Sir, i had registered on clickindia and 1 day i received a call from so service, they told me there is work form home opportunity and you have to fill 2200 hundred forms in 20 days, and they will pay me rs 25 for each form and and they told me to install and android app and do digital signature and in that they sent me one contract and i sign that after that i got email from advocaterajatlegal. [protected]@gmail.com and in the email they had sent me instructions
"as per contract with you, we are here by attached your call verification,
Sign agreement which is verified with your location kindly go through it.
After completion of my sign up process i found many complaints in google and what ever the mail id they have provided for helpline - [protected]@gmail.com i called the help line numbers and i want to cancel my contract but they are saying that even if you cancel your id you have to pay 7524 rupees utility charges, i said did not utilized your service yet? Why should i pay? For that they are saying if you will not pay we will take legal action on you

Recently am still receiving text messages from them that if i dont talk to them they would take legal action on me without intimating me. They have given a number to call i. E [protected]
I got a call from a company called prospexiv regarding a data entry job.
They asked to send my aadhar card number. Then they sent me apk software link and said to download it. I was on the call with them and they urged me to sign in it. A day later i got a a document with my sign in it after reading it i get to know that it was about filling 1200 forms in 12 days or else i need to pay rs.4600. I have told them to cancel my work but i was said to pay money even for cancelling work, which was not said to me earlier.
I even got their mail in which a website was given to work but, that website is not secure and does not provides any security to the data.
I have googled about their company and found many complaints against 9them. I got to know that it is a fake company demanding money and cheating people and wasting time of innocent people especially students. By reading complaints against them i even find that they give the same data to everyone. I hereby attach screenshots of their mails from this email and messages.
Days later i get a call daily from unknown person and threatens me to pay money as per the document or else he would case against me. Their company is totally fake, they send me mails ([protected]@gmail.com ([protected]) and message to pay money, and i get calls from different unknown numbers.
I kindly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Pls help me out from this i was searching the job for part time without investment i got the offer from prospexiv company 1200 form for 12days pr page they r paying 25 rupees i agreed and worked for 2 days after 2 days from my side in my family sudden death happen and i have taken time for 3 days for this they told me to pay 7800 days extension fees so i told them not able to pay when i completed the work that time u deduct in my salary but they keep on on calling me to pay this 7800... So i felt this is fake so i have told them not paying give me time i will complete the work... Now past 2 days they keep on sending mails and calling me to pay 15000 other wise they will take legal action if idint pay they telling me to pay 85000
I am searching for job part time if they will do like this fraud wat to do

Section 499 and section 509 for cyber defamation shall be imposed on you for defaming the name of company on internet. Section 66 a shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm. Section 15 of ipc for coercion if you coerce our client. If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay rs. 85000/ - for total loss to our client.

I applied for part job in click india website then i got call from form filling company third party, her name is rajvi patel (Mobile no - [protected], email id - [protected]@gmail.com) on 1st jan 2019 around 3 o'clock. She offered me a form filling job in which i have to fill 1200 forms in 12 days for this they will give me rs. 25 for each correct form for accuracy of 91.66% i can get upto rs.30000. She gave me the demo work in which i have followed. She said there is one agreement in which she said if i failed to do that they will take money from me rs. 4600 as a penalty. I did my job under time and they said we will send you a qc report for my work. As they have given demo according to that i have did my work. But their qc report is wrong which i will attached in this complain how they are wrong and their checking method is incorrect. Please help me to get me rs. 30000 for my work. Form form filling i got website from this mail id. [protected]@gmail.com their helpline no [protected], [protected] and helpline email id - [protected]@gmail.com. Now they are not talking and not replying to mail their advocate is mailing for pay penalty. I am getting threatening mail and text messages from different mail id and nos - vishal patil mail. Iam one of the victims of the Prospexiv fraud.one of the lady from the company contacted me for the registration, that time she said its a non payable company.i asked her again and again about 4500 rs but she said me that i wont pay money.after the registration i contacted to the companys helpline and said i cant do he job for one week so u dont give he target for 7 days, they ignore my request, so i can't complete the work.Now they threatening me to pay 26000 rs for close my file. what can i do ? can anyone here to tell a genuine

