I registered in clickindia website for an online job and came across prox company form filling job from home with 22, 500 inr salary. I then was contacted by krupa arora ([protected]) who gave me the details. I was told that i had to fill 900 forms in 9 days and the registration fees of inr 4700 will be deducted from the first salary and if at all i was unable to complete or submitted the report with more than 90 mistakes, i should payback 4700 inr.
She then asked me to send me a confirmation video in which i was only said to speak out the words "yes i agree with all the terms and conditions of prox company, kindly provide me workload" and i was asked for my adhar card photo. She then asked me do download an agreement software in which i uploaded my photo and signature.
On 23rd of jan '19 she called me and informed that i will be receiving my user-id and password within 24 hours. Since i was equipped with other work stuff, i asked her if i could start the work from 26th and she told me that it was completely okay. On 24th jan i received a mail with my used-id and password for the work. But i was not informed that the workload was uploaded the same day.
On 26th jan, when i logged in, i found that the due date was given on 2nd of feb which constituted only 8 days. I immediately e-mailed the helpline and i was said that the work load was uploaded on 24th, and if i needed an extension of 7 days, i have to pay 7800 inr which will be refunded with the salary. I spent sleepless nights and with a lot of efforts i completed the workload a day before due and i did a lot of error checking the last date till the last minute and submitted the forms.
On 4th feb 2019, i received a message in which i was intimated that my qc report was updated in the website. I logged in the website and found that my qc report was failed with a list of more than 200 forms with errors. And in some of the forms, the field was marked as an error even though it was correct.
On 5th feb, i received a penalty intimation mail from athul patel asking me to pay 12500 inr. I mailed the helpline about the issue and i was asked to call the helpline contact. When i called, she asked for my id and as soon as she found that my qc report was a failure, she did not give ears to my query and asked me to pay the penalty amount and disconnected the call.
I called back twice and asked the executives that many of my works were wrongly spotted as errors. She said that the work did not match the ascii values.
I mailed athul the issue and said me that had to pay the penalty amount of 12500 inr ot 75000 inr in the court and when i said that i wasn't intimated before, he mailed me that 3 cases have been filed against me. I forwarded him the mail that i got from prox company about the payment issue and he said that since i was making a delay in paying the penalty amount of 4700 inr, i should pay 12500 inr. Never he ever gave the transaction details which made me suspicious.
He is threatening me for court notices and legal actions that will taken against me. I then got a mail from the advocate associate intimated that i had not submitted the accuracy report and made myself liable to pay the penalty even though i did not. Both me and my parents are pushed in a stressful situation because of these notices and issues and we cannot afford the money. Kindly help me and do the needful.

Sir prox company ne 900 data ka work diya tha maine use 2 times check kiya tha but fir bhi unlogo ne jaankr mera glt kr diya aur jo cutoff thi 810 ki usse kam kr diya maine khud check kiya jo shi tha use bhi unlogo ne incorrect bta diya aur mere se 4700 rs penalty dene ko bola maine mna kr diya toh unke advocate ne next day mujhe call krke bola apna case registered ho gya h ab apko 9800 rs dena pdega aur nhi diya toh amount increase hota rhega aur legal action liya jaayga so mai dar gya tha aur 9800 rs pay kr diya please sir mere paise return krwa dijiye.

Sir, I am Mukesh chauahan, I got a call 29/02/1/2019 from lady saying that I will provide you part time forum filling job and you get ₹25per page and she said that u have fill 900frum in 9 days, then I said I have to think about it, but she kept calling me to convince me until I registered she also said I have to pay 4500 if accuracy below 90%, but according to law "no employee has to pay any amount an employer to get into a job, after next day I searched on internet about this company and I found that it is fake so I stopped working and when I asked about the company and its detail she totally ignored and did not give any reply
And now they snd me mgs about case booked under section 420 and section you need to clear to this due to company and settle this dispute. Not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we have to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings, please resolve my problem.my email ID [protected]@gmail.com

This side chirag malik i got the call from prox company and said me the work detail and told me no need to pay resigistration fee we"ll make payment after deduct the registration amount. And told me demo of the work they ask me agreement and bank details. After that i m not well, and when i searched in the net then it came to know that it is a fraud company, it does not pay anyone and it forces everyone like this and asked me for penalty and forced me to fill amount otherwise will send a legal notice so
Please help me...

