Pricess holiday company is a fraud who make people fool, they promise to provide one week holiday and give 5 star hotel and resort and showing good resort and hotel so that costomer trapped in net, after that they don't pick up ur phone and don't give any response to ur mail. I tried to contact with sahbaj khan and rehman both don't give any response, last time i plany holiday at shimla manali but they refuse to provide hotel, now i am again try to book hotel though them for january but again no response, so i confirmed that this holidays is running a huge racket for looting people, i am going to consumer forum to file a case against them

I had taken 05 year membership of Princess Holiday's Vacation ownership Program on 1st November 2017 after attending a Promotional Event organised by them.I had paid Rs 70000 for the same. At that time I was promised that under the scheme I would get one week Accommodation in five star hotels/resorts of princess holiday. In case o[censored]N-availability they would provide accommodation in other hotels of similar or higher category. Also I was told that I can book Holiday even 2 day prior to start.
Last year on December 12 I tried to book the hotels for Nainital but got no response. after I called them many times they refused to provide accommodation saying they don't have any availability.
This Year I sent them mail on 15th October for booking a holiday for Andaman in december, but till now only thing that I have been told is that my request has been forwarded to some department and response is awaited. I am trying to contact them on their office landline but no body is picking the call there. They are not picking my calls on their mobiles also. I was promised booking within 48 Hrs, but it has been 2 weeks and no response yet. Last year also same thing happened for nainital vacation.
I seriously doubt they have any resorts at all or just running some fraud.
I just want the refund of the money that I had paid them. I am completely fed up now.
