I applied in Pro techno in November 2018. They gave some work which failed to complete and they asked 5200 . I payed it and they gave NOC from their end. Later on I get know that it's a fraud company. Today that is after 4 years, I got a call stating that I have not cancelled my agreement because of which they are asking 275000 rs. They threatening me that they are sending police to my place. I have to go to the court. Though somewhere I know it's a fake call but still I am really worried. Please help me in this regard.

I find online data entry work and applied in pro techno. The work had to be submitted in 7 days. I submitted the work on time but they told me it had lots of error and caused great loss to the company. They said they had filled a case against me and asked to pay some amount it get rid of it. I paid the money. The matter got closed but after 1 year I again got a call from them that some formality are left. I paid for that also. They said they will give me a gurantee letter assuring that case is completely closed but I never got that letter. Also their phones when off after that.

Sir, please help me out. I was going through some online job and i found a data entry job and first i didn't know it was a fraud. They call me and convince me to sign up. They also told me to gibe my id and address to confirm and after the work is done they will ask for my bank details and send the money. I am a student. I researched the company and could find any ligit things about them and found they were fraud. So i did not do the work the told me to day and they ask me to pay 4100 for not completing the task and. After some few days an advocate mail me saying a case has been filed on your name you have to pay the amout of 30000. I didn't know what to do. I m scared. Please help me out. Please get rid of this fraud company from innocent people. Help me please i dont know what to do anymore.

I applied for onlin home job on pro techno. And just after few days I got to know from consumercomplaints.in that this company is fake... Now from past few months they are continuously harrasing and asking for money.. they say there is an advocate who would solve your problem otherwise your case will go to court.

Please they are deveating other many people.. take action against them as much as possible. They are money makers.

I'm still receiving message from them. Please help me. You'll told me that they'll stop sending me messages. Today I've still receive message from them. Guys please do something about this issue. They are asking to pay for money. As I told to you people that I'm not in situation to pay money. You guys have to take action as soon as possible. Reply Asap.

I'm a 18 year old boy from mumbai, maharashtra. I took their 7 days, 800 form filling work. I completed the whole work. Worked hard to complete my work. But they told me that still there is mistake in my work. First of their data is very complicated and false. Now they are sending me mails about the case and all. Please help me out.

Maine ye company mein registered ki thi on 28 oct 2018. Maine pura kaam kar di thi!! But still they are telling ki forms mein mistakes hai penalty bharo...The first thing abiut their forms are... They were seriously complicated... And another thing is there were too much spelling mistakes too in address!! I didnt pay any penalties to them as i came to know that they are fraud... But till now they are sending me msg and calling me and sending legal notice. Today i got a legal notice and they are telling me to come to delhi court for payment!! The amount they are demanding from me is 38, 950. This is totally rubbish!! Itna amount kon mangta hai? I know it is a fake and fraud company... But they really torture badly which stressed everyone!! Please resolve my problem!! Please help me out. I would have done police complain but i haven't bcoz it is a really long process... I am still a student searching for a jobs to setrle in life... And maine mere parents ko ab tak nhi bataya ki main aise fasi hui hu bcoz mujhe unko tension nhi dena hai!!

But, today i jus got a msg from them that

Dear concern, your court case has forword to the delhi court. You will notify via hard copy at your home address and softcopy on your mail.co-oprate with them and present in the court. The final police action will taken by dl. Court. Thank you advocate karan sharma [protected]

My name is ishwari kapshikar, i am complaining about this fraud pro techno company.
This company gave me work of filling 800 forms in 7 days called data entry. I was not able to complete and i had changed my mind because i thought there was something fishy about the company as i couldn’t find anything about them online and authentic and therefore wanted to cancel the agreement. They dropped me a mail saying they will take legal actions and i have to pay 8000rs by the end of the day etc. Also rakesh sharma is their advocate who calls and keeps giving legal threat. He even asked me to pay 25000 for providing a digital signature. I have paid a lot of money. Inspite of receiving noc they are still calling and asking me to pay 30200/- for no reason. Please help me. I am in a problem. And do something about this fraud company.

