I ordered a boat rockers neckand and i got fake product I mailed a company for refund but they are not responding to me spo please take legal action on company before they fool lot of people

I ordered a boat company's Bluetooth on online shopping site prime store india on 6th June and delivery on 9th June, but after received product i saw that i received duplicate and defective product immediately i complaint on mail to primestore company but till date company didn't reply on mail or contact me, i also attached a bill copy where product Return or exchange policy mention but company didnot respond.I also attached copy actually i order and received iteam.

I have Orderd Boat Rockerz 255 Pro Bluetooth Ear Phone From Primestores india and i Received Order 9th June but That Product is Duplicate and aslo not Working so i Imidiately Mail primestoresindia to Give me My money Back, from 9th june to till date i send so many mail to this company but I still didnt Received Any Reply From them
So i Request Indian Governement to take some Strict Action Against such fraud company and Help me to get my Precious money back.

I had ordered boat Rockerz 255 pro headphones on 22nd aug and I received product on 25th aug but I received damaged headphones so I try to complain against it but there are no way to contact this fraud company.
I have ordered Combo offer-2 Units Of Boat Rockerz 255 Pro bluetooth headset(navy blue) on 02/12/2022 my Order No. 33729, but till date i have neither received any product nor any update of dispatch of my ordered item. I have many time visited their site (https://www.primestores.online/) and also email to their (Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com) but no revert received yet.
