We had book 1 flat in Noida through Prithvee Real Estate & he assured that he will make a credit note of 50, 000/- on complete of all terms & condition. Now since I had completed all formalities & waiting for credit note now the Prithvee Real Estate is not picking my phone & nor replying my emails. On picking of calls the Ashish Chaudhary to whom I had a words is abusing. Kindly don't route through this real estate firm as this is purely corrupt & will make you put in loss & may divert you. nos are[protected] [protected]

I booked a flat in UNIHOMES 3 SECTOR 113 NOIDA, unit C-2 505 via Mr. Arvind Varshney of PRITHVEE real Estate Services in NOIDA SECTOR 18. Little did I know that I am entering the worst nightmare of my life to get my credit note payment of 1 % which is due from FEB-2013 and from 8 months what I have heard is lame lies . I have been in contact with CREDIT NOTE BIGGEST LIAR AND FRAUD FRAUD PEOPLE who is making all sorts of FALSE promises from past 8 months with no truth my credit note payment has not been done after continous follow ups . Unitech has already made the payment as per the receipts I have. I need to know when would my credit note payment be done because I feel I am now harassed by this totally unprofessional behavior from an ISO Certified company. DO NOT BOOK EVEN A JHUGHI JHOPADI WITH THEM READY TO PROVIDE ALL CONTACT INFO COMPLAINT 100% GENUINE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS

Hi All, This company is a fraud one, they always makes a false promise for credit note. My family bought a flat in supertech ecovillage 2 through prithvee propmart on nov 2012. They gave us 3% discount on paper and 3% on credit note. Their is a clause in credit note that if we made 20% of payment to supertech then prithvee will give us 3% discount to us. We have already given 80% of flat amount to supertech but prithvee propmart still not given us the desired 3% discount. I have sent multiple emails to Ms Renu of prithvee but no response. The same story every time, we will give u discount next week, next month. I am also copying the email conversation: Varun Rawat Aug 17 to renu, abdul, rajesh Hi Renu, Good Morning!!
