I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the recent order (Order Number: #1422) I placed with Priyadarshini India on January 14th, 2024. Despite waiting for a month and three days, the product was delivered to me only on February 17th, 2024. Upon receipt, I was dismayed to discover that the product's quality is egregiously substandard and does not justify the price I paid.

Despite promptly initiating the return process and notifying Priyadarshini India via email, I have yet to receive any response from them for the past three days. This lack of communication has further compounded my dissatisfaction with the entire ordeal.

Consequently, I am seeking your intervention in this matter to facilitate a prompt resolution. Specifically, I request your assistance in ensuring that Priyadarshini India provides a full refund for the deficient product in question.

On 28th of January, I had placed an order for a night suit: 1494 with Priyadarshini. According to their terms and conditions they dispatch within 4-5 working day and I would get the delivery within 4 days. It has been 10 working days.