Regulations by entering into Agreement on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- as on dt 01-01-2019 with my client with
respect Data Outsourcing Assignments (FORM FILLING) vide Project ID No. C030120194653. Now according to clause
no. 8 of terms and conditions of said agreement entered into by you with my client i.e. TAT (Turn Around Time) you have
not submitted accuracy report to my client within stipulated period of 15 days mentioned in the agreement.
3. Client informed you for the same by sending you an email dated 18-01-2019 with respect to the non-submission of work

While i'm searching for data entry part time jobs on olx, i've sent my request to work to one of the agents of prospexiv company.
He told me the details like we get 30k per 1200 forms with in 12 days with 1100 forms must be accurate or else we won't get any payment. So, im ok with it and he asked my aadhar card to join in the work so i sent him my aadhar card pic. Later, he sent me some documents which he never explained about that and also the date on the documents are from august 2018 but i've approached him in january 2019 and he never told me before to pay 4600 fine if we fail to submit work but in the fake documents they've return without explaining me the terms and conditions before.
Then i googled about the company and get to know its a fraud company and i quit doing work and on 23rd january i got a mail from one of their advocates asking me to pay money for their company as fine and from yesterday they are making calls, sending msgs and threatening me to pay money and no agent informed me to pay money before joining in this and they have sent the same documents papers to all just by replacing name which is considered as a fake document.

forcing to pay extra money for cancel the agreement

This company forced me to pay 4600 rs and is harassing me and saying that you have to pay the amount of rs. 15000 for cancel the agreement and rs 12000 for unblock the id for continue work. . I also deposited rs 4600 as the advocate and the company was again and again harassing me and threatening me about legal issues and talking legal steps.

threatening me to sue in court with fake agreement

I made an agreement with the company
i.e. Prospexiv.i got the work from the company and when i was doing the work and i got a message from my friend who was also doing the work for the same company that the agreement which we made with the company was not appropriate. The agreement has same stamp along with the date.
When i knew that i stopped the work of the company and when i was trying to submit the form it was creating a trouble for me and not able to submit the forms.
I got a call and mail from the advocate of the propexiv company who's name was raj sharma and he was harrasing me to submit the money otherwise they will do legally action against me.
I got the mobile number of the advocate and the truecaller app shows me that it is a spam and it was in red color.
They are saying that you have to pay the agreed amount which is Rs4700 or they will sue me in the court.
Should i pay to them the agreed amount or not because i thought that the company is fraud.

breach of contract and fraud against me

15-16 days ago i had a contract with this company named prospexiv. i had 11 months contract and i made an agreement with them. The agreement form which the company gave to me was the same as of my friend's. only name was changed and the stamp was also the same along with date. they also said that the agreement between u and us is of 12 days and the work should be completed within 12 days, every month till the last date of contract. they said that they will give id pass on time but they gave id pass 1 day later.
i still somehow completed the work of 12 days in 11 days and still they said that the wok is not right as per their quality. they made the rightly filled form marked as wrong. they asked me for paying them 4600 rs or they will file case against me which i also deposited in hurry. after deposition i came to know that breach of contract from their side has been made & i want refund from them of my amount & i want damages for mental harassment which i had for working late a night to complete the work in hurry due to one day less for work.
i still somehow completed the work of 12 days in 11 days and still they said that the wok is not right as per their quality. they made the rightly filled form marked as wrong. they asked me for paying them 4600 rs or they will file case against me which i also deposited in hurry. after deposition i came to know that breach of contract from their side has been made & i want refund from them of my amount & i want damages for mental harassment which i had for working late a night to complete the work in hurry due to one day less for work.

Hello myself sandesh, one of the victim of this fake prospexiv company, i have worked for this company and has given 92% accuracy but they have given qc report as fail, and a lawyer named adithya verma has called me and threthened me to pay 4.6 k and extra 3k as penalty, i paid 4.6k as per aggrement and they are telling that if i won't pay penalty amount they take the matter legally, pls suggest me about my next move

fraud and demanding unreasonable money

I received a call from prospexiv 12 days back regarding filling of 1200 forms. I filled all the forms within 12 days. They asked 1100 form should be correct, yesterday i received a mail that my quality control fail. But when i recheked i had more than 95% accuracy which they marked as wrong.
Now i am asking them to recheck but they are saying there is no mistake from our end. My more than 1100 forms are correct but still they are saying it is wrong.
They are demanding rs7600 now (4600rs for registration and 3000rs for noc), if i dont pay them by tomorrow they will take legal action against me..

