This is Regards to my complaint which I would like to raise against prystin care this is the worst services given by prystin care apart from this they have over charged me and taken a huge amount from my insurer.

I was admitted at apollo hospital on 14th august and got discharged on 15th August not even discharged they were not ready to discharge me and they were unnecessarily charging me and they were not contacting my insurer for cashless claim so I left the hospital on 15th august and when I saw the bill on 16th they overcharged me and they took 52000 approx which was far more than the actual amount they told me, they told me surgery will be done in approx 32k that's why I was agreed to it .

So I would like somebody to investigate this and take strict action against prystin and apollo both it seems they both are involved in this over billing and lootyfying patients dont know how many other customers have been suffered from this .

Irresponsible Behavior

After my surgery pristyn care executive not supporting to provide my payments bill and medical reports. I suppose to be provide my bill and medical reports in week to my company for a medical rembersement .because of not providing anything. I was loss my medical claim. After taking many follow up they are not responding for a anything.

I am being bombarded repeatedly daily numerous times by SMS advertisements from this fraud company even though I have sent repeated mails and called may times to stop harassing me with such numerous advertisement mails and sms.
Even though they replied that they will stop it within 24 hours but have not and keep flooding me with such advertisements on my DND mobile phone.
I am a very busy person not have time for all this but this third rate organisation keeps harassing me daily numerous times as such.

Prystne Care offers an easy streamlined experience for those wanting a surgery or treatment. My experience was terrible at every stage. They sent a care the day before we were meant to go, but I did not have the option to cancel it, so the driver kept calling me. The next morning they sent the car again, because this was the correct date, but two hours late. The car then took me to the wrong hospital, on the other side of the city. I had to pay to cross the city and come back to the right hospital. Here, they had said the procedure would have a day discharge. This was a lie, and the hospital told us it was not possible. About three different people from Prystne were in touch with me, and none of them had any idea about what the others knew. Not only did I have to sort out my own admission, ward, doctor timings, discharge with the hospital, I also had to keep updating all these people from Prystne Care who did not help at all. In fact, they spoke quite aggressively and kept trying to blame me for random things, as well as refuse to accept any responsibility. I would speak to the doctor's and managers in the hospital, and the Prystne Care people, sitting in their ivory towers, would tell me that the hospital doesn't know what it is doing. Even though they were the ones with the tie-up with the hospital. An example of this is when they kept insisting that the operation has a day discharge when everyone at the hospital said that it does not. Prystne does not have any of its own staff or equipment in the hospital, yet, they said the hospital is wrong. I tried to explain them that the operation would quite literally take X amount of time for preparation, Y amount of time for the operation, and Z amount of time in the ward afterwards, and therefore it was impossible for it to finish in 2-3 hours, like they said. The person they have kept to interact with patients was obnoxious, disorganised, and at one point even had the audacity to ask me why things were not going right. I had to tell him that it is HIS job to explain that to me, not the other way around. They also made me pay 500 at the hospital, which along with the extra money I had to pay for the cab, was never refunded. A terrible, unprofessional experience.

They confirmed that my father's cataract surgery will be completely cashless but during discharge hospital has pushed us to pay 25% of amount.

Support has given written confirmation on chat baed on my insurance that cataract surgery is full covered.

Now they are saying that we are not God and details were provided basis probability

At first instance when I spoke with this girl regarding my genital warts she said it will cost 17000 with getting properly admitted in hospital with having general Anesthesia. Next day she said it will cost 25000 with same treatment and facility and I agreed to this even.In which night staying is included. Now on third day again she said that sorry it costs 30000 to 35000. Can you tell me what is this going on. I really want to know that how come each and every time your rates are increasing. You people are doing fraud things and making people fool.

My mom Catherine Francis pt. ID VLZLF35911 got operated by Dr. Vikram Vasuniya at rudraksh Hospital bhopal. Mr. Rahul was the coordinator with the doctor. Initially through out the process he helped my mom a lot for everything but when wd asked him to book post surgery re look appointment, he booked but, he didn't informed that the Dr. Is not coming to that hospital venue where he booked appointment. My sister and mom travelled far away 15 kms from the residence to the venue which rahul sent, and then when my mom reached he informed that Dr. Is in another hospital then again from there they have to rush to another hospital which was again 15 _20 km far away and then rahul not picking up call also. His given mobile no is[protected]. Please look into this matter and take necessary action so that no other pt suffer because of medical coordinator like rahul.

