Sir after i marked my previous complaint resolved repeatedly am getting threatening calls from a man named athul patel who claims himself to be the advocate of the company. It's been high time they are harassing me by their messages and emails. Am attaching one of the screenshot of their fake showoffs. Kindly take necessary actions as soon as possible.

I'm shebin peter, i received a call from swathi mishra and she told me about online form filling job and can earn 22500 in 9days. Then she told me for regeneration please send voter id, aadhar card or driving license and also a video version. Then l registered with them by providing driving license and video version. Then i received a agreement on mail (28/01/2019) at 12:21pm.in agreement it was mentioned that if i don't work or leave the job in between or if i don't complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company. After reading all terms and conditions i am ready for do the work. Then she told me work will send on next day (29/01/2019). Then i get the work and start doing. That day night i just searched in google about the company and found many complaints about that company. Seeing this i was totally afraid. They generate fake qc report and threaten the employee for money. So please help me sir... Please...

On 18/01/2019, i was searching for online part time work at home, then one lady called me about work she told me about prox company. She convinced me to work with prox company and i also ready for this work. I accepted theirs term and condition that was online form filling work in nine days. But, few days later i got to know this is fraud company. But now (30/01/2019) i have received email stating “under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.” please help me how can i face this problem.
I also check that agriment is made on date aug, 18, where i accepted on 18th jan'19

On (17.01.2019) i got a call from an executive named rajvi patel (Mobile no. [protected]) and she with her conveincing words somehow managed me to do all what she wanted. She said that 900 forms will be given and a salary of rs.22500 (25/- each form) will be given if the work is done a/c to their company's t&c and at last registration fee (4700/-) will be deducted.
I got 900 forms but they are hard to finish a/c to the company's t&c.
Now when i am calling she is ignoring and also not replying to any of my whatsapp sms.
Today (29.01.2019) i got a call from number - ([protected]) which said that they have lodged a complaint against me.
I decided to check about this company over internet and suddenly i saw this site and read all the comments and understood that i also became a victim and now should take the help of anyone senior of me.
I am admitting that it is my fault for trusting such fake people but mistakes are made by humans only...

Some days before I am finding a work for home job and while finding I see that a company who's name is prox providing work for Rs 22500 for 900 forms after that I applied for that as I don't have any information about this company after completing the work on 25/01/2019 and on 28/01/2019 a person name is vinay Chauhan send me an email about the legal proceedings started if you don't pay the money i.e. Rs 14580 by putting the allegation of ipc 420 and on 28/01/2019 on 3:00 pm the person i.e. vinay Chauhan called me and telling that either pay the money or I will sue you in court and I refuse to give money and after that the person vinay Chauhan send me a case no. So sir kindly help me

Am a student of class 12 i applied for this par time job and signed the agreement (Digital agreement) on (16/1/19). But on the very day i said my executive who provided me this job that i dont have time so i ll not do this job and even if i do i will contact. But my executive did not responded to it and said to contact the customer care. I tried to call but no renponse. So i let it be. I did not even start doing there jobs or logged into the fake app they gave me, nothing. Just nothing. Bow am gettin calls from this lawyer and threatening messages. Sir/mam please help me out from this. I will be really in trouble if something happenes.

Few times I searching a part time job. Then I found a online company and I submit my details.The next day (15.01.2019)I have a call, A lady on the call.she tells me about 900 forms we will give u, 810 forms must be correct and then we will pay as 25/- money as per correct form.and said if you don't do it then u must be fill 4700/-.And I trapped in.After sometime I am realised it's totally fraud .after 11 days they call me for registration fees +late fees (4700+3000)
and said that i[censored] pay it we will close ur I'd .I paid it for my account terminate.after paid they says u must be fill 10980/- more, then we will close your account.
Sir I paid him money as Prox company agreement but they still forced me .please help me sir.

Some days before I am searching for work and while searching for work I saw company i.e. prox company providing a work for Rs 22500 for filling 900 forms and I cross checked all the forms before submission then submitted it his portal on 25/01/2019 and on 28/01/2019 a person email me about filling a legal action against me his name vinay Chauhan completely threaten me about either you pay money i.e. Rs 14580 or I will file a PIL against you after hearing that I search about this and I see a lot of people filling a complaint about this company then on 28/01/2019 at 3:00 pm the person send me a text about I filled your in the court . So sir kindly help me with this to remove this mess

I got a call on 25 january for online home based typing work & ask me for work at home. & without give me any time or sample work or any website for verification, she told me that my agreement done by you. & she call me every 2 mint again n again, before i think she told me that send me 1 id proof & all formality & agreement done & you will receive work by tomorrow. They gave me 900 forms and they told to complete within 9days and they said that you will receive a salary of rs22500 (Rs25) per form. I signed an agreement. I thought that it would be genunie and while i was typing, the datas are irrelevant and i cross checked abt the company, then only i came to know abt the fraud which they do. I received a message from a man form rishu and he said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home.. Then i registered with them by providing adhaar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. But after few days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company... They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money.. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake... Please help me sir.. Or they will call and and after search till i had fill 20 form and they told me that as how you can fill it today at 3oclock that give me time to pay but till i didn't pay for it

I got a call from prox company her name is sonu and she was telling abut form filling jobs and i agreed the term and conditions also after my joining i didn't got the job after 2days also i called that number and she was not picked my call after 10 days advocate pranav desai he called and he was telling panelty amount u should have to rs.7000 and i told him i didn't got any job sir... Y i should have to pay like that... And he send legal notice and he made court case section 73, 74 and 75... Please help me for this complaint...

