I booked Kerala tour package for 15 members from the Company from 09.11.2017 to 17.11.2017. As per package 8 deluxe rooms were to be made available in 4 star Hotel Elephant Route Resort at Thekkary from 12.11.2017 to 14.11.2017 (For two nights).
On route from Munnar to Thekkary, I was informed by the director of the company Mrs Binu that accommodation in Hotel Elephant Route Resort at Thekkary could not be booked and we shall have to stay at Hotel S.N. International by making payment of Rs.28600/- which shall be refunded by tomorrow. As we had already made payment of entire package i.e. Rs.255500/- in full we had no other option than to rely on the tour operator and stayed in Hotel S.N. International Thekkary by making payment of Rs.28600/- in cash.

We were assured by the company that you will get the refund. We requested them several times. They promised but failed to refund the amount.

Likewise, in spite of making full payment of invoice of Rs.255500/-, the company failed in providing accommodation at Thekkary in pre-decided hotel. I, therefore, pray for directing the Company to refund me Rs.28600/- .

As entire booking was made on line by me at Bhilwara, my complaint may please be entertained by the honourable court at Bhilwara.

I booked the kerela tour through puthedan holidays three month before for jan month date (12/01/2018 to 18/01/2018 but i cancelled my booking two month before and asking for refund of rs 20500/- but company not refund my booking amount till date 25/01/2018. Never pay single penny to joy or his puthedan holidays. The person ready with trap to catch you, he can speak with very good and give assurance of joyful holiday. But the picture will be opposite. They send me mail of hotel booking confirmation but when i call the hotel that time no any hotel confirm me that there is my booking done. I took too much followup with joy many time he did not respond my phone. And up to last minutes he gives me assurance that there is no any issue all booking done but when i reach the hotel there is no booking. I called to joy but no outcome, me and my family wait at hotel desk upto 1.5 hrs to confirm booking. At last joy told me pay whatever amount to the desk i will transfer the money. I paid the amount on 29 oct but till time he did not transfer the amount. So please do not pay single penny and spoil your holiday. If you book your tour through the puthedan holidays you will be in trouble.

Mr. Binu very big fraud person please never trust him. He has cheated lots of people by taking all the money in advance and giving fake promises by showing fake hotel booking vouchers and all.
After reaching to our destination no booking were there he took all the money from us and we where badly stucked over there.
Mr. Binu james big cheter didnt picked our phone calls and when we went to his office he wasnt there and he left his house too.

Please customers dont make any package with this puthedhan holidays.
They are a big bloody cheaters.
Their only job is to fool customers and make money out of it.
They will promise to give good packages will also show photos and all the stuff but when you will reach at your destinations no bookings will be there & when you will call to this bloody people they will not reply to you & fool you.
All the money they will take & give you fake bookings and show fake things of your package.
So please guys never go with puthedhan holidays.
This is one of the most cheated travels in south india.
We have got very bad experience mr. Binu james bloody cheater has took our 1, 20, 800/- rs.
Please do not do any bookings.

Me & my friend had booked Goa package of 3 nights and 4 days (From 2nd June to 5th June) through Mr. Binu James (Contact No. [protected]). Binu had sent us final offer of 28, 500. As decided, we paid 20, 000 in advance. The remaining balance 8, 500 decided to pay directly to the Hotel Calangute Grande.

On 2nd June when we reached to Goa, Binu told us to pay 700 directly to Car Driver. On 1st day evening Hotel manager told me, that they have not received any money from Puthedan Holidays & Resorts (P) Ltd. Binu Called Hotel staff, and assured her that he will pay the bill today itself. On 3rd June also Binu didn't pay the bill. The Hotel manager warned us that they will cancel our service if bill not paid, as they are not tie-up with Puthedan. On 4th June Binu told Hotel staff that due to Sunday, money will transfer on next day. As Binu told us we paid balance 7, 800 cash[protected] {Taxi})to the Hotel.

On the check out day 5th June, receptionist told that they have not received money yet. Hotel manager told, that they will not allow us to do check out, if bill not paid. We called Binu, he told he is transferring money. We waited for 1 hour. As we were getting late for our flight, i had to pay the bill. I paid bill of 15, 000 through card, and told Hotel manager to transfer me when they will receive money from Binu. Binu have not transferred money yet. Its been 3 months has passed.

Good followup until the payment done. As things unfold it turned out to be poor and below par standard.

Hotels we were given didn't match the standard. Shared the pictures of broken toilets and peeled off roofs. We had to vacate and take a different resort on our own.

Interestingly, initially they dodged by assuring to refund the money. That went on for 2 years but no respite.

It so happened that after a long time received call from one of the other hotels at gokarna stating that their bill has not been settled yet!

Wondering how they are going scot-free with such ethics and indifference

Irony is having brought them to binu's notice he agreed to refund the money but never honored the word over last 2 years

On Aug 3, 2016, I booked a tour for 4 people from Mumbai to Mumbai.

I paid Rs 50000/- as advance with promise that you will receive detail itinerary, air tickets and travel insurance in weeks time.

I have made minimum 100 call, whats up messages and SMS for getting the tickets but failed.
My tour begins on 22/10/2016.
They are not picking up calls nor replying my messages.

Thank you for the mail. As agreed by Mr.Mugunthan, we are pleased to acknowledge the terms as below.

1) We will refund the amount you have paid against the invoice without any penalty, even if cancellation/ammendment happens on the day of arrival.
2) You may kindly pay 25% of the invoice amount as advance, 25% 30 days prior to arrival and the balance payment can be paid on your arrival day.

Hope the above is in order and will surface your requirements. Kindly intimate by return mail once the amount is deposited.

We have booked out travel with puthedan bangalore based. We have paid full amount to then on their bank accounts as per tour itinerary, while we checked in lakeland at alleppey, they have not done payment to house boat - lakeland, citing that online payment got delayed, hence on their request have to pay cash to lakeland operators to continue our trip. Have collected cash receipt fro them. Puthedan people promised to refund the amount, which am still awaiting. Whenever we try mr binu - [protected]. Mr sebin - [protected], or ronald - [protected] never picks up calls, and when we call landline[protected] they speak rudely saying that pls call mobile or they shut phone phone us. They are utterly cheating and fooling would request authorities to cancel their licensee and help me recover with damages along with my principal amount to rs 50000 /- for liable actions of fraud and cheating innocent clients like us. Its highly unethical practice of puthedan travels& resorts.

We are a budget resort operating in coorg.
Puthedan holidays & resorts (P) ltd. Tan no : blrp16485a sent us the guest of 5 adults & 4 kids from[protected] to[protected] and haven’t made any payment.
We have to receive 10, 200 inr as agreed.

It has been a month and we to haven’t received any payment yet. Mukudhan and anish, the marketing persons only ask to us to contact sebin mathew. Sebin mathew, the accountant doesn’t receive our calls.

We have been requesting them to make the payment and it isn’t helping. We have all the mails to prove our claims.
