I have soon realised that the said company is big time fraud after being contacted by them for online work assignment on 29/10/2018. You are continuously called & harassed to start the work so one can earn rs.25/form. When i finally decided to hear them out on their assignment, they asked me for my id proof & address proof on email, so that they know i’m indian based. They said it was needed so that they can send me dd after completion of work. Immediately later to my surprise, they sent me an agreement with my name & send me work assignment on email after that. All they provided was a helpline no. & email id. I was zapped by their attitude, and tried reaching them, but no response from them. Countdown had begun for 7 days work completion on 30/10/2018, but i wasn’t provided with userid & password to login for work. After emailing them twice on this subject, they sent me userid & password on 31/10/2018 at 3:47pm. When i raised concern on written emails that my time period should be extended for delay from their side, they didn’t pay a heed. I was neither given any formal training time on this work nor valid time for submission. So i decided to quit this assignment, and wrote subsequent emails to them that i don’t accept their terms in agreement and i’m not binded by them. There was a breach of contract by their side.
But then as expected by this fraud company, they started harassing me from 15/11/2018 on calls, sms & emails that i need to pay penalty amount to them. And on 20/11/2018 i receive a letter from their advocate associate from latur saying i need to pay 4100/-+3550/- as legal charges otherwise i’m liable for civil & criminal legal action.
I don’t want to get trapped with this illegal work ethics & so want your help in resolving my concern.

Its fraud company, i am also victim of that.
I told them that i am not able to completed my job in given time.
They forced me that u have to complete it.
After 7 days.
They continuously msg. And mail me regarding penaulty and all.
They told me to pay 7510rs. If not paid today 60-62 thousand need to pay. After that they will asked me to pay again rs 5500

I was searching online home based work and pro techno agent salina mishra contacted me and i signed an agreement for which company was charging rs4100 as a registration fee for one time but when i came to know about the fraud which company is doing i decided not to work. Now i received an email from hiren desai advocate of their fraud company to pay them money... What should i do now?

Maine pro techno se online data entry work liya ta.. Or mujhe unlog ne 7 din ka tym diya ta 800 form fill up krne ko.. Jisme se 720 form shi hona ta... Maine unko apna work tym me complete krke de diya... Fir v wey log usme error report nikal ke mujhse ab panlty pay krne bol rhe hai 4100₹ ka... Or torture kr rhe h call or email me.. Or bol rhe h ni pay kroge to case file krenge... Kisi mihir patel advocate ne mail kiya h or force kr rhe payment krne ko...
Plsss help me mai 1 student hun or mujhe kaam ki jarurt thi islye maine ye work liya ta.. Or mai itna afford ninkr skta penalty..

Sir thi swetha. I have recieved a call from a person. He told that you have applied for part time job and there will no pre registration fees, after completing the work the registeration fees 4100|- will be deducted and the rest of the money will be given. The work is filling 8 forms in 7 days. Each form 25/_ will be given. He also told that if you have not complete the work or if you dont meet the accuracy then you need to pay the amount 4100/-. He told that after the work completion we will take the bank details. After then he asked id proof for registration and i have sent that. Then he sent an application link to download that. I have downloaded that.in that there is an agreement and photo to upload and also sign to upload. Then i have uploaded all the things. Next i have got a mail which is that agreement with my signature and photo. The next day i got the login credentials to start the work. All the forms are in tottaly confused state which are not able to understand. The letters are not clearly visible and the difference between some letters also are not understable. But also i tried and completed the work in 7 days and submitted it. Then the next day when i logged in it is showing that qc report is failed. Then i have called them and told that forms are not clearly then how can we type. They kept the phone. The next day i got a mail that legal action has been taken on you. To close your file pay the amount. Without intimating me and even without giving the bank details also they directly sent me a mail that the legal action is taken. Then i called them and i asked why should i pay, the problem is from your side and everything about the forms. They didnot given time also for me again after 2 hours when i called they told that you have to pay 24000/- because the case is filed. With in 2 hours how the case will be filed?? And after some time i got a mail like notice.in that it is mentioned that as i denied to pay 4100/- with in 1 day, so i have to pay 24000/-. They didnot give me 1 day time also. And the next day i got another mail from an advocate that i have to pay 4100+3000 that is[protected] as charges for legal notice). And they are saying that you will get 3 more notices and if you denied to pay that 240000 you should come the court. They also saying that the court notice will come to your address. Please help me sir, i am so scared and i cant bear this mental stress. Please help me

Muje pro techno ki side se ek call receive hua jisme 800 form 7 days m complete karne ki baat ki and mujse ek agreement liya. Or agar me ye work 7 days me complete nhi karta hi to muje 4100/- rupees pay karne hoga. Mene vo work complete nhi kiya. After 7 days muje ek mail receive hua jo mayur joshi ke name se surat court gujarat ka tha.
Muje ek call aaya jisme 12550 pay karne ki bola or agr me pay nhi krta hu to muje court jana padega.
Muje ek advocate notice bhi mail kiya.
Now what i do..??