Updated by singhal.richa The above 226 and 881 we used the helpline provided by the company, we entered as per helpline details but they have marked as wrong.Since we completed the work within the time and accuracy, we should not be liable to pay, rather we should be paid, Please help us in this regard as they are calling and messaging that they will start legal proceedings, please help me, I dont know how to handle them? Is the agreement real or fraud?

Why the hell they have sent me a penalty notice when i haven't taken any work from them. I already rejected the offer after seeing these reviews. The company and that advocate both are fake. I received an email today morning regarding that penalty. Are you guys just threatening people and making money.. That's all you know and you'll do. I am not going to pay a single penny. Do whatever you want to do and one more thing before sending someone such e-mails be aware that whether he/she is at fault or not. Kindly contact that fake company prospexiv and get all the correct details then only threat someone.

Sir mera nam rajesh kumar hai, kuch din pehle ek call aaya tha mumbai latur se aur ek kaam diya aur kaha ki agar kaam submit nahi kar payega to 4600 rs jama karne padege.. Ab maine kam submit bhi kar diya hai aur maine check kiya tha meri accuracy bhi sahi. Phir bhi mujh se paise mange ja raha hai... Plz resolve my problem and suggest youngesters don't be fool without checking the site information. And plz help me sir pata nahi kaise fas gaya...

I got continuously call from this company for doing online jobs. I said ok. Then they tell me they give 1200 forms. We have submit 1100 forms within 12 days. If we fail to submit that work we have to pay 4600 rs to company. Due to some my serious health problem i told him for extension period for completion of my work. Doctor said me for best rest for few days, i. E. I told them for extension period. But they send me to pay deposit of rs 7000 for it. Nd rs 4600 for registration charges. I registered in ths company for some genuine work nd earn money. But they now blackmail me by sending mails nd sms.. So, plz help me in resolving this problem. I also search in google about the compny reviews. There are so many people who became fool by this company. So, it's my request to plz help me. I belong to poor family. I cannot pay the money. Today one person calling me and threatened me that he taking legal action towards me. And he forcing to pay 4600 rs as a utility charges.. If i'm not paying 4600 then he yelling we meet in court.
Now telling again another amount and i'm attaching msg which he send me.
Please help me. Asap

Sir, i needed the money by doing home based data entry job. So i put my resume on clicknindia.com for several home based data entry job companies. On 31 december 2018. I received a call from a company named prospexiv for home based form filling job. The person who called me was a woman named sweta patel m. N. [protected]. She told me that i will receive an i. D. And password if i join and after that fill 1200 forms in 12 days after submission of all filled forms they will send me qc report in which the number of correct and not correct forms will be mentioned. I will get 25 rupees for each correct form and i will have to make accuracy of 1100 correct forms then the registration amount of rupees 4600 will be deducted from my final payment of 30000 rupees if i do not get the accuracy of 1100 forms i will have to pay 4600 as registration fees. I joined they requested me for my id proof and i gave the photo of my adhar card and passport sized photo they sent me an message on whatsapp containing link of an app for signing the agreement which i did. I received an email on 3 january and filled all the forms on 14th january with 100% accuracy because i was checking my each filled form three times after filling so there were no chances of mistake. But after few days i found that the company is fraud so i was give up from my work and get upset from this. Regarding this i tried to tell their helpline numbers and the person who call me for joining but everybody's call is out of reach. Today on 18th jan i got a call from their advocate and he is forcing me to pay 4600 rupees otherwise he will go legally. I also noticed the stamp which they are using for agreement are same for all the persons having same date same seal date etc. Advocate number is [protected]. Please help me.

