I applied for PAN through Protean and paid ₹100, but Aadhaar authentication failed and I did not receive any acknowledgement number.
Kindly check the status of my payment and process refund if applicable.

My NPS account is frozen, unable to access & do payment . Need further process to access it....

Pan card didn't delivered it shows no delivered and addressee can not be located...

I updated my sisters pan card details since there are some mistakes after payment the application didn't went through and a pop up message said "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days". I want to know that my issue is acknowledged and it will be resolved and refunded.

I was in process of Registering for NPS account. I updated all my details and uploaded the required documents. Then I tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway.