I am talking about the name of that company is pro techno. They Provided me 800 form for filling in 7 days. I did that work on time but they mentioned in their QC report that your accuracy is less that 90% which is less than to receive payment. He was not taking any amount before giving work they said that we will take 4100/- from your first salary. After submitting work I didn't get any time to check my work and next day I received a message and a email that you have not completed that work of company so you have to pay legal fees of rs. 7550/- I said that If my work is inaccurate then I am ready to pay 4100/- as you said before giving work but the company lawyer said you have to pay 7550/- as legal charges otherwise you have to come to court. I was requesting him a lot that I am a student I cannot Afford this Amount. But he did not listened anything of me. I scared a lot and deposited amount of rs. 7550/- and he provided NOC against the amount. So I request you to every please aware about those fraud companies especially all fraud companies located in gujarat but they mentioned their location at Latur Maharashtra.

So they drop the mail that they will take a legal action. I replied them the same day but after 1 day they reverted me to pay just double. I negotiated alot and they asked me to pay 25, 000 which i paid. And they gave me the noc for the same. After 2 days they sent me a message that i have to come to the court and do signatures. I told them it's not possible for me to come so they asked to do digital signs in which i have to pay more amount.
I am really very tensed. Please help me. N tell whether the company is fake or not?

Sir i have done 800 form filling work in pro techno. As per the agreement it is said that i[censored] not succeeding in work u have to pay 4100 as utility charges. I completed the work but my qc report is failed. I got a call from [protected] adovacte rajeev he told me that u have to pay 24000 as penality otherwise ur case will register in the surat court i paid the amount. I only send the aadhar card as proof. Otherwise u will pay big amount. I told that i want to terminate from this job. Then he told that u have to pay 30000 as cancellation charge.
That also i paid. Again calling as per section 73, 74 ur file is re open u have to pay another 30000 again. Pls help pls

Hello sir dear mam i want to say something about pro techno after some few days ago i received a call from pro techno and she told me for the job and work he she is discussing me about the work and she she said me to that no any paid extra charge for the best tuition fees registration fees and salary package is 20000 par project work and you come you want you have completed this in 10 days she told that you have completed this job you i will we pay your salary 20000 but cut the registration charge 4100 rupees for the registration charge and if you don't complete your your day your job in 10 days you will be pay the charge registration charge 4100 rupees from candidate but she provide me invalid email id and password company has my document id proof some days ago somebody call me for penalty for this job and he told me i am a lawyer of advocate of the this company and he got my file for the penalty payment and they are blackmail blackmailing in my phone and my email address if you don't pay this payment to you will go to court for the big amount of charge

But jab mujhe pta chala ki ye fraud company hai to maine turant unhe call ki or bola ki mujhe kaam nhi karna or unhone thik hai bolkar call cut kar di... Likin ab legal notice ki bat karte hai... Plz confirm me i know this is a fraud company plz confirm me my no [protected]

Hello frnds,, i have the same problem the advocate is calling again again nd saying to pay 13000 or else in 7 days i have to go delhi with my advocate as they will file case on me... I don't understand the main branch is in latur then why are they calling me in delhi... But then too i m scared.. Please help me... Continously m getting the call of that advocate...

I am also the victim of pro techno form filling job. I communicated through whatsapp and a lady told me that there is no registration fee before and they will deduct it from my salary of 20k and rest will be forwarded to me. According to them i sent them my voter id photo and they gave me 800 pages of data to complete it by 7 days with username and pasword. But i didn't submit the work because that was very complicated forms. After one week i received a mail from an advocate of pro techno addressing that i need to pay 4100 within one day. A fter that they text me that a penalty of 48000 is applied for not paying utility cost of the company. If not means a legal notice will send to the given address and police action will be taken against me and they sent me text and mailed a bogus legal notice and told that they will send a hard copy of notice to my residence with nearest police station. They are threatening me. Pls help me. How should i come out of this mental stress. Daily they are messaging me. I can't concentrate on my studies.