Pristyn care does mental harassment by sending so many SMSs throughout the day asking to do different types of surgeries. From past 2 months I have been requesting them to deregister my phone number and stop sending me SMS. But every time they say there is technical issue and ask me to wait for 24 hours. This is going on from past 2 months. The day I complaint them and request, they purposely send me more and more number of SMS for couple of days. My phone number was registered with them for consultation for one of my relatives last year. The chapter is closed. But they keep sending me SMS to do different types of surgeries. I feel this is an attempt to brainwash society and provoking people for surgeries, a mental harassment. When the person does not want them to send SMS, pristyn care should take an action, but they are not taking any action. It's difficult for people to keep changing phone numbers. Hence, People, save yourself even from registering your phone number with them. Otherwise you are doomed for your lifetime.

Very bad experience with Pristyn Care, they Don't know which hospital is speciality in which Surgury, yesterday my wife Surgury done at Terna hospital Nerul navi mumbai, for 30 mints Surgury Terna hospital's doctor taking 3 hrs time and doctor said it will happen again, and blooding 1-2 week. It's my first and last exprience, I am trying to give review online but without select "you suggested pristyn care" if you choice no then can not submit your review, I will share my experience with linkdin, facebook and other social media also

Prystine care has tie up with Dr Karthik Vishwanath is fraud I highly object not to consult with Dr Karthik Vishwanath on any surgery, he operated my liposuction surgery on 3rd of May 2022 and after week when the bandages was opened, he know about the major complications performed by him was Skin Necrosis and seroma fluid started building up, he clearly tried to hide all the complications and made up stories about of skin scab… He tried...

If the health issues makes the time difficult then prystin care makes it worse.
They start with great promises eventually ending up in fulfilling none. They are just the agent in between hospital and patients who are looking to earn money in patients worst times.
They told me kidney stone surgery for 65000 and everything included in the package. Then at then end they added 30000 extra for cystoscopy. Which was not even required. Please dont go through prystin care they make surgery experience worse.

Worst experience with this Pristyn Care Company, they trap the patient and give fake promises, and they do lots of misunderstandings. Also, they have the worst hospital tieup. With low quality care in tieup hospital, they only good at starting point when ur all done they get insured money then they don't care about ur helath and all. Just playing with patient. It's money seeker company. With bad network hospital

Very bad experience with the company, their agents are only looting the customers, my son gone through a minor surgery of fissure company estimated 107000/, before surgery company gave me so many assurances but after operation company's agents behavior changed, their acts are unprofessional, take stringent action against these type of company for conducting a fraud .thanks

Pristyn care is cheating only their personal care coordinator is only for cheating the person, they do fake promises and trap the patient and harassing then there is no coordination between hospital and company, please help me

Hi respected sir/madam.this is sridhar from Kukatpally, hyderabad.i was having problem of balinitis so approached to pristyn care.one mr.Govindh maheshwar & mrs.vasanthi attended me n counselled me & said that surgery will cost upto 40000rs & it can be done by insurance & moreover they said its of 1day surgery & can go back home on the same day by evening 6pm from hospital.i raised a question that i[censored] guys are claiming insurance what i[censored] guys charge more than 40k without my knowledge.they said its a fix package payment from payment istyn care, we have no rights to cross the limits of packages.so after confirming all, i said ok & sent my insurance details & aadhar card copies through WhatsApp.they have finished all formalities & got approval for admission from hdfrc ergo insurance for 40k & confirmed the date of surgery .after getting approval msg from my insurance company.i gone & admitted in omni hospital.I undergone day care stapler circumcision surgery at omni hospital Kukatpally which was coordinated by pristyn care hyderabad. I admitted on[protected]:45am & surgey conducted at 3:30pm 10-15mins surgery was done .Till surgery everything was good, after once surgery is done they finalised bill for 65, 699rs & demanded extra amount with hdfc ergo.i dnt know what they have mentioned to insurance company.just kept for observation in room but no doctor didnt visit after surgery & just wasted my time & discharged late by preparing false bills demanding extraa amount from insurance companies & finally discharge me after 9:30pm.im wondered what they treated me apart from the package.nothing extraa treatment has done to me by them. They billed falsely. They are cheating patients & insurance companies.very poor coordination after surgery, not arranged food & delayed arrangements of return cab to home after discharge time .responsible persons are not lifting phone & they are not even communicating nor answer my question regarding late discharge & extra bill.in their website itself they are clearly mentioning circumcision package rates according to the cities. My stapler circumcision surgery was finished in 10mins without any complications.kindly take necessary right actions and support patients who depend on insurance companies like me and help kind hearted insurance companies who are allowing great services to their customers .

