive behind refusing at booking counter and accepting the same ride by drivers at high fare without bill?? This will highly affect passengers. Kindly take necessary actions.

Dear Sir, On 13.12.2015 i booked a taxi from Chennai Airport for 5th Main Road Nangallur, Chennai. The driver could not take right turn at the apt place inorder to drive through palvanthangal subway to reach nanganallur due to his mistake. Then he had to go straight towards guindy road for aprox 1 km. He stopped the car at the road side and started quarelling with me in the car and started asking me for Rs 40 extra on the bill amount....
