Hello Sir,

I am Mr. Mutkule Prasad Raghunath from Maharashtra. I have paid Rs.15000 of PhD program in Computer Science and Engineering on 23/11/2020 as Annual fees out of total fees Rs.70000 for provisional admission of academic year[protected]. But due to COVID-19 pandemic family issue I have cancelled the admission. I reported the Presidency University Bangalore about the same via mails and phone calls. Initially they promised me to refund my paid fees Rs, 15000 but today they denied to refund fees with lot of rude words repeatedly denying for refund. They said they won't refund fees at all .So I request to help me to refund my fees. I have done all necessary processes from my side as per norms o[censored]niversity. I also have all documents as proof of the same.

I have sent several mails eureka frobes limited to cancel the order as they could not deliver my product and their sales person has taken the order from me by giving false promises such as cash back offfer, scratch card, life time service etc.. I am attacing the email sent to eureka frobes limited but to noavail

Dear sir/ mam,

Please cancel my order no[protected] dated 20/04/2020 at 1.50:08 pm as you have already delayed the delivery.. Your sales representative mr naveen, yelhanka office[protected] had give me false promise of delivery, free gift, scratch card, 1000 cash back etc.. This is a breach of trust.. Please take serious actions on naveen for giving false promised otherwise i will put the same in social media with his communication to me in whatsapp