Heloo sir am prakash from midde class. Am searching a job in olx. I had a found a job from pro techno company.. It was asking that you have to fill 800 forms in 7 days. After one days their is nor working and i informed to them. And next day i have decided to cancel that and i told to them. They also said i will close that by legal... But today 22.11.18 they have send me a mail that i should pay 8000. I really shocked. I cannot that much huge amount
Can anyone help me sir.. I cannot concentrate in my studies. Please help me

Sir, they tortured me to pay 12, 700 but in contract they written if we didnt complete our work (Form filling) we have to pay 4100.. But they call continuesly... They warn me and filed against me.. I want to cancel my agreement. Sir please take the necessary action on them. I think they fraud many people.. Send me legal notice and insist me to diposit money 12700... I get a call from protechno company, he said we have a part-time job if you are interested you can do . I agreed for that he send me credentials, I worked 10 forms on First day (3rd of November), I have to complete it on November 10th . When I logged in on second day all 10 forms data is changed by the company. The data which I have entered all data changed . On November 4th I send a email ( sriyanshyadav and helpforms) and whatsapp message that I am not working with you due to you edited my data which I entered, but i didn't get reply from them . Actually they need to contact me on the same day. Or they need to contact me on November 10 regarding completion of my work but they didn't done this .. on November 19th I get a message that you need pay 4100/- I denied it but they are blackmailing me and they are saying that you need to come to court.
Today (November 20) th lawyer send me a notice that you need to attend for court..

What I have to do now ?

One lady called me and ask for to work as data entry operator
She asked me for my document that she will give job
She provided login id but it not working i have searched about it online
But there was no existence of company. Now they are demanding penalty
I am from poor family i can't pay it.. They told they are going to court and i want to pay 4100 +3000 as penalty.. What will i do. I have so many financial problems and that is why i tried to do this job.. Because no need to give registration and after work they will take 4100rs from salary. But now.. Don't know what to do. I don't have this much huge amount to give.

I have applied part time data work job in Quikers.com, after i have received a from PRO Techno latur, MH the executive asking for registration AADHAR is required, i have send my AADHAR copy through to
raj patel after registration they are sending me to USER ID and Password, Agreement copy, ( Digital signature agreement) Record voice of agreement.

As per agreement 800 forms are filling 720 is cuttoff. I have completed my work they are sending me to QC report. In QC report 618 is correct remaining is wrong, as per agreement they asking charges of Rs.4100 and 3000 advocate charges. they are sending me to legal notice by email Adv.S.B.Deshmukh (B.S.L., LL B.) Enrollment No. 2506/05 Add-office no.8, 3rdfloor, Shri building, Latur Maharashtra-413512 and contact No.[protected]. I have no pay amount till date.

Kindly suggest me to this correct or not

They hace asked me to do online work and given me such work that i was not able to
Understand. So without understanding how can i do that. When i asked for help and i have dropped a mail them. They were on leave and didn’t reply for that mail till 13 of sep 2018 because that was the last day when i have to give them the work. Now they want file a case. It was there fault that they didn’t make me understand my work and all their helplines were closed.

Sir this is saitejaswi i received a call from a women saying that you are applied for a parttime job and their will be no registration fee and your registration amount will cut from your salary later she said that you need to fill 800 forms in 7 days if you not complete the work are if you don't meet the accuracy you need to pay 4100 after that she didntha sent me any application form or didn't even asked for my personal details or bank details anything she sent me a mail that you need to send your i'd proof lateread after sending my i'd proof they sent me a mail with an agreement and open that with an otp later on they sent me a email with an id and password after that their is no contact from them even when i tried to contact their is no response after 7 days i submitted the work by checking twice each form with perfection and after submitting a copy of that saved to my laptop but when ever i tried to open that it showed me wrong password later aftert 5 days on 15th of this month i received a mail that i need to pay amount as i'm in exam i didn't responded to that after each hrs their is another mail that i need to pay 7100 as a legal charges as it is legally proceeded and when i called them their is no response they even didnt send any account details or anything next day they called me when i asked them about that they answered my very irresponsible and told you need to pay 7700 as legal charges laterror after they said legal notice was sent to your address you need to 8950 and today they are calling me and texting me continously that myou legal notice will receive by 11 and i need to attend court on 23rd i'm a student they are giving a lot of mental stress and their are many reviews stating ithat is a fraud company when i asked them the same they are not even trying to show me it is not fake company then how can i pay them can you guys please help me with this please i can't bear this stress i can't explain this is to my family please help me with this.

I got a call from pro techno company, latur, maharastra for part time form filling job where they provide 800 sheets which need to be completed in 7 days. If we fail to do the job we need to pay 4100/- registration charges. I failed to complete the work so i told them i'll pay 4100/- even after saying i'll pay they sent a legal notice and said i need to pay 7100/-. I paid them 4100/- by neft. Then legal department called and told i need to pay 8528/- iif i don't need to attend the court and they told neft is not valid do the payment 8528/- imps you will get 4100/- refund. Today i called to ask for now they are telling i need to pay more 12, 000/- and saying case is filed for 24, 000/- if you didn't pay you need to attend the court and threatening me for the payment. Kindly help me to get my amount refund from this cheating company.