I had joined for a part-time data entry job at the pro techno company, latur district, maharashtra. I completed their assigned work within the allotted time but they said that i didn't achieve the desired accuracy.

For that in accuracy, they asked me to pay initially ₹4100, then they said they have filed a case. To withdraw the case you will have to pay ₹8510. I paid the money to them to withdraw the case. I am a student from lower middle class and they are still asking for more and more money. They are saying that if i don't pay, they will file a case with 3 or 4 sections. Till now i have paid them nearly ₹14000.

And today they again called to say that the case has reopened and you have to pay ₹14200. I am really tensed. What should i do right now?

I applied for online jobs in quikr and within next day the lady from pro techno called me and told that I have to fill 800 forms in 7 days and after filling the forms they will pay me 20k and around 4.1k will be deducted as registration fees.After completing the work I checked all forms and corrected all the mistakes but my report which was generated which is stating that many forms which was filled by me are wrong and then I paid them registration amount also still they threating me.

Sir i have applied for the job in pro techno from oneclickindia but my laptop was not working so i told them i cant work but they didnt give me any response i have signed the agreement but now an advocate is calling me to pay amount 5550approx or they will file a law suit against me.

मेरा साथ भी और लोगो के तरह प्रो टेक्नो कंपनी द्वारा धोखा दड़ी के गई है. Bhadra में मुझे भी ७ दिन के अंदर ८०० फॉर्म्स कम्पलीट करने को कहा जो की मेने पुरे कर दिया थे। फिर इन्होने कहा की आपको १ या २ दिन में क्यों सी रिपोर्ट मिल जायेगा। लकिन जब मेने अपना क्यों सी रिपोर्ट देखा तो वह फ़ैल बताया गया.
में एक बात दावे के साथ कह सकता हु की जब मेने अपने ८०० फॉर्म सम्बिट किया थे। तो मेने अपना फॉर्म नंबर १ अच्छी तरह से चेक किया था. वो बिलकुल राइट था. लेकिन क्यों सी रिपोर्ट में मेरा पहला ही फार्म गलता बताया गया था. जब में हेल्पलाइन नम्बर पर कॉल करके इसके बारे में पूछा। तो वो कहने लगे सर जो क्यों सी रिपोर्ट में है वही फॉर्म में भी था. जब मेने यह मैंने से इंकार किया तो वो मेरे से पेनल्टी भरने को कहने लगे. और फिर Advocate के मेल और कॉल आने लगी और बोलने लगा की अगर आपने कंपनी में पेनल्टी नहीं भरी तो आपके खिलाप केस दर्ज कराया जायेगा। और आपको महारष्ट्र कोर्ट में आना पड़ेगा।
जिससे में काफी परेशान हु.

Sir kuch din pehle merr pass call aaya or muje btaya ki data entry jobs h without investment k and registration fess aapki 1st salary se deduct ho jaayegi. 7 days ki deadline the work completion ki. But complete nhi hua. Ab vo muje bol rhe h aapko 4100 nhi 8600 paykrne honge nhi to court m lekr jaaynge vha aapko 24000 pay krne honge.

This is a fraud company that gives gorm filling work. Work from home 800 forms in 7 days. They take your aadhaar card and u hv to sign an agreement. I[censored] dont complete work within the speculated time then u hv to gv them 4100/- rs. There have been many complaints of this company. And they torture consumers and also bully abt court. They had given helpline number and email howevr nothing can be got through. The numbers are not reachable etc. So basically if you hv any query you cannot contact. But aftr 7 days they call to torture ppl and make their life miserable. This company does not even hv a physical address or website. I am raising a complaint to the consumer forum to help ppl get out of their trap and such companies to be shut down.

Sir maine bhi iss company ka shikaar ho gya hu maine to 7550rs diye phir bhi mujhe balck mail kiya jaa raha. Please meri help kriye mai itna paisa nhi de sakta. Mujhse bol rhe ki mujhe next week 60se70000 rs dena padega. Meri halp kijiye please. Please muje advice sijiye kya karna chahiye.
