The day one we have received the vehicle, we have facing repair software & maintenance issue, Every now and then we serviced our vehicle, But the issue is not rectified, we are facing the same issue with the vehicle for every 30kms. Hence forth not able to drive the vehicle and earn from the vehicle, so we are facing to pay the EMI, So kindly rectify the issue we are facing ASAP .

prerana motors, messed up with the insurance while given the vehicle delivery and i am suffering with it.

I have bought a tata tiago xz diesel with engine no "1.05lcr02eryw21089" and chasis no "mat626181jke48996" reg no ka40n0794, from prerana motors, no.116, pride hulkul, ground floor, lalbagh road, bangalore - 560027 and date of delivery was 03/11/2018.
At the time of purchase prerana motors insured the vehicle with magma hdi general insurance co. Ltd, without giving me any option or without consulting me on that. My vehicle met with an accident on 22/11/2018 and was toed to prerana motors, 2nd phase, 1st main road, peenya industrial area, bengaluru, karnataka 560058 for repairs.
Claim has been registered, all required documents were submitted on 24/11/2018 and surveyor binuchandran was appointed and survey was done, however till today inspite of mutiple calls from me for followup (27/12/2018) no action is taken to resolve my concern. No approval is given from the magma hdi, and no there is no valid reason from them on why is there a delay of more than 1 month and my vehicle is left for rusting at bodyshop without any repairs.
When tata has its own insurance company, why did the prerana motors, insured my vehicle with magma hdi, who is not able to give approval for repairs even after 1 month, magma hdi doesn't have good customer reviews nor does it has a good repution, then why did the prerana motors, choose magma hdi.
May be prerana motors gets a better commission from the magma hdi for insuring the vehicles with them, but the customer like me are suffering because of their greed for the money.
I request tata motors to take any required measures to help their customer from this situation.
I really hope tata motors, value their customers and provide after sale support in these kind of situations. Please help me resolve this asap.