Totally disagree with PRISTYN CARE system, your hospital assistance and with your commitment values.You don't care the patient and his time, even your so called assistants are carelessly leaving the patient in an unknown hospital and not picking the phone, when the patients are in trouble.Its a very shamefull experience with PRISTYN CARE.

Hi if you people looking for any kind of service rendered by pristyn care think thousand times and don't even think once to try there service. I[censored] choose it and it will end u in complete frustration. I have been personally and my family members also got hospitalized in other hospitals and I have never ever got this kind of lathergic people speaking to customer and not taken any kind of step forward to address the customer issue. I was been admitted day before yesterday (03.03.22) in GKM hospital for cricumcision surgery. First without confirming the doctor appointment they made me to report to hospital in the morning @ 9.15am post that they have given me room and it was temporarily and changed the room by 12.30pm to a normal room. I have informed the coordinator Mr.Ashok that the room was not good and non A/c he said he will check with the hospital team and update me on the status. Then another gentleman Mr.Dilip called me and asked for the query and I explained him everything. Post that he never picked my calls and I messaged on the status he simply said to speak with the coordinator Ashok. Then y the hell he as to ask on the query. Then again I say cockroaches running on the bed and window glass door is not available it is open door and I have my 3.5years old kid playing near the window as the attender bed is fixed on that area. And in the rest room western toilet doesn't have seat covers and flush tank handle is broken. And the food was also not even given in this days, and shared all this details to the coordinator Mr.Ashok but not even single action is been taken against my queries. Post that a lady called Miss.Aachal called me up and I have politely explained her on my queries. Again the same she also don't taken any action are given solution for any of my queries. And my surgery was done by 3.30pm only then y they asked to report in morning no one answered for it. Leaving all this the payment issue came. When before admitting I have clearly spoken to mr.ashok about the approx value of the survey he said it would be 30k. But when I saw my claim status it was 41k and I was shocked and called up everyone. They said it be approx value and the final amount will get reduce on that. But after two hours again I had shock stating my claim amount was 54k I don't understand completely that for doing cricumcision surgery it would cause me 54k. And raised complaint again and another one lady had gave me a call Miss.Vidhi Kapoor and she is telling that Mr.ashok said is what tentative amount and I asked her if it is tentative amount also the final amount should be 4000 to 5000 plus or minus but here it was 24000 more than the amount what they have quoted me before the surgery. But there is no explanation nor solution given to me.

The highlighting part is the room rent which they have charged me 6000 for one and half day which doesn't have a/c full cockroaches running here and there, mosquitos bit for the whole night. Broken window glasses not replaced it also. The floor was fully dirty and asked the house keeping to clean it and they came to clean it by night 10pm and rest room western toilet seat is broken flush take handle is broken keeping all this issue they have charged me 6000 if it all in a proper manner they would have changed me not less than 60, 000 as a room rent. But asked the hospital incharge misses.latha simply said it is charged by pristyn you have to speak with them only. My patient id is UFWIC64474 Category Proctology .I made an appointment with Pristyn Care on 10 Feb 22 Clinic No 142 Avatar Enclave Pashim Vihar N.D, There I met Dr. Ishaan Verma and he suggested for surgery.After that all the procedures are done by the Medical Representative of Pristine Care Miss Jagrati (No-[protected]).Jagriti misguided me from service to final bill, Neither we were given a single private room, nor diet was given to the patient on time, nor refreshment was given to the patient's attendant, nor day care kit was given nor care buddy was given in the hospital between 28 to 29 hours. I didn't even come to care buddy once.At the time of discharge, Dr. Ishaan had to visit, he did not even do the cross examination, neither physically nor on video call nor did the hospital staff see.The total surgery cost which I was told by Jagriti was from 50 thousand to 55 thousand but the final bill processed was 86 thousand which was very high considering all types of services.
Action should be taken on Priston Care as soon as possible so that their arbitrariness can be ended.

