Charging delay payment intreset in lakhs but not ready to pay the rent for delaying in project
bad decision to opt this project

I bought a flat from the land owners. They are currently sending a demand letter with 18 per cent charges. We have taken a loan from the bank and we have been paying our emis in time. They were suppose to handover the flats in 2020 and till date no news on possession. When bank people went for inspection the property was not completed. Our repeated mails were not answered and now they want us to pay 18 per cent interest charges on the property.

I got possession of my flat and staying there since Apr'21. There are 50+ families residing now. Building has 5 towers operational. There is no CCTV camera installed in tower lobby and common area. I want to check if CCTV installation to cover footage of each tower is required before giving occupancy certificate by HMDA. There are many workers working day an night and it's major security flaw and life risk for residents....

I have booked an 3 BHK apartment in provident kenworth project. and this is first project of provident hyderbad. I dont know about comapny background.
Could please help me to share below information to me.

1.is provident kenworth is good project?
2.based on their history and different comment on internet, it seems to be they definitely do dealy in project completion.
3.even they dont have model flat to show case . how will be sizes of rooms with 1327 sqft size 3bhk.

please provide some cautions and suggestion before proceeding further for the above project.
