I was admitted to SANTOSH HOSPITAL in Bangalore for DJ stent removal surgery. I was told by PristynCare executive that cashless claim has been approved for the said hospital and I need not pay anything. After surgery was performed I had to wait for 26 hours for discharge. Even after 26 hours cashless claim was not submitted properly by PristynCare and I had to pay Rs 35000 to PristynCare to take discharge from the hospital. It felt as if I was kept hostage for 26 hours. Horrible experience. The executive lied to me right from start, I was informed that prior cashless approval was taken but in reality the claim was submitted only after 4 pm next day. Also the charges informed by executive was between Rs 25000 and Rs 30000, however the final bill was Rs 45000. They deliberately inflated the bill by delaying the discharge formalities. SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY.

Hello. My name is Brijesh. I went through a gall stone surgery via "PRISTYNCARE" and from the date of admission till surgery it went okay. When the time care for billing and discharge these guys didn't took any responsibility what so ever. Doctor given a confirmation that I can get discharged around 3pm and these guys sent documents and everything at 5:55pm. They told the package cost for the operation will be 79k but when final bill came it was around 1, 22, 777 INR. Me and wife tried calling all people that were there for our help (Shubham Sharma, Kanishk who is Shubham Manager) but no one helped. They said we are checking. Some how I got to know the final signature that was required from my end was not taken. I called Insurance team of mine and requested them to give a confirmation to the hospital then I got released at 8:30PM. This is bad worst and so tearful experience I had. Never ever suggest anyone for Pristyncare. They also removed my reviews on the website

There was an advertisement in facebook for selling the covid-19 precaution items like masks and Gloves by Pristyncare.

I have ordered an item on 17th may from Bangalore . The due delivery time was only 2 days when I was ordering the item . ideally it should have reached to me on 19th of May, but I didn't get the item till date .
It is been 12 days no, there is no response and i do not how to get my item or money . Need your help .