My brother is one of the victim of prospexiv company scam. Please help us to come out of this scam. My bro has not paid for their demands but they are sending messages from unknown numbers. They are cheating tge innocent people openly and grabbing money by threatening them. These type of people should be punished by hanging them. Plz help us and all other victims to come out of this scam.

fraud company prospexiv, please take urgent action
I had registered on clickindia and a found an opportunity to earn 30, 000 via this company named PROSPEXIV.They told us that it has nothing to do with investment and they will pay us 25 per form and we have ti complete 12 forms in 12 days.
My last date to complete the form is today i, e 19/01/19 at 12am. I just searched somthing on googleand just fpund out that this company is fraud. What should i do now??
I have almost completed the forms but stopped just now after reading this company is fraud.
Please help me.I am already in debt and my parents don't know about it.
Do they really send notice at home?
And what should i do now, i haven't submitted the work yet.

fraud against me regarding form filling
This company forced me to pay 4600 rs and is harassing me and saying that you have to pay the amount of rs. 12528 for continuing the project and rs 44000 for terminating the contract. The advocate itself know the t&c's of the company and how it is even possible. He knows each and every basic bit of the company terms and legal terms and also the company helpline executive is talking rudely and the true - caller itself shows red mark which eventually indicates it as a spam. I also deposited rs 4600 as the advocate and the company was again and again harassing me and threatening me about legal issues and talking legal steps.

I'm too been cheated by the fake company. Got myself registered and they gave me form filling work. But when i went into detail for checking whether the company is geniune, i got to see so many complaints about the company, posted on consumer complaints.
So, i called their helpline no and asked for website and company address proof but they denied and said to mail on helpline id.
I mailed and asked for company website, address and bank details but they say that they cannot disclose, which surely makes the company fake.
Now before they call me regarding legal action or any lawyer call comes to me: i want help in this matter.
Please help me..

asking for money and threatening for case

I started this job on 4th january and this company asked me to fill 1200 forms in 12 days but i couldn't complete the job because of my health issue and had exams too... So instead of asking 4600 of their registration charge they asked me to pay 15550 for the reason that my file has been submitted in legal department without informing me for the money and told me if didn't do so my case will be booked in court and i have to visit nagpur court, so i was terrified and payed them the money via neft on that first they started yelling on me why you did neft and why not imps... Later they call and say that your money was not reflected in companies account and file could not be submitted on time i. E. Before 2:30 so they charged me with penalty of 10000 which too i paid... But now i am calling the lawyer but cannot connect to his phone

fraud company harassing people
Ye company logo ko harass karti hai hard work leti hai aur payment nahi krti. Aur hamse khud hi payment karvati hai consumer forum se anurodh hai ki is company ka pata laga ke isko punish kare. Mujhse 12 days tak kaam karvaya 1-14 hour aur qc report fail bata diya maine sara screen shot liya hai jo galat nhi hai use bhi galat bata diya. Iski help line se puchha to usne bhi sare vahi bataye jo maine fill kiya tha. Aur court ki dhamki dekar 4600 rs. Le liye mujhse. Aur kaam karne ke liye force kar raha hai. Please iski puri team ko punish kare. Ye kameene bhagvan se bhi nhi darte itna ganda kaam karte huye logo se hard work bhi lete hai aur paise bhi lete hai. Bhagvan inko saja jaroor dega.

fake qc report and charging money from innocent student - scam

I have got a mail on 03rd jan 2019 from prospexiv company regarding homebase form filling job. They offer me 30000/-. Also received their phone call ([protected] & mail id [protected]@gmail.com) from a mam saying that 1200 forms will be provided to you that you have to complete in 12 days. Per correct form you will get 25 rs so max. Earning can be (30000). No preregistration fees, fees will be deducted from your final salary. They demanded 91.66% accuracy... I[censored]nable to complete and submit the work or unable to achieve accuracy then company will not pay any amount, you have to pay 4600 as a registration fees.
I considered it is a big opportunity for me for free invest and good earning. I had started this job. But i have completed within time limit. I have saved the pdf file which is generated with confidential password. When i opened my website after submiting my job... Your qc is failed showing there. I checked my qc report randomly. They have generated some wrong error which is not in pdf. Actually, there were showing some kind of spacing which in reality doesnot exist.
