I have paid 799 rs but company not give me uc i want my payment back...

Today i bought 799 rs uc. And it showed he payment success, with order id[protected] i didn't get my uc bundle but 799rs got deducted from my paytm wallet.

I contact paytm customer care (24*7 help) and they told me that they have successfully paid money to the
Merchant. And told me to contact the merchant and tell him to check the 'passbook' section.
I couldn't contact the merchant.
There is no contact...

I've paid rs.799 for 600 uc on 19th may at near around 12:30 a. M.
Then i didn't recive any uc in my pubg or in my account...
As the account is showing a statement of paying to your company.
Then, i again did a procedure to purchase the uc and it was successful.
But my earlier money of rs. 799 is not refunded and as i've purchased uc so now i need my refund back in my paytm bank account....