Prof company k muze call or bole ki aapko per page25milenge 900form ke liye or aapko 4700pay karne ladege jo bhiaapke payment se deduct ho jayenge.
Or work honrke bad vo boll rahe hai ki jada wrong ho gaya hai ab aap hame 7500 den padega nahito aapko legal action ke samne jana padega.
But sir mostly yaha par unki hi galtiya hai right ko bhi galat dikha rake hai.

Myself chandrahasa. I have got a call regarding the form fill of 900 forms to complete with in 90 days. I thought it would be a legal company and would make for my family as we are poor. After some time the information they have provided was all wrong. After seeing the agreement paper the stamp date was 2018 and i took the job on 24 jan 2019. And i want to terminate the job they won't do it. As iam a 12 class student i can't handle this kind pressure or my family can afford this kind of money. Please help me sir/mam this will spoil my career. Please help as soon as possible.

I asked for work in prox company they asked for my aadhar and took my signature on some agreement by the aggrement app afterwards they provided me work afterwards i found out that the company is fraud so i said that i don't want to do work so plzz cancel my agreement they said no we can't u i[censored] want to leave first pay the amount 4700 and then leave. I didn't tooked it seriously and didn't paid any money afterwards i got a msg that i my case has been file call for information, i panicked and called they said that you are late pay the penalty amount 7550 and then we will not file the case i was helpless because i don't earn so i again blocked the number and ignored all this then they again messaged me that we r saying you for the last time give response otherwise we will take action without even giving you a notice. Plzzzzz help me what should i do.

I got this work of 1000 forms from prox company and completed the worked on time and rechecked my work thrice and corrected every single error, after submission the qc report generated showed 150 forms incorrect and after rechecking i got 75 forms correct... Which would have made it to the cutoff for payment... But they did the fraud and are demanding the fine of 4700 inr. Kindly help

Respected sir, this is silky sinha last few days back i got a call from prox company that we offer data entry part time work. First they told me to sign an agreement and they told me ti work. They gave me 900 forms and they told to complete within 9days and they said that you will receive a salary of rs22500 (Rs25) per form. I signed an agreement. I thought that it would be genunie and while i was typing, the datas are irrelevant and i cross checked abt the company, then only i came to know abt the fraud which they do. Today i got a call from advocate and she is threatening me to pay the amount otherwise she will proceed the case by tomorrow 12:00 pm. Please help me sir. I don't want to ruin my career. She told me tha i have to fill 900 forms in 9 days so that they pay me 25 rupees per form and they send me an agreement from latur maharashtra and they forced me to send your i'd drivind licensce
And digital signature contains that i agree with all terms ann conditions of prox company without informing about any agreement i send my i'd and digital signature and a vedio. They send me an agreement in pdf form dated 25 january 2019 4:16 pm but this agreement contains the stamp date 30 august 2018 then it struck to my mind that it is clearly fraud company when i call him again and again to cancel the agreement they don't pick my call and their company helpline no. Is also switched off and he force me sent to my id proof.
This company gst no. Is not mantion in agreement paper and company full address is not mentioned and more missing about the company.

I have signed an agreement with the prox company on 25 january. Since then i started to work and completed filling 900 hundred form on 2 feb. The qc report i have received from them showing me 114 pages i have made a mistake, but when i checked each pages i found 59 pages are correct but they deliberately make it incorrect. With this 59 pages i would have received somewhere between 95% accuracy. So they would have to pay my payment. But they didn't and threatened me instead.

After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. But after one days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company. They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money and i search company is totally fake and scam with people then i stopped the work, after two day I call company but the company don, t received my calls. On, 19/01/2019, part time work at home, then one lady called me about work she told me about prox company. She convinced me to work with prox company and i also ready for this work. I accepted theirs term and condition that was online form filling work in nine days. But, few days later i got to know this is fraud company. But now (30/01/2019) i have received email stating “under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.” and i pay 7500 by paytm bt agreement under 4700. Now ths time he say to m you will give 30000 sir i can't submit money. Please help me how can i face this problem.

I have been facing a lot of problem from this company named as prox company. At first i agreed for the job but then as i got my exam dates i told the executive who gave me the job that i will not do the job but he said mw to contact the customer care then i tried to call the customer care but they did not recievey call only. Now on 28th jan, 2019 am getting calls, messages and emails that they will take legal steps and all. They are continuesly calling me for the money. Threatning me very badly. Am a class 12 student, this is a very big problem to me. They are asking for 4700+3000 (Legal charges). This is the second time am posting. Help me out from this or suggest me what should i do.
