Priority International Holidays Club Pvt Ltd Complaints & Reviews

I am a member of priority international holidays club pvt. Ltd., pune since 01-march-2014. My membership no. Is pipu# 1270. As per the agreement signed between the company and me, the club membership is for 5 years, and the holidays membership is for 30 years i. E up to year 2044 during this period i can avail to go on vacation after reservation in their resorts/hotels. For this, i had paid rs 91, 000 as membership fee, and rs 23000 as lifelong maintenance fee.
Since becoming member, i have availed one complimentary vacation at goa, and another at kovalam, kerala. For singapore the company said that international bookings are closed. For club membership they cancelled my gym membership saying that they will accommodate in another gym which they never did despite my many reminders. They never provided me any event passes since 01-march-2014 till date, despite promising that they will invite us in at least 6-8 events per year.
Since september 30, 2018, i had requested them to plan my visit to jaipur (Rajasthan) for the period 31-oct to 3-nov, 2018 and they had replied my mail on 5-october-2018 that they will reply in 4-5 days. But they never replied after that date. I wrote several mails and called on company phone numbers but all my calls went ‘no reply’, and my mails bounced back with ‘address not found’ message.
Earlier at many occasions i had asked the company to refund my membership fee as they are not fulfilling any condition signed in the agreement, but they did not refund my amounts of membership fee and lifelong maintenance fee.
I had sent a courier to them on their registered address that was undelivered with 'receiver not available' comment.

I request that my fee of (Rs 91, 000+23000) be refunded by this company for the fraud they have done by cheating me of my hard earned money.

I had taken membership from priority international holidays club pvt ltd, but i didn't get the services of the company like no holiday package. I am cheated by this company. Receipt no 5391. I was promised by the company that 15000 would be refundable if i don't get the package. 2 years have almost become but didn't receive a single phone call. Spoke to the telecaller but she was not helpful.

Priority International has cheated me, I have invested Rs 110000/- and my member ship no# PPU3317. I was told that I have to pay through EMI without any interest going to be charged by ICICI Bank, but I have to made the EMI payment along with Interest. Now when I am trying to contact Priority on the number proivided, no is picking up the call and nor replying on my mail regarding availing the holiday trip.

I thus want my money to get repaid back to me, or else I will file an FIR against the company.

We have purchased the membership of priority international holidays club pvt ltd in april 2016 from their andheri office of 85 thousand rupees. At the time of purchase they promised to offer various services as 5 star hotel booking for 35 days with complimentary services as free pick and drop services, spa packages at the hotel, gym membership, yearly events organised in mumbai and etc. But none of the promises are fulfilled and no one receives the call at their customer service centre and neither replies to the mail.
It is a fraud company.
I want my full money refunded.
