No proper care is given to patients, two week before my mother was admitted because of a minor injury in her fingers. She was bleeding so much, nurses saw that and immediately informed doctor for plastic surgery of which there was no need.
After that while taking her to x-ray, they had changed her dress. And in that Apron, there was lack of buttons so that it can be properly be wore by a patient.
And in ICU, only one nurse was assigned. And whenever we ask her anything they don't used to have any knowledge of it and run to doctor asking what we should do. Not sure why are they even assigned.
She was going to have an asthmatic attack and tried to call a nurse but they were not at all approachable. And they don't even let family to visit her. Atleast at that situation family members can call a doctor or nurse seeing that.
We rented a room but the fan was not even working, if you are charging from a patient atleast show some hospitality. We suffered a lot, I would give a negative rating if possible.

Had to wait long time to see the doctor from Gynaecology, staffs were unable about the cause of delay... when patients asked anything, they are running back and forth. Totally disappointed.

Pushpagiri hospital security making lot of issues to assist patients. My father in law is admitted in the cardiac icu. Mother in law only can assist him for his personal matters. But she is aged and she can't manage all the need. So my wife is assisting her mother and father.in that situation, she can't drop her daughter at home alone. Unfortunately, security is not allowing them to get into their rented room, and not allow them to take the food which is provided by some guest into the room. Since no son's available their home they are facing lot of threatening from security staff of hospitals.
Kindly look in to this matter and make arrangement for reasonable permission for their need.

Save your beloved. Please have a proper investigation on this looting hospital. They take human life for granted. I had plenty of bad experiences in this hospital. They make mistake in diagnosis and tell us to wait for 48hours until they can say anything further while it is better to take our patient to a better hospital. Specially their MICU. They treated my dad with daily dialysis when he actually had a stroke which was diagnosed in another hospital later. Finally i had to pay a huge bill for their treatment and got my dad worsened. Thank God that i got my dad saved from there.
Kindly requesting the authorities to investigate on this hospital. There are plenty of such experiences for different people.