I HAVE MADE A LASER SURGERY FOR PILES THROUGH PRISTYN CARE ON[protected] . THAT was not proper after second day I gone through pristyn care clinic in saibaba colony Coimbatore doctor said to go stuiches iasked after doing laser surgery why I have to go for stuiches still they are not responding what to do

This is a fraud company with fraud and money minded surgeons. Dr.neelagandan surgeon is so money minded and careless that he came directly to operation theater did my kidney stone surgery and left. After that he didn't even bother to visit me in the hospital and my urinary-catheter is not removed. In addition to that pristyn care stopped calling after my insurance was claimed. And the hospital asked me to leave since insurance is claimed. I'm in critical situation that no from pristyn care or the surgeon is taking responsibility to take care of a patient. Since pristyn care took the responsibility they should make sure my health is good and I'm able to pass urine properly.
My advice is never ever call pristyn care. They are fraud

I contact pristyn care for my wife ot(piles) reference from Google ad, primary pristyn executive given package about ot around 65k to 70k.but they get from my insurance an amount of 137400.00. now I call them but they not pick my call or respons me.please arrange to blacklisted from all hospitals such like this company

My name saifuddin rahmathulla I have done a surgery through pristyn care doctor name Emanuel they do my surgery in muthus hospital next day I was discharged but bleeding was continuously next day igone to pristyn care saibacolony in Coimbatore for consultation doctor said surgery was properly so we do stiching then I ask doctor my surgery was laser then why u r going for sthiches is this pristyn care response no one asked about me one Rahul contact me after he also iam file case against pristyn care bcos

Never choose this. I had fistula surgery in January 2021 by Dr Ashiq Ahmed Chennal. Till now I am suffering from post surgery issues. No solution given by Dr and he said he does not know the reason. You cannot approach him. He never cared the patient. Their only aim is insurance money. Do not get trapped. with this useless Doctor & Prystyne care and suffer. Waste of money. Total spoilage of health with one surgery in Prystyn Care Doctor Ashiq Ahmed. Fraud guys. DO NOT GO EVEN ONE TIME.

Pristn Care Medical Coordinator Kunj Kaushal, contacted for piles surgery, Suggested Sethi Surana Hospital as it was non covid hospital, but later when I got admitted, I came to its a covid hospital.

doctor suggested by Pristyn Care was DR.Roji Philip who didn't showed up on the day of surgery due to emergency & after 5 different doctors name, Dr Amit Morya did the surgery.

Lately we were told about discharge the very next day, but the hospital holded us till 7pm in evening with the middle in my hand not ready to remove though it was paining after complaining about the same.

the bill charged was 200000 lakhs before that was rejected later sent 145000/- for a piles surgery treatment. asking which the Prisytn Care staff of billing department says we charge high if its insurance cover.

We had a really bad experience with Pristyn care. My mom's had to undergo Hernia surgery. Well, I knew a contact at Pristyn (Kanishk). So I called and submitted all the insurance documents one week in advance for cashless. They claim they took all the approval from my Insurance to go ahead with the operation. I was told since all the approvals are done. I have to pay a bare minimum amount during discharge. On the day of surgery, we suggested to Tier 1 hospital from a Tier 2 hospital stating my mother's age by the surgeon. The Coordinator from Sparsh promised me that there won't be any changes to the final payment that I need to pay during the two-day hospitalization. I TRUSTED Pristyn and went ahead. They forgot to check the capping on the Hernia procedure from my Insurance. If I was told about the treatment capping, I would have picked another hospital within my budget. My MOM's hospitalization was extended to 5 days, the first two days went as planned. On the third day, doing all the unnecessary tests/recommendations which the surgeon from Pristyn suggested. The last two days, obviously waiting for Pristyn to clean up the mess that they created. We paid because someone forgot to do their job. On the last two days of discharge, we just had to sit in the hospital room without any choice-making continuous calls to Pristyn to sort out the issue they had created so I can take my parents out of the hospital. Finally nothing happened after two days and I paid 2lack and had to exit the hospital. Never am I going to trust or refer Pristyn again!!

Pristyn care is the number one risk and fraudulent healthcare company. Through this company I came to mpct hospital in Navi Mumbai on 28th August at 9.30 am. I had my operation at 1.30 pm on the same day. The service in the hospital is very dirty. I was released at three o'clock on Sunday afternoon. The 2-day bill was 1, 42, 446. 5 days ago I was told that the bill would be up to 50000.
