This is repeated incident in Q cinemas itpl after 9:30 pm shows....

AC was switched off for the entire movie

I went to Q Cinemas (Park square mall, whitefield) for movie "Queen" on 14th March 2014, 9:45PM show (Screen 3), with my wife and less than 2 year old kid. For the entire show time of the movie, the AC was switched off and it was very difficult to sit inside as it was hot and suffocating. My Booking id is W7HGE3Z.
When they charge tickets for an AC theater rate, they should ensure that AC is working properly, as there is no alternative...