I had enrolled with prox company thinking that it is genuine because they had agreement etc. When i submitted my work they said i failed in qc report and when i checked the report it shows false/incorrect validation. I do have proofs. Please help me. From today morning, i have been getting threatening calls from the company to pay 4700 rs otherwise they would take it up legally. I got a call from prox company that we offer data entry part time work. First they told me to sign on black screen after that they said me to send my aadhar card. Then they gave me 900 forms and told me to complete within 9 days and salary was 22500 after that 1 form has 3 papers so i called them to clear my doubts they didn’t pick and i called them 5days daily after that till now they didn’t call back but now at morning they email me and said that to pay 12510/-and they send me legal notice

I'm devi from visakhapatnam, i'm registered click on india yesterday on 25th jan 2019 for the job data entry part time. Immediately by mistake i msg to prox company. That company executive immediately next minute called to me. She explain the work details 900pages completely with in 9 days and then they pay 25rupees of each form. They send me agreement from latur maharashtra and they ask me to send i'd proof like voter or aadhar card and digital signature and a vedio that contains i agree with all terms and conditions of prox company without informing about in agreement. I send my id voter card and digital signature and a vedio version. They send me agreement same day on 25th january 2019 @4:47pm. But this agreement contains the stamp date 30th august 2018.in this agreement at any where not mentioned registration date like 25th january 2019. Then i thought in my mind that it is clearly fraud company then immediately i verified about this company views each and every view shows fraud and fake they given fake qc report. Then i called to same executive i spoke with her. Please stop my work process immediately and cancel my agreement. She try to convinced me then cut off the phone call. She send one mail to me that is payment proof. Then i called to her again i told to her please cancel my work agreement and stop work process, then she said ok for regarding cancellation of work orally i asked to her please send mail officially cancellation of agreement. She cut off the call. I send mail to her and agreement department regarding cancellation of work and stop the work process on 25th january 2019 at 5.31pm. Same day i send 3 mails and whatsapp msgs but they didn't send any mail or msg officially still not yet. Today they sent login id to my mail, then i sent mail to that team stop the work process already yesterday told to your team and send mail also. Why do you sent login id. I called to executive she told me she check and verify solve this but still not send any confirmation for cancellation. So please rectify this issue.

I had the same problem yesterday. A girl called keni called me (I take the names to be fake as well) she was in such a hurry and asked me to send a video that i accept their terms and conditions. When i asked her for the terms and conditions copy to read first before sending the video, she said she will send it on my email by the time send the video which i did as i was in need of job. Then she asked to install an app for digital signature. I was going through the terms and conditions pages and she kept calling repeatedly to finish it fast so i signed. Later on i received an email that if i fail to achieve the accuracy % or leave the job in between i have to pay rs.4700/-.

I refused to accept their login credentials and told them that i do not want to accept the project on which i received an email to say that legal action will be taken.

I spoke to my advocate regarding this. She said that first of all agreements are not to be made on rs. 100/- stamp paper. Secondly the agreement is carrying the same date for all o[censored]s aug/2018 just the signatures are different. There is no law where the employee has to pay the employer for not doing something. All the calls that we have received are from gujarat and the address on the agreement is latur (Most probably the company doesn't exist in first place). She told me if i receive any threatening emails from them lodge a police complaint and let them investigate if the company really exist. Its not mughal raj so people cant be just bullied. Action needs to be taken against the company not on individual basis but all together.

But now (25/01/2019) i have received one massage by some one.in that massage inform me "your case can booked under section 420 and section 406 you need to clear to this dues of company and settle this dispute. I have got a call from prox company executive sweta stating about work and agreement after i agreed to it i started workiing n came to know about they don't pay n sue. I called them repeatedly but they are not picking the call. Yesterday, on 23/01/19 i got a call from a lady saying that ill provide you part time form filling job and you will get paid 25rs for each form and she said i have to fill 900 forms in 9 days, then i said i have to think about it, but she kept on calling me to convince me until i registered she also said i have to pay 4500, if the accuracy is below 90%, but according to the law "no employee has to pay an employer to get into a job, so i searched on the internet about that company and found that it is fake.
Now they have sent me there website which is ffwork.in
And in the forms, there are details about people in foreign countries, which i assume to be fake.
When i asked about the company and its details she totally ignored and did not reply back.

On 18.1.19 i got call from prox company and they told me to fill 900 forms and take rs.22500 so i started doing it thinking to be legal but yesterday i came to know about all this fraud they have done. So i want help sir/ma'am pe help me. What should i do? I want my registration to be cancelled. Please help me.
The person who talked me on whatsapp has the no. [protected] they told me not to pay for the registration but will cut it from the first salary i will get but i came to know about all this fraud and stopped doing the work immediately. What can i do to avoid such situation.

Bcz he says that u r not complete the form but I had tell him more time that when I completed 150form then my ID does not open & I'm continue try to call help line no continue 5 days & such no which give me company information but no one could reply & when my 9 days completed then them Liar called me & says u will pay company amount as well as such type of Dhara 51/52/53 which is mentioned on me.Dear Sir Pls solve my problems Bcz I knew that they want to money 77550 with me . Dear sir when company called me in starting date then she says some one girls are speaking & she says I[censored]r not complete the form then u will pay 4700 Rs but after 9 days no any call direct Advocate call. As per talk with prox helpline nd his employee rashi patel as on 10.01.19,
They said that you have to filling 900 forms nd get rs. 25 per form.

After completition 900 form nd recked all i demand him payment of 900 forms which is rs 22500.

They are black mailing us.
