An autorickshaw driver scratched my car by irresponsible driving and ran away. His auto number is MH12 QE 7498.

Hi i was travelling from bopodi to kasarwadi it was a share auto i have to sit along with the driver and travel i had given more because i had no change he ran away with the balance amount

I would like to report an auto rickshaw driver. Who refused to consider the meter and threated to assault when we refused to pay twice the original fair.
The journey costs no more than 170 rs but he demanded 300 and said it took 3 hours when it was 40 mins.
His number plate is MH 12 NW 9326

On 8/10/2022 I wanted to travel from Dahanukar colony, Kothrud to Apte road at my office. I got into a rikshaw with the number MH.12. N W 9326. though his rikshaw had a meter he said you would have to pay Rs 150 for this above distance. I denied saying it's my regular route to the office and it generally goes up to 85 rs to 90rs. then he started bargaining saying you will have to pay 120 rs. I said no I will pay only 85 to 90 rs or else drop me here only I will take another auto to which he denied. then later after reaching my destination at Apte road when I gave him 500 rs note he just returned rs 400 saying I will not give you more than this as this is what I want. you do whatever u want to. and started doing dadagiri.

Incident Description - Auto Number MH 12 FZ 5088 insisted on dropping 2 o[censored]s from the PCMC fire-station Sant Tukaram Nagar to PCMC Mahanagarpalika at around 4:50pm. He took us on sharing basis and charged for full fare (Rs 50). However midway he decided to drop us away from the agreed location and started arguing for more money. When we insisted he said he will not go around and take back Rs 10 and started misbehaving. However the 3rd passenger also asked him to turn in and drop, when he did. At the gate he kept arguing and complaining for taking a U-turn and about palika office. If auto drivers do not want to drop at agreed location after taking full fare, they rather not take passengers. He must be warned for his unnecessary misbehavior

This is a friend of saee, she is 19 year old girl. She took a ride to go to prabhat road. 92 rupees showed on the meter when she reached the destination. She gave him 100rs note and told him to give her 8rs back. He said he didn't have the money and told her to leave the rickshaw. She asked him whether he had Google pay. He said no even tho she saw the app on his phone when he opened the phone and told her to leave. She said she will give him the 92rs and to wait for 2mins. She called her family to bring 92rs downstairs where she was. Then he started complaining aggressively about how he has to wait and said just give 100rs and go off. She said no to him and he started accusing and cursing her badly. She said just wait for 5mins but he again started cursing her in a very vulgar language. She took the photo of his number plate and told him she will go the the police. Then he took a photo of her and told her "now you see". After her family member came down and told the rickshaw driver to leave. Here is my request to you to take serious actions against him

Our actual trip distance was 12 km. But meter reading was 18 km.

Driver did not tell me about fare as I sat into auto he just set the meter to confuse me. When we came mid way he told me that he will not consider the charge, showing in meter instead he will charge me as much as he wanted. When I refused to give him money he told me that he is the boss and he won't drop me further.

I was able to see extra .(dot) blinking and so meter was running so fast. When I reached my target destination suddenly that extra dot disappeared.

He charged me 46/-

Please do something with such people.

This afternoon I traveled from Pune railway station to the beautiful complex Hadapsar. His meter was not working properly and his meter was running even when the autorickshaw was stopped. They take money according to the meter and swindle the passengers. He insulted them as he spoke...

I made a payment of Rs 68 through upi mode and the payment was successful..
Then the Auto driver said that his phone pe account is not working and he made me pay Rs 68 again by cash.

Auto driver tapped my car Bonet with his hand and stopped my car and started abusing very badly and tried to hit me ... His mother was with him even she started hitting me saying I'm a women I can do anything and misbehaved with me abusively. He said where do u stay I'll come and hit u there and forcefully tried to remove my car key. His mother said you don't know who we are we'll beat you. She was making a video when I clicked his auto rickshaw no. And repeatedly asking to remove my mask and saying we'll show you who we are. His auto no was MH12RP4055. Pls help me I'm very scared.

Pune railway statstion to chakan take extra charg with my frend and mi

Today morning I had booked an ola auto from prathmesh society gold's Gym to Mughal gardens koregaon park at approx 10 am . The driver was not wearing a mask, he refused ola money and started arguing and abusing when I insisted on paying through ola money as it's not safe to handle cash these days .
He started screaming at me, harrassment on the road everyone started looking he asked me to get out of the auto and refused to even cancel it .
I want u to blacklist this driver and also take strict action against all his misdeeds .
I will be writing to the auto association of pune as well regarding this man.

