I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a recent bus ticket booking made through your service. I recently made a reservation for a PRTC bus from Pondicherry to Tirupati, scheduled for[protected] at 10:00 PM. However, upon receiving my booking confirmation, I was surprised to see that the ticket was issued for a journey from Tirupati to Pondicherry instead.

I want to emphasize that...

When I am waiting for prtc bus on[protected] at 7.45 in ajanta bus stop the bus is didn't stop my stopping. So many ladies are suffered for this incident. So please take immediate action for this incident. This incident is happened so many times. We are suffered by prtc bus. The bus is so many times doesn't stop my ajanta bus stop. I request you to please take immediate action in prtc bus