Hello sir iam a middle class student looking for an online job in internet i believed that those jobs which take money are fraud companies one day got a job from olx it was saying that you have to fill 800 forms within 7 days and rate will be 25 per each form the company man told me to download an app and complete it he also demanded some id proof so i gave my aadhar card afte 1 day he submitted me works but looking at that i denied him that i cant do it but he said that if you want to deactivate your id you have to pay 7800 rupees i was shocked being from a poor family i dont have so much money they also threatened it to take it legally eveyday they email me and threaten me to take this case legally i had also cried many times in fear if my father will get to know about this then he will punish me a lot i had also plead him to delete my id. Sir plz do something they are constantly threatening me and saying to take legally because of which i cant concentrate on my studies their costumer care also rings me a lot of time and disturbs me sir its a urgent request for u to help they are a big fraud company as i saw in net many people had complained in it

Pro techno is fake or not i don't know amd ask them about 4100 rs pay for if i would not complete the 720 correct form then how could i pay they said i[censored] not completed cut off then u have to pay. But tell me if want to pay then why i select this because its free of cost and with the hope of earn money but if i will not earn than how could i pay. I got the same issue with this company who is now threatening to sue me. First they convinced me to sign up and then only they gave me a demo id. When i checked the address online with the address they stated in the agreement, i found that such address is not at all correct. I also contacted the sp office of latur and they also tried to help me with the address and they denied of having any such address. When i started digging for more, i found in this site itself many people have complained and one even attached the agreement form. To my surprise, the agreement form number was the same, just the name was edited out. This itself is the biggest proof of how we are surrounded by scammers. I sincerely want the authority who is reading this message to take necessary action because there are lots of innocent people out there who has no idea about the fraud and can easily fall in their trap. Pro techno company cheating and blackmiling me give money for them. I am low class family and i am a student. I cant give money for them. I am total tension. They take action with me i dont know what i do. It was data entry form filing company and i cant do job because their help line number not working and that number is spam number their advocate was msg me and his number is spam number. I had signed agreement on 29th oct and they didn't give me work on 30th oct till 11.45am.I had said to agent to give me work at 10.45am.That time he said that he will send shortly.So i told, that day had almost gone, now give work the next day.But after that he didn't give me reply.Since he didn't reply, i didn't checked my mail too.I am not a regular visitor of checking emails.Then also I used to check whether they are giving work.Company name was protechno and in that name i didn't get any work.Also his agent didn't give any reply after that.Today, when they send that I want to pay amount, that time I checked once again email thoroughly and found that they had send work at 11.53 am on Oct 30th.but today only i saw it.I have given complaint to them that their agent didn't give reply and so i didn't do the work.They told they are going to court and I want to pay 4100 +3000 as penalty..What will I do.I have so many financial problems and that is why I tried to do this job.. Today, I had discussion with the Arvi Patel, about that form filling job.
she told me that I need to fill 800 forms then 25rs/form I get.

& I asked her many times that don't lie to me & if there is any risk tell me friendly.
She said no sir ! nothing to fear.

but I thought to search PRO TECHNO there is no website,
& thank full to CONSUMER COMPLAINTS website, I got the real thing.

Don't worry friends mere sath bhi ye fraud hua he mujhe bhi mail aa rhe he jaisa ki uhno he address diya he pro techno later, maharashtra mene google map pe search kiya to waha pr aisi koi company he hi nhi so don't worry and do pay any amount to them ok. Aap sab apna e-mail id badal dijiye to apko mails nhi ayenge and so sake to sim bhi change kr dijiye

Please help me, a few days ago i received a call for form filling work from home, they said i don't need to any pay charges to them, but if i don't complete my work i have to be 4100 rupees, next day they send me agreement. After seeing the agreement, i want to cancel the registration. But still, they sent user id and password which were not opening, again i informed them that user id is invalid as it was fraud, but the company continue to ask penalty for thiat and today i received an email of some advocate threatening me for some legal action of asking rs 7800. Advocate also seemed to be a fraud. Please take the necessary actions so that they would not disturb and harass me any more.

I received the call anoki desai from pro techno and i agreed terms and condition she told 7day time give complete the work then i agree and she told send me any one address proof then i send voter id then she say tomorrow work start and i send the data the i sayed ok then not send the data so after 7days send to me mail from niraj despandey legal notice and he told you not work complete you paid 7520 otherwise not payed rise the complent. I am complaining about pro techno company which provides online form filling work and gives weekly payments.

Without any cocerns they cunning people prepare agreement and gets online signature. After that they send agreement on email.
I was in believe but when i call them and found alter i am doing this complain.
Like me there are many persons who are misguided by this company.

I was informed on phone and said about the target without any training or required knowledge.
Only they give me helpline number.
When i call at helpline they do nothing about my help. Even they warned me about my way and manner of talking.

Sir mujhe pro techno company ki tarf say koi v id or password nhi mila or jisne mere ko call krke yeh kaam diya tha maine usay call krke v btaya tha or maine usay work krnay say mna kr diya tha. Or yeh ab kh rhe hai ki fees payment kro nhi toh legel action hoga or nhi toh bd mai 50k pay krna pday ga.