Faulty meter- MH12 NU9060

I took a auto rickshaw from paramhans nagar, Kothrud to new kopre gavthan, Karve nagar and on the way (in dahanukar colony), 4.3kms, i said to the the auto driver that your meter is fast, and he ignored.
After reaching and paying the charge, I said to him I wrote a complaint about your fast meter. And he was extreme hyper on me. He stopped some other auto drivers and asking them. He refused to agree and said that his meter was correct. You can check the fare on rto site. ( By rto rate, fare is less).

Since i travelled many times on this route, it charges around Rs.40/-
His meter showed Rs.55/-
When i said I lodge a complaint about your fast meters, he started shouting and using a abusing.

Request you to take strict action against such auto drivers who fool customers with faulty meter.

Misbehaving with females

The auto driver was misbehaving with females and he was talking very rudely.

Please take a legal action for women's safety.

Mh 02 fc 0181 auto. Tampered meter. Travelled only 3 km but showed 9 km. Rickshaw driver very rude and cheated us. Travelled from swar gate to railway station which is around 6 km. The actual meter fare was around 70 but the auto meter showed as 250 rs. We had to stop him midway to catch the person red handed. He started to argue and threaten us. We did not know much hindi, left afterwards.

Every rickshaw wala from laxmi road denied us to go to sangamwadi bus parking no 3, giving the reason that they won't get return customers. It was only 9:30 pm. They were charging 150₹ for this route.
This has not happened once. These incidents are continuously increasing. Getting a rikshaw immediately asked for and that too with the metered fare is becoming impossible in pune. They only care about their own business and not about customers they actually work for.

Lost lost
Yellow bag containing original documents including passport, driving license, marriage certificate, education documents left in auto. Travelled from swargate gokhale hospital to 7 loves chowk hdfc back on 9th dec, at 11:30 am. Left document bag in rickshaw.

I requested auto rickshaw driver mh12hc3345 who was standing outside destination centre auto stand to drop us to aspire tower. Amanora.. He said he will go but not by meter and demanded 80 rs.. We requested him that we will like to go by meter and he clearly denied that if we don't pay 80 rupees he will not go.. The distance from destination centre to aspire tower is 3 km and normal fare comes in range of 35 to 40 rs max.. I was coming from doctor and was not in great state of health.. This behavior and approach of auto rickshaw driver is really unacceptable and strict action is required as this leads to inconvenience despite of we paying such high taxes.. We need to have better governance and administration to curb such practices which is nothing less than "gundagirdi" in layman's term

I am a local resident in pune and i landed to pune in midnight at airport around 2:30 am, being my battery dead, i could not book ola or uber. I went out and i booked an auto from pune airport to wagholi (Wagheshwar temple) which is approximately 10km. Being a midnight journey i was convinced that i had to pay extra, but when the ride ended, the driver asked me to pay rs 650 for the ride. I know the normal charges would go around 300-350 but he was asking too much, i refused to pay that amount but the driver started complaining that he has to pay the parking fees in airport of rs 150 and what so not. I ended up paying him the whole amount, but i was so angry i couldn't do anything

I wanted to go to rose parade and return from nine hills. It's 1km from ninehills. (Nibm extension)
I go everyday and most of the days local auto go and take 30 rs. (Meter comes around 27 -28). This auto was standing and i took the auto. He didn't put the meter down, and asked for 50rs when i reached home. When i said, everyday they charge 30 rs. He started shouting in front of society people and watchman. Doing official complain so that you can take some action. When i said, i will do official complain, he said everyday people take number, nothing happens..!

As we ask auto person to go fro savaari from Market yard to Tadiwala road, he refuse to come and aftr that instead of going by meter he ask 100/- extra apart from the meter.

If all the auto person use to do like this then no one trust any auto person

so please take strict action on this...

One rikshaw wala refused to take the ferry from pune station to rasta peth as it was the shortest distance.
He first refused to take the ferry by meter charges thn he charged extra. So i agreed. After sitting in the rikshaw i just asked him about the refusal reason and why u rikshaw wala people don not go for the nearby ferries. He stopped the rikshaw and told me to get down.
First of all it is wrong that the riskshaw wala refused to take the ferry.
Secondly it is very humiliating for a person to get down from the rikshaw for which he or she is going to pay ultimately.
And afterwards he is telling me to complaint wherever i want coz uska koi kuch nahi bigaad sakta.
If the same continues thn the end user is going to suffer a lot.
After waiting for nearly half an hour i got that rikshaw and after that also i was forced to get out from the rikshaw.
Kindly take action against the same at the earliest

The Rickshaw was hired from KEM Hospital Auto Stand to Nehru Memorial Hall. METER was showing 18 rupees fare but the rickshaw wala took 20 rupees.

Please take strict action on this as he is violation government rule and regulation.

And looted from public is an offence

They drivers are rude to Senior citizens aswell and also just park their vehicle and are not available on the Manny occasion
